I gotta say, I'm not sure if La Fuente Imports is still kickin' it. I've been tryna get in touch with 'em through email and phone, but no one's pickin' up. I copped somethin' from 'em back in May and still haven't gotten it yet. What's the deal, La Fuente?

I orderd tile back in July. There been no correspondence from them. I have called the company several times. There is a gentleman with a full mailbox and thats the only person to reach. I have left emails. I requested a refund and still no response. I just want my money back.

The desk is nice, but I don't need two. When they wanted money, they were easy to reach, but now that I have an issue they created, their customer service is nowhere to be found. It's frustrating and I just want my money back.

We orderd tile from this company, $447 worth. One box of tiles was fine. The other box had tiles that were not cut correctly and thus could not be used to tile a wall, we discovered this halfway through tiling. I explained the problem to La Fuente and they said they could only refund what we sent back to them, unused, with us paying $75 in shipping. They also tried to say that as hand-cut tiles, they might have imperfections and because they mention this on their website, they expect that to insulate them from liability. Tiles that are not cut correctly can not possibly be used for their intended purpose, therefore a refund is required by law. But who is going to take the time to go to small claims court over this. All I could do was cancel our second order with the company and write this review. Quite disappointed, they should have refunded and looked to their supplier, not dump it on a customer.

I orderd a flower pot for my folks last year but it never came. I tried to contact them a bunch of times but they kept saying it was on its way. It's been 9 months now and I finally got a hold of them. They said they'd give me a refund but it wasn't the full amount cuz they can't ship things on time. So it's my fault for using a bad company. I also had trouble with the refund. I told Rebecca and April that my bank changed but they still sent it to my old bank. April said to call my old bank even though it's closed. She didn't know what she was talking about. They kept calling me the wrong name too. It's a waste of time and money. Don't trust them. There are better businesses out there.

I purchased a mirror which arrived June 16th. It was damaged in the corner - bent. I tried to ring. It goes through to an answer machine which is full so you can not leave a message. I have emailed then 4 times. No one has got back to me. I paid through a credit card and they have my money but I have a damaged product.

7 August . We ordered 2 items from La Fuente Imports on 27 June , order # [protected]. One item, a mirror, arrived broken on 26 July. The second item has not arrived yet. We have called and emailed La Fuente Imports daily since 2 August to replace the broken mirror and inquire about the second item. La Fuente Imports have not replied to our calls.

I bought an end table from La Fuente and received a receipt but they have never delivered it. I got one response from them that due to the pandemic it would take 3 or 4vweeks longer to ship. Now it has been three months and still haven't received what I bought. I have emailed several times and called them. Their voice-mail box is full and won't take messages.

I placed an order on May 16. Status still says "processing". I have e-mailed on website and facebook and called NUMEROUS times and no one responds. You can't leave a message on the phone because voice mailbox is full. There's only a few messages sent to them on facebook and they don;t even respond to those few! I have tried to contact La Fuente 4 times via email and repeatedly via phone between June 2 and June 5 but have not received a response. On June 5, I requested either a cancellation and refund or shipping details and have still not received any response. I am concerned that La Fuente is no longer a viable concern and that they have defrauded me.

I ordered tile on Feb 27, 2020. Was told. It was considered special order, and I would have to pay half, now. I used visa, paid $468.00. Was to have delivery on April 11. Did not hear or get delivery, emailed request for status. My order was not on shipment in March, they would put high priority, should get shipment in may, with my order to me first of June. I emailed on may 29 to check on order. Did not receive answer, emailed again on June 4, still no word from la Fuentes. Tried to call, message machine too full not accepting messages. I sent another email on June 8 Then contacted Bob on June 9, told to file complain t. Here I am.

I ordered a large planter on May 24. I received a confirmation email, so I know the order went through, and it was charged to my credit card. Three weeks later, I have not received the planter. I have ordered with this company before, including during the COVID-19 pandemic, and received my packages promptly and without problem. I have been calling their customer service line, but no one ever picks up the phone, and the system won't let me leave a message. Their voicemail advises sending an email, and I have sent multiple emails, and posted on the company's social media pages, seeking help and a resolution. No one ever responds. I would really just like the planter---I don't want to cancel my order, as I like this company's products and I have already been charged. I need someone to tell me when the planter will come, and I need the package to arrive promptly.

I placed an order with this company on May 28th,2020. Shipping for the 2 pots came to around 78 dollars. I have an order confirmation number. I have never received an estimated shipping time. When I log in it says order is still being processed. The phone numbers on the website no longer take messages, saying please email us and we will get back to you with in 24 hours. I have emailed them 3 to 4 times with no response. I know during covid things can be slower, yet I see them post on Facebook daily with products for sale and I receive non stop pop up ads from the company. I would just like to know when my order will arrive, and I feel it should be in a somewhat timely manner. I was told if the item is out of stock, I would be notified of delays. But I have received no notifications other than ads. Very frustrating! Customer service seems to be definitely lacking.

I processed an order for a mirror and a wall ornament on May 30th. I paid for the item using Paypal although my Paypal account has not been charged for the purchase. The Paypal account says that the charge will be reflected when the transaction has been completed. I have not heard a word from the company regarding my order since I placed it on May 30th. The company website has a "Track My Order" feature which shows that my order is "Processing." The "Track My Order" feature has reflected the same staus since I placed the order. I have called and left two voicemail messages. To the best of my knowledge they have not been returned. In addition, I have sent two emails requesting information on my order. To the best of my knowledge neither email has been returned by the company. I am still very much interested in receiving my order but I would like to know when it will be shipped.

I asked for a phone call but never recieved one and when i called the number it had a message saying email was preferable due to covid. it sent me to a voice mail that was full so i could not leave a message. most of the tile i needed was out of stock but they were expecting a shipment in June and they told me to place the order and they would reach out when they recieved the shipment. i have called and emailed numerous times since placing the order and have not recived a response by phone or email. I was told by the ComplaintsBoard.com when i called today that another person had called about them today as well. I found a review on *** that stated having the same problem since May as well. I found La Fuente Imports when googling for floor tiles for my porch. I found a pattern I loved and called the company for advice. I stated I was interested in ordering tile from them for my cement porch floor and advised them of the pattern. I asked if this would be suitable tile for the purpose I had in mind and I was advised yes and they assisted me in deciding how many tiles I would need for the floor size. I paid for the order and when it arrived and my tiling contractor with 35 years experience came to install it, he said it would break immediately if anyone stepped on it. I was astounded as I had talked to Randall about the suitability for the purpose I had in mind and he totally told me it was suitable for use on the floor. I tried contacting the company and Randall by phone and email and have had no success in getting a resolution from the company. Please assist this DoD retired federal employee obtain a resolution. I took money out of my life savings to fund this project and am also an Army veteran. At 66 years of age and 39 years in Federal Contracting, I am willing to work with this company to exchange for the appropriate type of tile that will be suitable for use or looking for a full refund. Thank you.

I purchased a Large Corner TV Stand Online from La Fuente Imports on May 7. I canceled my order and tried calling them and their voice mail informs customers to email them, for faster service. When I got a call on May 19 from the carrier service that delivers for La Fuente I canceled the delivery. I received an email from Randal Long on May 22, who is the manager for La Fuente Imports asking me to verify the cancellation. I emailed him back the same day and informed Mr. Long that I no longer wanted the item. I never received an email back from him and my checking account was not credited for the cost of the tv stand. I then proceeded to email La Fuente several times asking them about the refund and never received any reply back from them. Yesterday June 1 I finally received an email from an April who works for La Fuente informing me that Randal Long, the manager for La Fuente had been out sick and also informed me that La Fuente had been receiving a large volume of emails and that is why I never received a reply. I also called the business several times and their voicemail states to email them for faster service. I informed April from La Fuente yesterday that their customer service was very poor and told her to please refund me as soon as possible. I do believe that this company is not reliable and only answers emails when it involves a purchase not a refund.
