Irresponsible drivers.
Today around 6pm a grub hub driver was in my mobile home park off Freedom Blvd in Florence South Carolina. The driver was driving across drainage ditches and other tenants front lawns. He was driving a white Jeep and delivered to 1319 April Alley. 1319 April Alley is clearly addressed on 3 sides of their house. Persons driving like this are irresponsible and a liability to your company. Please take care of it.

Giovanni pizza and pasta 4 items
I ordered 4 items from Giovanni Pizza and Pasta in Menifee, CA at 5:35 PM. The Delivery was schedule between 6:57PM - 7:17PM. The order status was on my phone and did not show that the order had been delivered to my door even though I kept looking at my phone for the delivery person to deliver the food. I was concerned with my order when it did not come by 7:45 PM. I called Grubhub Support at 7:48PM and decided to look on my porch. A bag was in front of my door and it was my delivery that Grubhub had left in front of the door. I was truly surprised since no one had knock on the door or rang the doorbell. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell or knock on our door and I would not have looked if I had not called Grubhub support. Our food delivery was Fried Zucchini Sticks, Fried Calamari, Cobb Salad and Meat Lasagna. Which was really cold. What a waste! According to the ticket the food was delivered at 6:07PM but we did not know the food was delivered because they did not knock on our door to advise use. This was truly unacceptable for a delivery service.

Your new service socks requiring people to be at a restaurant before food is ready and docking people in giving him a bad time so you can’t get no timeslots a new all you make everybody like vultures, and had to get all of their time slots on a Saturday you suck in your system sucks how are you going to keep Driver’s if you can’t even if you make it work, how do you go in the past you give someone an order that you’re supposed to pick up 15 minutes in the past and delivered 15 minutes in the past and then when you call customer service, they say it’s fine it’s not gonna affect you and then five minutes later on your automatic set up his shows I’ve been doing for being late to the restaurant that you gave me to go into the past, you want me to scream up and down the road and break the laws are in traffic like to get to the to the restaurant for your people you suck

The newest commercial I am seeing from GrubHub, mostly on YouTube, is highly offensive and inflammatory to those of us with misophonia. The whispering sends me into a rage and makes me want to kill the people behind the ads, which is a common response for people with this disability. - look it up! Please let them know that I will NEVER use GrubHub, even if it is included for FREE with Amazon Prime, because of this commercial. They are being insensitive to their viewing audience, and are either unaware of, or unconcerned about, the effects of their ads. They had better hope that nobody actually does lash out against their company or its people in response to this advertisement. I wish that all marketing/advertising content creators were made aware of this. Some ASMR commercials have initiated the same kind of responses and complaints from many, and have resulted in them being pulled from the lineup of commercials. I hope that they are willing to be educated and pull this commercial as well. It is my view (and many with this disorder), that if something is worth saying, it is worth vocalizing and putting intonation to as well. The same with Joe Biden, who is VERY ANNOYING when he whispers into the microphone. People all over the world are laughing at him and his whispher-rants - NO JOKE! If you can't say something out loud, it must not be worth saying at all.
Desired outcome: Pull that commercial from their lineup and think of something else that is not prone to engendering enragement among audiences.

I am extremely upset my order arrived 31 minutes past the scheduled delivery time. Once it got here it was cold and soggy. Honestly not even edible and it was completely the fault of the delivery driver he didn’t arrive at the restaurant until after the scheduled delivery was supposed to occur. I contacted the chat to see about getting a refund because this was in fact their fault they gave me a 10$ credit for my next order as if that made it okay that the food was garbage. I want a refund this was your delivery drivers fault it was late and Ice cold and yet I try to continue making my case and the guy on the chat ends the chat with me which was extremely disrespectful. I want a refund not a credit on my next meal frankly I don’t know that I will be ordering with grub hub again after this terrible experience. I don’t want to spend $35 on food for it to come looking and tasting like crap.
Make it right!

Order not delivered, was told I would get a refund in 3-5 business days / never happened
I had to call back a total of 7 times, each time I was told a different story, I placed an order via YELP which processed on Jan 27th via Grubhub.. I never use grubhub and will never order via YELP again. I have called back 7 times. they never were able to send me proof of the credit or void and each time I called back they told me it will take a few more days. On 15th day I called and they said they will request a screen shot of the credit and it will take a couple of days. / This is the worst organiaion ever. NEVER order via YELP it goes to Grubhub and there is no tracking no nothing, its a joke
Desired outcome: Yelp needs to let shoppers know before they order that it will be processed via grubhub so that you can cancel
Suspected criminal operation
1. Ordered chicken tiki masala and garlic naan at $16.95.
2. Was charged $16.95 by Grub Hub but did not include the entree chicken tiki Masala that somehow got removed.
3. Called restaurant about the chicken needing to be added, they said Grub Hub already has the order of two pieces of naan it paid them $3.95 for. Restaurant gave me Grub Hub number to call.
4. Grub insisted I only bought the naan that was on its way. Had no solution for $16.95 charge.
5. Grub delivery didn’t drop off the bread claiming I didn’t answer my phone. Instructions said to text me upon arrival.
6. Customer service in chat refunded all but $4.00 tip.
7. I cancelled membership but Grub said it would be delayed 45 days without reason.
This is a criminal operation in my opinion.

Delivery
I ordered some food via Grubhub and a minute later I noticed that they picked a location from the chain far away from us rather than using the one right next to us. Their help area says, chat with us right away to avoid extra cost when canceling - except their chat bot is just sitting there spinning a circle for the last half hour. The food is ready but the haven't even assigned a driver yet. Not providing any contact option that works is just very unprofessional. I was was a Grubhub+ member - guess what, I just canceled it.
Desired outcome: Improve service
Demand to have account completely removed.
Because it looks like my account was compromised and I am unable to edit the email address or change the password, and the CSR's on chat are:
1. unable to understand English, or maybe they are illiterate
2, unable to resolve the issue
3. do not know the difference between a website and an app
4. promised to escalate the issue/transfer to a "specialist"/send to a manager and simply dropped my in the bit bucket

I want a full refund of the order and an explanation of what the charge is and why I was charged after I confirmed my order
I ordered from them on dec 5 2022 order number-
Order #[protected]-1253318. the total of this order before being refunded (.94) for not getting an item was $25.63 2 days later I was charged 1.17 more so my new total is 26.80. I have no idea what the extra charge was or is for. I have call customer service twice and never been told exactly what the charge is been told upcharge or a tax or they don't know. a corporate rep was supposed to get back to me in 48hrs and that has not happened. this charge to my bank acct is like a theft. I have never had this happen and for this company not explaining what the adjusted charge is dishonest. and them not getting back to me is disgusting.
App problems that have been reported thousands of times do not get addressed
Us drivers have reported the same problems thousands of times, only to get no feedback and have our concerns, which cost us money and cause the customers to receive poor service, go into the nothing void.
These problems only grow in complexity due to the fact that there is no communication and the technicians/engineers at Grubhub seem to not care AT ALL about making real improvements to the system. Improvements that would make Grubhub more money, improve the driver's profitability, and most importantly provide our customers with a MUCH better experience.

Refund never been made to my bank account
I´ve been using Grubhub as a member for a long period. At the beginning I wasn´t confortable by giving complaints, but after many times, food arrived cold, specially when I ordered from Fast food restaurants like Wendys, Burguer King, MC Donalds, etc...those that precisely aren´t cheap, I started filling complaints and the company normally promise me refunds back as they promise to be responsible in his Website.
What was my surprise when after trusting their promise of refund, I realize that they were never made.
But this isn´t the bad at all, a big issue can be happen to their customers...Those times when the app cancel your order, and they charged you, but your refund never came back to your account...
I´m tired to call their customer support team and make complaints...They always promise me they are going to resolved my situation and that never happens.
Grubhub fails me and I´m going to stop using this company.
Order placed from El Salvador Restaurant tonight.
I ordered beef soup, among other things, from El Salvador Restaurant on November 28, 2022, at 3:46pm. The soup container was half full with most of the soup broth spilled inside the bag. Missing were a good part of the soup's vegetables and beef. It seems fairly clear to me that either the driver or someone in the car with him ate the soup on the way to my house and it's why the broth was spilled inside the bag and much of the soup contents were missing. I doubt very much that the restaurant only filled the container half full and spilled the soup inside the bag. This is unbelievable behavior and I wonder where Grubhub gets its delivery drivers and whether any background check is done on them. I not only want the cost of the soup refunded to me, but also the $4 tip I left the driver when I ordered. This individual deserves no tip or a job, for that matter. I was so disgusted that I ended up throwing the soup away, so I don't have the container to take a photo of.
Desired outcome: Refund me the cost of the soup, $15.50, plus the $4 tip for the driver.
I would like an apology, full re-instatement of my account and compensation for the trauma they put me through
On the 7th of November, I tried to order food through my account with Grubhub and noticed my order were being cancelled after placing them.
I requested help and on more than 3 occasions, I was told the cancellations were for my safety.
I found their chat line and they told me someone will reach out in 48 hours.
After 72 hours, I did not hear from anyone, I tried making another order but it was also cancelled again and this time I found the customer service number and called. After 1 hour, I was finally told my account was suspended and the system is doing a review. I would hear back in 48 hours.
Its now 1 week and after requesting chat help again today 11/14, I was informed by the help desk that they do not know when I will hear back from Grubhub or when they can provide a status update on my account.
Driving for GrubHub
Driving for GrubHub, Is an absolute slavery the end of day is the choice of the driver badges when is the drivers get a complaint from the diner your life is screwed because this platform they don’t know jack about how to deal professionally and resolving a problem I had one time in order I just click on it to go pick it up on the way and customer message me to hurry up so I called support and denied the pick up so they cancel the order but this customer keeps harassing me and he reported to GrubHub GrubHub and a decision that I really picked up the food and delivered to the customer and I was the one who harassing the customer and in reality it was all BS it’s not even true so good luck working for this company is total slavery and they don’t even communicate by the time you get you get only you call you get Mexico you get Philippine and nobody instant English so good luck or resolving your problem with this company that uses and abuses these platforms are just a bloodsucker

Failure to deliver & driver canceled order
I am in a post operative situation and non ambulatory so I contacted Grubhub to deliver dinner about 7:30 p.m. I watched the map to see progress of the driver. Around 9:00 it appeared that he was close to my home. Then at 9:05 I get a text and an email saying that the driver had canceled the delivery. To say the least I was livid! Where do these drivers get off making the decision to cancel an order just because they feel like it? It is only an 8 minute drive from the restaurant to my home. It never should have taken 90 minutes. This is not the first time I have problems with Grubhub but I can guarantee it will be the last.
The Terrell branch of Grubhub drivers and services are useless and lazy.
I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
Desired outcome: Hire drivers that are more responsible and not lazy children.
Delivery was horrible
I ordered from Dew Chilli in Springfield, Il, it started off showing one driver pull up next to the restaurant, then another driver was show across town picking it up and my delivery time jump from 25-30 minutes to well over 45 minutes after ordering. When my order finally arrived much of the food was outside of the container and in the bag and the Styrofoam cup with tea in it was broken with half its contents gone. The entire meal was a mess, see the picture below. Besides being a mess, it was cold because it sat at the restaurant waiting to be picked up for a half hour. When the driver arrived with the meal and questioned about the condition of the food packaging and cup of tea, she had an attitude saying "what do you want me to do about it?"
Desired outcome: Apology would be great, refund would be better. Get some training for your drivers if they are the ones representing the company
additional charge after the order
On September 7, 2022, I ordered food from a restaurant. The restaurant said Grubhub + and no delivery fees.
However, the restaurant used their own delivery and charged me $4 after placing the order.
I contacted customer service about it, and the representative said "Right under the name of the restaurant always says if GH is going to deliver the order or not."
So I checked if it said the message, but there wasn't any. Also, I asked the representative "Is there an alert saying that if GH isn't delivering, there would be an additional charge?"
But the representative just ended the chat by saying, "Since I see there is no other issue that can assist you with, and the previous one is already resolved, I am going to end our chat."
What kind of customer service is this? She did not solve any of my problems but ended the chat without asking.
1. Customer service was horrible.
2. Additional delivery fee was charged without any alerts or messages when it says "No Delivery fee" clearly below the restaurant's name.

This is not the first time I have had problems with the employees the

be a big deal ... But it is to me ... It shows that this employee can not
be trusted ... if he feels free to steal a bar code ... What else is he
capable of doing ... They start small to see what they can get away
with and then gradually move up to more bad behavior ... Please look
into this and contact your employee that he scanned my rewards ... I
have contacted Red Lobster about this issue ... But there is nothing
they can do ... Contact Grub Hub ...

Delivery driver
The driver never delivered my food. When I called he said he said he delivered to wrong apartment because he couldn't find my apartment. There was a clear instruction in my order page to call me when you arrive, and it had not been an issue before. When I asked him, his response was, "Wtf is wrong with you! [censored], If you want to eat go to the other people house and get the food yourself. stop wasting my time."
