Have been a multi-policy Grange customer for 40 years
Have been a multi-policy Grange customer for 40 years. First time for a home owners claim. We were anxious about even submitting a claim but contacted our local agent who filed our claim. Within a couple days we were contacted by a field representative. The rep arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He examined our property damage, took pictures, and submitted a recommendation to settle the claim that same afternoon. We are very happy with the resolution and extremely pleased with our experience. We want to give ***, Senior Property Field Representative and big thank you for helping us.
I was involved in a car accident that was fully the other persons fault
I was involved in a car accident that was fully the other persons fault. She uses Grange insurance for her car insurance. They accepted full responsibility for the damage to my car, which can not be driven and has been sitting at a tow yard, and here I am 8 days since the accident with no returned phone call from the person I was told to call(I have called multiple times since my insurance company gave me the go ahead) and now I still do not have a rental car to get to my job on Monday. It is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. How exactly do they make people wait so incredibly long and expect them to be able to still get around with no car. I have been extremely disappointed. Its pretty sad that nothing in the situation was my fault yet here I am with no car to get to my job.

To keep it short, this is a fair, easy company to work with. Every time i have had an issue and a need to contact them it has been easy and smooth. When a claim check was taking too long to receive in my opinion, they overnighted a new one to me. I always recommend Integrity to anyone who will listen
Couldn't have been more pleased with the response and customer care we received after our fire loss. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and very caring about our situation.

My area/neighborhood was hit by a golf ball sized hail storm. My house ran with the storm so I had lots of exterior/roof damage. Neighbors on the community FB page was stating you better have good insurance and sharing horror stories so I was a bit worried. However that was put to rest because the employees that worked with my claim at Grange went above and beyond. They made sure I was properly taken care of in a timely matter. Grange was also very helpful on educating me on any of the questions I asked them.
Grange is a night mare
Grange is a night mare. I was rear-ended by one of their clients while stopped at a red light 27 June . My insurance was useless. I was told I could take my vehicle anywhere. I did not take it to the place they recommended. They answered texts when they felt like it, sometimes days. You always get voice mail if you call your assigned adjuster. They didn't want to fix it right, they wanted the cheapest way. Bad customer service. It took a week to get the ok to take it in for repair, then 3 months of arguing to get my vehicle back. They stopped paying for the rental car after about 2 months. Horrible experience. Every time you manage to talk to a human, it's someone different and you get different answers. This had my anxiety so bad that my doctor wanted to put me on blood pressure medicine.

Fast and efficient service. Excellent communication between all parties. Everyone was knowledgeable and answered all questions.
Grange Insurance treated us very well after our restaurant experienced a fire. The claims were handled quickly and efficiently. The personnel were available and responsive
Homeowners policy claim. Our claim was handled efficiently and very professionally. We have had Grange insurance for at least 25 years or more and I'm so happy to say that I can't imagine better customer service than what we have received from them.
Very slow in the claims process and unapologetic when mistakes are made. There is likely good staff within somewhere but those who I worked with took 3+ to provide a total loss settlement that did not have mathematical errors and ignored me when I told them of the errors until outside help stepped in.
Myself and my attorneys office has had the worst experience contacting my adjuster ***
Myself and my attorneys office has had the worst experience contacting my adjuster ***. We have made multitude of calls and emails with very few responses. I had an accident July 26th with the understanding of using the other persons insurance so I said no to filing on my own insurance. Things didnt work out as planned we decided it may be easier to use my insurance. It has not been an easy process at all. It took days to get my adjuster to respond to any calls or emails. When she called me she was very dry and rude to me. The way she handles her clients is awful. She is so disrespectful and rude as if my attorney and myself are bothering her. Its been over 2 weeks and I still dont have a rental I dropped my car off yesterday and still havent heard from her or the car rental place. I hope her other clients are treated better.
Grange always provide great service! My claim rep *** was awesome. Im so thankful to have Grange servicing my home owners policy.
My representative at Grange was *** and he was wonderful. He took care of all the issues(car accident) very professionally and quickly which greatly alleviated my stress in having an accident at all. I would recommend Grange and a shout out to my representative
We went through a horrific windstorm this spring, and our Grange representative was there, from out of state, within a matter of a couple of days and was accessible and responsive throughout the entire claim process. I would recommend Grange to everyone!
We had damage to our roof from a windstorm and the Grange representatives made it very easy to report, file, and process the claim.
This was the first and best experience a 1st home buyer could ever experience
This was the first and best experience a 1st home buyer could ever experience. We bought the home and a few months later a tree fell on the house during a wind storm. It was horrifying and disappointing, but Grange insurance stepped right in on the beat and sent out one of the most experienced, professional, efficient representation to assist in processing the claim. *** know exactly what it took to get the process started. It was a very stressful situation being out of a home with two small kids, a dog, and being 6 months pregnant. *** with Grange made sure my family and I was accommodated vey well. He made a depressed situation a breeze. I didnt have to worry about anything and everything was covered. My house is restored and as good as new. It was a long 8-9 months to complete but its finally done and we can finally enjoy our new home. Thanks *** for being so awesome and thanks Grange insurance for moving so promptly. May *** bless use all.
What a nightmare I woke up to with water damage up stairs and downstairs
What a nightmare I woke up to with water damage up stairs and downstairs. I called my insurance agent (***, *** Insurance.). ) who immediately got me in touch with Restorx. They were there with in the hour. Thank you *** and all the great guys who were there to help with water cleanup. My insurance adjuster was right behind them, (***, Grange Insurance). . He did a fantastic job of evaluating all the damage, and letting me know what to expect from them. They deposited the insurance payment in my bank within two days. Everything went so smoothly. *** Construction Company were out quickly too, to do their evaluation on the repairs. *** was a very knowledgeable person, she knew how to do her job very well. Now all I have to do is wait for *** to do their job of making my basement look good again. Thank you to everyone involved and the amazing speed you reacted to my nightmare. ***.
A third-party insurance agent convinced me to sign up for auto insurance from this company
A third-party insurance agent convinced me to sign up for auto insurance from this company. Unfortunately, despite paying the premium in advance, I am unable to even login to their website. Upon looking up my policy number and date of birth, their website asked me to create an account. When I created the account, they mentioned sending an email to me with a link I need to click to activate the account. I have waited 24 hours and the email never arrived. When I tried to forgot my password their system says I dont have an account yet. When I try to create an account, they say I already have an account. Id strongly recommend avoiding them as an insurer just because how s*** their IT systems are. Just imagine the pains one will have to undergo to file a claim if creating an account with their website is such hassle. And their customer care cal center only works weekdays from 8 to 5:30 PM per their website. So no way to resolve this situation over the weekend.I will shop around for a better insurer immediately.
I think this company is just out to get people
I think this company is just out to get people. We started to get insurance for our home trough them and they gave us a list of things that needed done and a deadline date. upon starting to get the things done that they wanted done, the coronavirus hit. We started getting everything together and had issues with home improvement stores losing orders, having to reorder materials that were lost due to incompetency on the home improvement stores. there was 2+ months of just waiting on materials. Then we get a notification that they were not going to renew our policy and could not give us a straight answer of when things needed done by and then tried to add other things to be done that was not in writing. I then ask for an itemized list and they sent us that through the email, but 1/2 the stuff that was said over the phone by their cs rep, was not in the itemized list. This is not my first issue with this company either. In 2010 I had grange for auto insurance and upon moving from 1 city to another they tried to up my premium by more than 3 times the normal amount. I have to say I do not recommend this company, they are very shady. People beware.

My wife was involved in an accident, June
My wife was involved in an accident, June . The other driver was clearly at fault and had insurance with a competitor's company. Police were called and a report was made. When the insurance companies called the other driver, he would not answer his phone for questioning. Our local agent was of little help, referring us to the main office in Columbus, Ohio. The main office was also of little help. My wife had to make numerous phone calls to the other driver's insurance company, which I felt should have been handled by either our local agent or the main office. We did get our car repaired but had to pay the deductible. The Grange submitted our request to recoup the deductible to their Subrogation Department. In the meantime, we continued to receive multiple letters from both insurance companies with conflicting information. The letters would state the the other driver was not covered at the time, then that he was, then that he wasn't, then that he was, lol. Well, we received our last letter from The Grange last August, stating that the attempt to reclaim the deductible was in subrogation. We will never buy a policy again from The Grange or the competitor's company.

The non-response from Grange Insurance when one of their clients ran a red-light at demolished my car is appalling
The non-response from Grange Insurance when one of their clients ran a red-light at demolished my car is appalling. The fact that I am not seriously injured as a result of their client's negligence is a miracle. When I called them to ask about obtaining a rental car, the representative answering my call was rude, discourteous and dismissive. The reply given that I would have to wait until an adjuster evaluated the damage to my car is unacceptable. Forcing me to wait for the evaluation to be performed by the adjuster before determining if a rental car is to be provided places an unnecessary financial burden on me personally. After waiting for over a week to hear any communication from Grange, this accident has been turned over to my own insurance to settle the claim. As such, I am still unable to obtain a rental car due to the Grange Insurance lack of response to this incident. Additionally, due to medical expenses and issues related to this accident and the lack of any demonstrable accountability by Grange in this matter, a lawyer has been retained to recover damages for my injuries. The fact that no one from Grange has demonstrated the common decency to provide any status update or accept responsibility for my property and financial losses related to this accident is irresponsible, inhumane, and disrespectful.
Grange insurance was the first insurance I had ever purchased myself as a brand new home owner and I cannot begin to express how much I regret
Grange insurance was the first insurance I had ever purchased myself as a brand new home owner and I cannot begin to express how much I regret that decision. I'll begin with their driving app which they require you have for three months in order to earn a small discount on your auto policy. This app requires every kind of permission you can think of and is incredibly invasive. I begrudgingly had the app for 2 of those 3 months until all of a sudden it stopped working. When I reached out for this I was informed that I had uninstalled the app, which was a bold faced lie. I was told my only option was to uninstall and reinstall the app which deleted all of my progress and lost my score. On top of this I was charged for uninstalling the app as they removed my discount. Secondly they can't even get their facts straight. At first I was told there would be no charge for having a trampoline next thing I know I am being charged for having one when I was told this would not be a problem. When I was sent a feedback survey I specifically noted that I wanted to be reached out to about this issue. They did not reach out. When I went to review them directly on their website my review was declined. This company does not have any interest in customer service or customer satisfaction and has turned into one of the biggest regrets and worst decisions I have made in my young adult life.

Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever! My car was hit by one of their policy holders and it has been an ongoing game with them to get anything in return. They are playing dumb even though I sent everything over to them stating they werent aware of certain things and blah blah. My car was almost paid off, I contacted the Financing company who the car was being paid through and made them aware of the situation at hand and let them know it was being "handled" by the persons insurance that hit my car. Almost a whole month later and I'm still getting the run around, being told 100 different things, the lady who was "handling" my claim took a week off without informing me prior to and left someone else to handle my case, meanwhile that person had no idea what was going on and refused to help in anyway because he wasn't sure what point the process was at! Thanks for nothing. this is by far one of the worst insurance companies to use, work with or even get any kind of help from. Every email and phone call is a different story on their end, I'm by no means dumb to the games of insurance companies, but I am also not going to get the raw end of a deal because someone with their insurance decided to run over my car while it was parked and now I am suffering with out a car, without a way of getting any where until this company gets their head out of their *** and helps ME resolve this instead of covering their policy holders *** I keep getting told to reach out to my own car insurance company for compensation and help! WHY? I wasn't the one driving, my car was parked! Why should I have to pay my deductible to get something in return of my vehicle because someone this company insures hit my vehicle!?!?!

Stay far, far away from Grange Insurance
Stay far, far away from Grange Insurance.Keep reading for a treacherous tale about lies, call transcripts and deception. To quote the Grange website, Insurance is a very big deal. Here, they got it right. Insurance is a very big deal, especially to a first time homebuyer who has yet to be tainted by an unethical and unaccountable company such as Grange. When I signed up for coverage in June , I was told my garage would not be covered under my policy because it had a hole in its roof. Fast forward 7 months to Feb. 17, 2022. A tree fell on my garage and pancaked it due to a wind storm. On Feb. 18, my first phone was to Grange to see if anything fence, our possessions within the garage, etc. were eligible for coverage.I was pleasantly surprised when my Grange agent reassured me that my garage and everything in it were covered; that he was looking right at my policy, right now and that all would be taken care of. What a relief! After several phone calls, even ones where I asked Are you sure my garage is covered?, my agent scheduled an insurance adjustor to come by to assess the damage. He assured me time and time again that my garage was covered. On March 1, I received the most unprofessional, unaccommodating and devastating call from Grange Insurance. Miss ___, I apologize, but I misread your policy, and your garage is actually not covered. I was stunned. You MISREAD the policy YOUR COMPANY WROTE? You let me believe for ELEVEN days that my garage could get rebuilt and this would all be sorted out? And theres absolutely NOTHING you can do to rectify your lies and incompetency? In what world would I, or any other consumer, trust Grange Insurance after that? I could not believe their response to such a gargantuan error was the word sorry. Sorry? Lol, okay Grange. Guess you dont believe in making things right with your customers, not even a little bit. Not even enough to send a reparations check for the items in my garage that got destroyed.
Terrible customer service and communication skills
Terrible customer service and communication skills. Awful app. When filing a claim you don't get assigned a single representative, you get assigned to a team who does not communicate with one another. The claims app- which you are supposed to be able to check for updates never gets updated. Representatives make empty promises about keeping you updated, for example someone will call you on this date, but then no one ever calls or they find out your car is going to take longer and they extend your rental, but no one tells you. Car sat at body shop for a week before someone from insurance ever reached out to body shop, but they supposedly sent them a payment (even though they never spoke to a person). I don't know what company sends checks to other companies without speaking to each other fist. Representative never sent claims estimate to body shop, I had to send it myself and do all of the leg work and keep harassing both parties. Estimated date of completion continued to change and dates provided from body shop differed than dates from Grange claims team representatives. Not helpful to have to repeat the entire situation every time I call the company, it seems as if there are no notes taken from calls or representatives don't care to look at information before speaking with me. Claim has been open for over a month, but policy only covers for 30 days- feels like this is the result of poor communication and lack of standardized processes. First person you speak to tells you one thing and then the person they transfer you tells you a different thing. Feels like they just spit out whatever they think you want to hear whether it is a lie or not and then blame you for being upset when you notice the inconsistency. On more than one occasion a representative blamed me for not taking my car to one of Grange's preferred body shops rather than using the body shop that has always worked on my car since the purchase or blamed the body shop, but never took responsibility for not following up on a consistent basis or keeping their customer up to date. More stress to an already stressful situation. Grange will not work with enterprise to pick you up, you have to find a ride to pick up your rental and drop it off. Not worth the money you save from switching from a larger company.
I was in my first car accident that was cause by another party and ended up calling grange to let them know my car was unable to be driven
I was in my first car accident that was cause by another party and ended up calling grange to let them know my car was unable to be driven. I didnt know who the other parties insurance was through at the time so Grange said they would take care of it for me once I provided the accident report. They ended up submitting their own claim instead of submitting a claim through the other parties insurance, s*** me out of being able to get a rental car. Then they told me that they were going to take my car to be inspected to see if the damage was able to be fixed. I left some things in my car that I needed to grab and called them to find out where they took my car to be inspected. I learn that instead, they immediately took my car to an auction facility before I even had the knowledge that they were going to total my car. I found my car on the website of this auction facility with the plates missing. After I called and complained, they finally told me that my car was a total loss and they were sending my plates in the mail. Already angry with this company for how they handled my car accident, I decided that after the claim had been handled I would look for a new car insurance. I called around to get quotes from other companies only to learn that my car accident was marked as my fault! Which was absolutely not the case. I called Grange to try and figure out why it was coming across that way to other insurance companies, they assured me that it would be fixed and that the accident was indeed not my fault. After it was fixed I tried again, only to learn that it was not fixed. I was told to ask Grange to provide a Letter of Experience that stated I wasnt at fault, and when I brought this up to them, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I also want to mention that Grange has a sister company called Cobalt. I was constantly transferred back and forth between the two places and given the oh no we dont do that, you need to contact the other service. From almost every person I talked to. Im so unbelievably fed up with this company and I do NOT recommend anyone getting insurance through them. I was a victim in this car accident and have been put through so much unnecessary stress and put in very difficult situations because this company does not communicate efficiently. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.

I obtained new insurance and had my new insurance company send an email to Grange, as well as called to cancel my policies on 04/08. At that time Grange pulled for my April policy out of my bank account on 04/09. After my phone call today with a customer service representative and an underwriter they will not refund my money for the month and the payment they took was for 04/08 until 05/08. I am no longer using their services and have called as well as sending an email but Grange does not seem a refund is owed to me. They have sent me a cancellation in the mail with 2 different dates. 04-08 and another for 05-08. My insurance policies were to be cancelled 04/08. Also they have someone on my insurance who was to be taken off 2 years ago and I have called numerous times for him to be removed, which I learned today he had still not been removed. This insurance company is a joke
Hi, They send me a notice saying I owe them money for providing the insurance coverage of my home for past one year. where as insurance coverage is paid by my mortgage lender. I do not know of the insurance provided by them and they never send me the coverage papers or billing statement.
At one point in time, I had signed up for an annual car insurance policy with Grange Insurance through a particular agency. I was unaware that they had a policy of auto-renewing my insurance. Subsequently, I switched to a different insurance provider, having found a more competitive rate. Despite my change in provider, Grange Insurance proceeded to auto-renew my policy without my explicit consent or knowledge. When I communicated my intention to discontinue their services, it seemed to have no effect. Grange experienced several billing issues, which led to them erroneously charging me for over a year, despite my active policy with another company. I had assumed my account with Grange was closed and therefore did not make payments to them. To my surprise, they later sent me an incorrect past due bill for $1,400. I am seeking to have this balance cleared and to resolve this matter conclusively.
Consumer states she purchased new homeowners insurance with another company and she advised this agency that she wanted to cancel Grange and sent them the new insurance information. Consumer states the new insurance started on June 1, with ***. Consumer states everything was ending with them anyways. Consumer states they are sending her a bill for $300 and are telling her it will go to collections.

I submitted a claim to Grange Insurance Company on June 20 because my car was vandalized, and the front fog light was stolen and the front of the incurred damage. Grange initially denied claim stating it was fraud. They continued to accuse me of entering a fraudulent claim. I presented them with the police report number. Once I provided them the information, they gave me 2 choices remove the claim or have them further investigate the claim for fraud. My response was for them to investigate. Then, they decided to dismiss the fraud allegation & pay for the damage. None of the their claims centers were available so, they agreed for the car to the *** and put me in a rental. *** provided an estimate of $2799.19 for the cost to fix. On 8/6, the decided pay $1900 to have their provide fix it because they felt the labor cost was too high. I have to return a rental because they won't pay for it & incur Uber charges to get to work even though I pay for one in my policy.

I had a Grange policy with a company that subsequently sold to another company. I canceled my Grange policy in March . Despite this, I continue to receive invoices from them. I have paid these invoices a couple of times, but this needs to stop. I would like for them to confirm in writing that they have canceled my policy and that I do not owe them any additional money.
I had a car accident that caused me to lose control of my vehicle and run off the road and I got stuck I was able to free the vehicle and drove for a minute and realized m tire blew the insurance company is only fixing the tire and rim but not the transmission that faulted out due to the accident the repair shop informed the insurance company that it was a direct result of the accident but the insurance refuses to fix the transmission
The insurance carrier has not responded back their insurer hit me by the name of *** and I have yet to hear back from them ----I suffered damages ---------and need to be made whole by this insurance company
Grange Insurance is refusing to provide me payment for vehicle repair services that I paid out of pocket
Grange Insurance is refusing to provide me payment for vehicle repair services that I paid out of pocket. The vehicle repairs were necessary to finish the job of getting my vehicle back to the good working condition that it was in prior to an accident in June. (This accident was entirely the fault of the other party.) I took my vehicle to a second repair shop (***) after poor performance/repair work from the shop that was recommended by Grange (***). After the *** "repaired" my car the third time, there was still a shimmy in the steering wheel due to the tires being out of alignment (confirmed by ***). *** was able to make the repair necessary to bring the tires into proper alignment. Grange has only reimbursed me for the alignment check done by *** ($74.68) - and is refusing to pay for the amount of the actual repair that fixed the problem. I am still owed $105.24 for the necessary repair work.

I cancelled my auto insurance on October 5th. On November 5th $169 was deducted from my checking account that was not supposed to be deducted causing overdrafts. I contacted my agent, and he assured me it would be reversed. On November 8th, the charges were reversed and immediately charged again. I contacted my agent again and he said he would take care of it. I called Grange Insurance and the lady I talked to told me my bank would have to give assurance in writing that her funds were safe and she would release my funds. My funds were not supposed to be withdrawn in the first place! It is November 22nd and I still have no funds. My agent has offered no additional support.
My parked car was hit and damaged by a person who has Grange insurance. I got three estimates from three different body shops. All three were over $5000. Grange will only pay $4000. I also have to rent a car for two weeks because that's how long the repairs will take. Grange isn't paying for this at all. Grange notified me of this on new years eve. They say if I don't respond by 1/4 they will mail me a check. I can't respond because they're closed for the holidays. My car is wrecked. I'm 70 and I'm on social security. I don't know what to do.

Left car at a service center early May for repairs, it was sent to a body shop they partner with.
I left my car at a service center in the first week of May to correct some damage. The center sent my car to a partnered body shop. On May 25, I received a call informing me that my car was stolen because the keys were left inside, which was against their protocol. The car was missing for a month before being found. The body shop's insurance company, responsible for the car, left it at an impound lot for over a month, providing only excuses. Three months have passed, and the issue remains unresolved. I was treated as an insignificant statistic and was not informed about the whereabouts of my car. By chance, I received a call from a body shop inquiring if I had arranged to send my car elsewhere, stating they wouldn't cover the towing cost. I believe that the service center and the body shop's insurance should bear all financial responsibilities. I refuse to accept a damaged car that could potentially cause me financial strain in the future.

I accidentally paid Grange insurance $350.00 on July 8. I realized this error and sent a message on August 2. I spoke with a representative from Grange and provided a copy of the canceled e-check proving that Grange cashed my electronic check. I received confirmation from the representative on August 5, confirming receipt from their end. It is now October 1, and I have not received a check returning the $350.00. I left a message for the customer service at Grange today at 4:23pm.

I've been with this auto car insurance company for years now and just renewed my policy in beginning of November, it went up 70.00 a month , around 1000 over a year the gentleman from granger insurance said on phone , after him and his manager couldn't give me a reason why it went up period, because he agreed with me that I got older the car got older and my driver record stayed the same and is almost perfect driving that I have , they said they would have send request to underwriter and would get back to me that day , during the call the nice gentleman on the phone got me my veterans discount so that was good , they did get back to me and told me my insurance went up because everyone's was going up and gave no reason at all for increase of payment, no reason at all

Business gave out my personal information with out my prior written consent now I have a bill collect attempting to collect a fictitious insurance bill form Grange. December I mailed (IN WRITING return receipt request) To cancel my car insurance and included a check for the remaining balance. Attached to the check was a conditional endorsement stated if you CASH this check you agree to the terms and conditions attached. I will provide upon request. Written in front of the check paid in FULL RESTITUTION. Around six months later I get a call and letter from Granges bill collector that I owe money for coverage. Again I cancelled any and all coverage prior. I asked the collection agency how they obtained my personal and contact information. The collection agency stated "Grange GAVE it to us!" I am still having to fight the issue with the collection agency. Again I have an agreement in writing that Grange Insurance and any subsidiaries are NOT permitted to disclose any info about me with our seperate agreement in writing. (which they DO NOT HAVE!)

My Homeowners Insurance renewal bill was sent, stating a "Paid In Full" amount of $658
My Homeowners Insurance renewal bill was sent, stating a "Paid In Full" amount of $658. However, I was expecting this to be paid from my mortgage company's escrow account. I called Grange, and then my agent, to have my insurance billed to the mortgage company instead, who promptly paid the $658 that was due. Then I receive a bill for an *extra$61 over and above the amount that was related to me as "Paid in Full".
After calling Grange, I am told that the amount billed to a mortgage company is higher than that billed to an individual. When I switched billing from insured to mortgage company, AT NO TIME was I advised that this would increase the amount I would have to pay by 10%. Grange Billing support advised that it's because the insured is not paying directly, but through the mortgage company. My argument is that I am still paying for my home insurance - it is me that has to fund my escrow account with my mortgage company.
There can be absolutely no difference in the way Grange is billing - the only difference is the address to which the bill is sent. I'd like to call out this deceptive practice of charging me 10% more than what my bill stated.

I was notified by (illegible) Mr. Rob Venton that they wre paing for the damage done to my SUV. And we located the compapny to make repairs to my SUV and Mr. Rob Venton said to call and get the SUV repaired. We did so after all the repairs was done the insurance company refused to pay the remaining blance of $439.57.
So I called Mr. Rob Ventan and he said they were no paying it because the body shop was charging to much for the final payment. And I told him we sould hot have to pay this amount to get my SUV back and said I needed pay for it.
This was on August 17. So I called back to the body shop and was told I could not get my SUV until the balance was paid. This is why I am writing yo to see if I can get my money back.
So please advise me if this claim can be settled.
My name: *** Knox the insurance claim number is ZPA003322843 Agent that handle the case is Mr. Rob Ventan, Phone number - 1.920.968.8403

My policy ended in December last year
My policy ended in December last year. I searched for the cheapest insurance with the coverage I wanted, as I do every single year, and switched to ***
Yesterday I received a collections notification in the mail stating I owed them *** for coverage that went beyond the 6 months which I had already paid for in full. I called Grange just now and they said that they do their customers a favor by not cancelling their policies unless they have written cancellation notification.
I had never been called or left voicemails saying this was an issue. They sent me a giant packet that apparently spelled that out to me(which I have no idea what was said in the packet because I threw it away, being as how I was already with another agency, I shouldn't need anything more from Grange).
This is an underhanded policy written I'm sure in the fine print of the contract that nobody ever makes you aware of. I'm sure many other people have had this same problem of charging people for insurance that has already lapsed. They stated they need a backdated form with the dates from my new insurance company. This is so underhanded what they are doing to people. No other insurance company I have been with does this, when the payment ends so does the coverage. I am currently working on buying a house and this could not have come at a worse time.

I was in a car accident on 2/12, that was not my fault
I was in a car accident on 2/12, that was not my fault. The other driver, ***o, was sited to be at fault by the ***. The other driver's insurance company is Grange Insurance. The claim number for my case is ***. The company did not want to provide me with adequate compensation for the damage to my car and they have paid me nothing so far. Their answer was only to total the car at $1,003.45. The Kelly Blue Book private party value on my car is $1,989-$3,402. I cannot even pay to the replace my car according to their payout amount. I have since repaired the car on my own, as I wanted to keep my car. This car is my daily driver. The insurance company stated that I could buy back my car after they totaled it out for $600 ($1,003.45 - $600 = a $403.45 settlement from the insurance company) and I would have to pay to have the vehicle inspected and then pay for a salvaged title. I have several communications (mainly emails) with the company to no agreeable resolution. I even emailed them to asking them to just pay the for the parts that I used to repair the car with and they were not willing to do this. I did all the the repairs myself and had a local body shop do the paint work. I am asking to be reimbursed for the parts amount by the insurance company. I have paid $967.89 for parts and paint repair to my car. I dealt with total loss adjuster *** at Grange Insurance, .
I have been attempting to settle on my insurance claim and receive payment on my vehicle
I have been attempting to settle on my insurance claim and receive payment on my vehicle. Grange deemed the vehicle a total loss on 10/27 and its now 11/17 and i still have not received payment for my settlement. Not only that, Grange has not picked up my vehicle from the shop and is holding my settlement over my head as collateral. *** keeps telling me that the shop is unfair with their loss charges and storage. *** states that the shop is not charging the market rate and that the amount that they are approving is based off what they believe is right. *** said that my only option was to tell the shop owner his rates were too high or pay for the difference out of my settlement. I instructed them to pick up the vehicle and send me my payment but he went on to say that they will not pick up the vehicle until i agree to him deducting from my settlement. I specifically told him multiple times that i do not agree with the decision that they have reached and that if he deducts it from my settlement i will seek reimbursement by filing with small claims court. I seriously feel terrorized and bullied by *** and his supervisors. This is absolutely ridiculous that they are holding my settlement against me already for a couple weeks after i accepted the settlement offer and gave them all the requested documentation that they needed. I dont know how any person is supposed to go through such a traumatic experience like an accident and then get completely bullied by an insurance company and be ok.

Grange Claim: A comprehensive auto claim was reported for a 2014 Infiniti and 2017 Subaru
A comprehensive auto claim was reported, where we unknowingly damaged the exterior paint of our 2014 Infiniti and 2017 Subaru. The damage occurred while washing the vehicles with the wrong side of a pad, to remove bird droppings. Both vehicles were being washed at the same time at our home. The claim for both vehicles was handled under the same claim number. The Infiniti was taken to your recommended shop. When we picked up the car, it was noticed the paint job was not complete and there was a dent in the left rear running board that was caused by the shop. During a call to the shop, to determine the progress of the repairs, I was advised the Infiniti is not there and to report it stolen to the police. However, the car was there and, when it was picked-up again, even more damage was caused to it by the shop. The repairs have been made. Concerning the Subaru, due to our prior experience, we will not have the repairs completed at a Grange Network shop. Grange then advised separate comprehensive deductibles apply to each vehicle, as there were separate incidents. This is not accurate, as both vehicles were being washed at the same time. Further, this is supported by Grange handling both claims under the same claim number and not assigning separate claim numbers. It is reasonable for a single deductible to apply to the damage that arose out of the same incident. Further, Grange's AMD Analyst, advised all conversations are recorded. Please provide transcripts of all conversations.

I was in a motorcycle accident on August 2, with no fault of my own
I was in a motorcycle accident on August 2, which was seen as no fault of my own. This accident caused injuries to my left foot, necessitating physical therapy. After arranging everything through Grange Integrity Insurance, I was informed by their representative that they intended to discuss the injury settlement with me, addressing concerns about coverage for my physical therapy bills. Despite assurances that they were reviewing and paying for my treatment, Viverant, the physical therapy provider, reported receiving only $3,090 of the $4,100 owed. I was initially covered for eight sessions, twice a week for four weeks, but now I'm being asked to pay the shortfall. Additionally, my gear, including a helmet and gloves, was damaged, and I've struggled for months to get them replaced or refunded. My numerous emails to the insurance contacts have been met with silence. Progress on this case only occurred when I threatened legal action. It seems they might be trying to take advantage of the situation and ignore my efforts to resolve this matter, which has been dragging on for about six months with no progress in the last three.

I called the glass repair line to have my windshield repaired after a stone chipped it
I called the glass repair line to have my windshield repaired after a stone chipped it. Grange Insurance works directly with ***
I scheduled an appointment and the safelite representative stated that they were having problems verifying my insurance and would verify it and would contact me if there was any issues with my coverage. I believed that I had the proper coverage as I had it on all of my other vehicles. I received several emails regarding the appointment and at no time did anyone inform me of any issues/concerns or of the cost being any different than my standard $100 deductible.
The technician, ***, showed up for the appointment and replaced the windshield. When the windshield installation was complete the technician asked me for significantly more than the $100 that I was expecting.
While *** called his boss, I attempted to contact Grange. I spoke with a representative that quickly shuffled me off to the "head of the glass repair". I left a message with her that was eventually returned. She stated that an inquiry had been made and that my "verification" had been carried out by a replacement other than her as she was out of the office so she didn't know what was going on and wouldn't be able to help me other than stating that I didn't have "comp" coverage.
I called my independent agent and after a week called him back and was told that he was informed to not get into this claim on my behalf as I "knew and had been notified that I was a self pay in this matter"
Both of these statements are false as I did not know that I was self pay or I would have used a lower cost provider.
I still have all of the emails that were sent to me regarding this claim and none of them state that I am responsible for the amount of money that I paid for this "service"

While the people i spoke with at Grange were nice, the lack of communication is driving my review. There was an issue with my premium payment and Grange never contacted me until the day my auto insurance policy cancelled. They claim the sent me a letter, but i never received one. They never gave me the opportunity to attempt a resolution (which i am not seeing there was an issue). I am very frustrated and have to spend more time trying to figure out what happened.
I was contacted and followed up with in a timely manner. The statement and claims process was also timely and easy.
Our claim was communicated and handled very well at all levels. After obtaining the information that our adjuster needed things went very quick. They made us feel comfortable through the whole process.
Emily made this process easy and relatively stress free. I was pleased with the result.
