They did a great job on my bathrooms! The work was top-notch and the price was fair. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but I'd rather have quality work than rushed work. I'll definitely be using Bath Planet Atlanta again.

The guy who sold us the stuff said he'd keep in touch, but then he disappeared. We had to wait 3 months for the stuff to arrive and we had to start paying for it before we even got it. They didn't tell us the shower door would come later. The boss who installed it was really mad and mean. The guys who put it in were sloppy and messed up our floor, walls, and door. They messed up a water line and it leaked in the wall. We had to fix it ourselves and they still haven't paid us back. We have a big hole in the wall now and we have to pay even more to fix it. They keep saying they'll call us back, but they never do.

and I'm getting frustrated. I've called and emailed them multiple times, but they keep giving me excuses. They said they're waiting for the materials to arrive, but it's been months already. I don't know what to do anymore. I just want them to finish the job that I paid for. It's not fair that they're taking my money and not delivering what they promised. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find another gutter guard installer.

This biz put gutter guards on my shake roof ranch home in March. The crew had a youngin' with 'em. The quality was terrible and they messed up my roof with their bad installin'. The company says it ain't their fault even though I had two other roofin' companies come check it out and they both said the bad work caused damage that'll make my roof leak. It wasn't leakin' before they put the guards on. Cedar Works can fix it and I attached their report. Regal Roof said the damage was from the install but they can't fix it. I don't have a fancy report from them but I can ask. Fixin' it'll cost $7800 and the company only wants to take the guards and leave me with the damage.

The guy who sold it to us (John Raines) said it would be done in 7-10 days when he came to our house on August 21st. He said the color we picked was in stock. But they kept changing the start date and it's been way longer than they said it would be. We called the sales guy, the admin assistant, the boss, and the owner *** a bunch of times but they didn't do anything to fix it. They haven't been communicating with us and we want our money back. We wrote the check over sixty days ago and we've tried calling, emailing, texting, and sending a certified letter but they haven't done anything to fix it. We've given them plenty of chances to make it right but they haven't.

Gutterglove South put up gutters on 8/19 and said they'd last forever. But on 5/3, I saw water spilling over from the back gutter in the middle. I called Gutterglove and they said a tech would come on 5/19. But the tech didn't show up. Gutterglove didn't answer my calls after that. They say they have a TrustDale $10,000 Guarantee, but they didn't help me. So I complained to TrustDale on 5/20. A rep emailed me and tried to help, but Gutterglove wouldn't cooperate. An inspector came to my house on 6/24. On 7/23, they said my system had debris that pulled the gutter away from the roofline. But the inspector's pics didn't show much debris. The system failed after only 9 months with just a little debris. Gutterglove's excuse about maintenance seems like they're just trying to get out of honoring the warranty.

Gutter-Gard South put in new gutters for us. We paid $3,773 in May. They said they'd come on June 3rd but then called my husband and said they didn't have the stuff they needed. They rescheduled us for a few days later. The installer texted my husband at 10pm saying sorry I didn't make it today I'll be there tomorrow. But he said that on a day we weren't even scheduled. He didn't come the next day either. They rescheduled us 3 more times and all times were no call no shows. We kept calling and each time got the same I'm so sorry let's reschedule you. Then they said the original installer isn't even with them anymore and they'd give us $300 back. We were scheduled for Saturday June 19th and again no call no show. I called today 6-21 asking for our money back and they said no.

I started dealing with Gutter-Gard South on May 17th when I needed to replace my windows. The company owns Bath Plant, and it took several weeks for someone to come out and measure my windows. After many phone calls and texts, someone finally came on June 21st, but they had no idea what they were supposed to measure and no work order. I continued to call and text for the next month and a half, but I got no return calls.
Finally, on September 16th, Rutgar told me that my window would be in on the 23rd. I made an appointment for installation at 10:00, but they changed it to 2:00 and then to 4:00 on the same day. When they arrived at 3:15, they didn't have the materials to install the window. Rutgar wanted to install a 48x36 window in a 48x48 opening, but he had no materials to fix the 12" gap. I sent him away and called the company to cancel the entire job.
The finance company had already disbursed $8000 to Bath Planet, but they were willing to cancel if they got their money back. However, the owner of Bath Planet said no and wanted to charge us 30% to cancel. The materials ordered were standard, but we were willing to pay for a custom window, and that's all.

I got these gutter glove guards from Gutter-Gard South for my metal roof home during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. I asked if it would work with my roof and they said yes. But after they installed it, I had water overrunning in my corners and had to pay extra for longer splash guards that cost me $75. Even after that, I still have issues with water overflowing in the corners. The gutter glove can't handle the volume of water even though their ads say it can handle more water than any other gutter guard and their website says it can redirect 150 inches of water per hour. They knew their product wasn't compatible with metal roofs. The installer, Zoe, even told the company not to install it on metal roofs during his return visits to fix the corner issues. I tried to escalate the issue to *** but got no satisfaction. Then COVID hit and I had to help my 84-year-old parents who also got COVID but are now fine. *** misinterpreted my issue and sent a third party to check it out. The report said I had to move my gutter, trim my metal roof, and add snow guards which means drilling holes to slow down water flow. I found a gutter company that can fix the corners with high flow material for $300. I want a refund of $375 because the photo shows an overlap in the front hose corner and a big gap before my cleaning. This can't be left in place because the lip of the guard catches water and it runs past the splash guards. I reached out to them again but they're not responding. They told me to do what the third party recommended.
