In the last 3 days I have being on hold for more than 1.5 hours with customer service.They are not able to help...the mistake that Gymboree made is that my total $ 160 is not reflecting with the commercial invoice $280 .I have never received a confirmation email saying that they r shipping with fedex.

my total is for $160 Canadian and fedex charged me $130 $...I also paid $17 additional for shipping from the website...I will keep fighting for my money back.The agents that i spoke with promised that they gonna call back in the end of the day and they never did...This is the worst customer service.Pls be aware that you have to pay almost the same price as your order for fedex...Unbelievable...so unfair and wrong.They have to fix the website and be honest with the costumers

I have checked my inbox and also junk mail to ensure that I received but I have never received a mail from you with instructions to reset password.

On November 06, 2017 I ordered some items for my sixth month old... It's been beyond 2 weeks and I still haven't received my items. So I go to look for the tracking number and they deleted all my info out of my account. And everytime I put my password in it says info is invalid or misspelled. So I click select Forgot password and they tell me to check my junk mail for the reset password. Im been waiting like a ghost, they are liars they will never seen you a reset password... Wth

Purchased over $200 products on line and had them shipped to Canada. The website clearly stated that Gymboree utilizes Global Service hence there is no additional custom charges. However, when the shipment arrived my sister were charged $45 for custom and services. That was more than 20% of the cost. I called Gymboree customer service and was told that there is nothing they can do. After asking to speak to the supervisor and directing them to the "shipping policy" page, I was offered a $10 coupon! No apology, no course of action (at least offer to update their online shipping policy).
After a good 1/2 hour waiting on the phone, 20 min explaining the situation, I was given a $10 coupon. What a waste of time! I will never buy anything from Gymboree again online. This a false advertizing and disrespect. I am still fuming after all and as I type...
I was charged 126.97 for 12 items ordered from Canada.My total price was different with my costumer invoice.Gymboree said that they dont keep this record .Also I didn't order prime.it was a regular shipment.After every single day being on hold for 1.35 min. they keep asking me to resend pictures and keep saying that they cant see my emails .I spoke with 3 agents who dont have any clue how to deal with my problem.It has been very frustrating as a working mom to keep fighting for my case.Any help?

Horrible customer service. I was on the phone for over 1.5 hrs last night with your manager Ritchie and her staff and she should not be a manager. You should listen to the call because i would be embarrassed if i ever had anyone treat my customers in that manner. I am a director for customer care and truly understand the importance of great customer service and ensuring that every customer is satisfied and you failed at that. I will never shop at your store ever again and will ensure that no one i know does either. Order was $158.00 CAD and they charged me an additional $100.96 duty...

I am sorry, but I have nothing positive to tell you.
I personally think that all of the items are way overpriced and not everyone can afford to buy from them. Even though this website is for everyone, not for rich people. Anyway, I would justify high rates if the quality and sizing were great. But it's not true. The quality is terrible, sewed for anyone but children. Sizing charts are always wrong and you never know what you will get.
All in all, I don't recommend using this website if you want to purchase something for your kid.

I have been with them for many years, but I guess everything comes to its end. This is the end of my friendship with them. I used to choose them for a great quality. I don't know what happened but now they are absolutely different. The quality now is cheap and their clothes are like garbage. I don't want my children to wear it and be embarrassed.
So sad I'll have to find another place for buying children's clothing.

Worse customer service ever! Closing store would not allow size 5 shoes to trade for exact pair of size 6 shoes. The tags were still on the size 5 -never worn shoes. There were plenty of size 6 in the store. The shoes were $14.98 but online the shoes were only $5.99. I bought them from the store because I needed them for my grandsons birthday the next day. The closing store had one sign that said, all sales final however the sign was not visibly posted. It was posted at the register area on the front side of counter where people stand to check out so it was hidden. I then called a gymboree store that was not closing to ask if I could exchange the shoes for the correct size and was told no. It's not surprising that business is poor in this area. I donated the shoes and I will never buy from gymboree again.

My name is Hala and I went to square one mall in Mississauga ontario to return a shoes Ipurchased it from gymboree erin mills location and then the associate her name is Rania said sorry your daughter wore this shoes because there are black spot at the bottom I said no she didn't and look the tag still attached even the platic one she said you can remove and reput it. I can't believe she has the worth customer service ever even her manager she told me the same.
promotional price adjustment
I placed an order and 5 days later there was a coupon for 20% off. Wanted a price adjustment and was told I couldn't get the adjustment because I already used a coupon. This was not the case! I will NEVER purchase from you again and will make sure everyone that I know will hear about your horrible customer service. I will definitely tell them to steer clear of Gymboree!
careless behaviour of one of the associate
Greeting for the day, I m loyal customer of gymboree and keep causing for my kid's cloth but in the beginning I feel maybe I m feeling not good but later I found staff so disrespectful and non cooperative s.. Even makes fun of the customer and makes them very uncomfortable while shopping in the store. Even I stopped them doing so but associate lady said it was their personal talk and both of them they were engaged in the conversation.. When I was billing then I told that I was not happy and comfortable bcause of her behaviour.. Instead of assuming sorry she kept on arguing.. Disgusting staff ever I met in canada.. Had very very bad experience yesterday! Was trying to return something with tags on receipt in hand and the clerk refuse to give me a refund. I asked for a store credit or an exchange she refused that as well. I asked her to call her supervisor she claimed that she called the supervisor plus that supervisor supervisor up the chain to two different supervisors . she claimed that no one was available to make an executive decision. It's very difficult for me to understand or believe that four supervisors up the chain we're not available during working hours. Not to mention the fact she refused to give me her name she refused to give me her supervisor's name, she called Mall security and told them that she wanted me out of the store and also told Mall security she was choosing not to give me her name or her supervisor's name . I really would appreciate a call back from somebody that can make an executive decision and that can also find out why four supervisors were not available via phone yesterday and why the clerk behaved in the manner of what she did. Furthermore I've been trying for 4 days to get a hold of somebody and I keep getting a reply to reply to an email address that I've just gotten the response that it's an auto no response email. I'm growing increasingly frustrated with this whole situation and there of the lack of response to my issues!

the worst online customer service
This is regarding an internet order back from December 2016. I received my order and there was a missing item "gymgo active hoodie #1777828" I e-mailed them and they wrote me back saying that they would reship the item. Well today's date 05/23/2017 and they still haven't given me an answer. I've spent a good amount of money in this company; and it's really sad and frustrating to not being able to get a good solution from them. This is gotta a be the worst customer service I've ever gotten for such a good company, I've been calling many times and every single time they make me repeat the whole story all over again, and not only that yesterday the guy from customer service called me "neurotic", I mean, really? All I want them to do is for them to give me a similar item. Why is it so hard for them to do so.

Hi There,
I purchased 6 pairs of pants for my 9 year old for Christmas on 12/23/16. Four of the pairs are still fine, but both of the Cargo Lined Pants (that were the most expensive of my purchase @ $14.78 each) that I purchased less than 4 months ago have already split. On the Gray pant (Item #[protected]), the knee split open. On the Khaki pant (Item #[protected]), the crotch split open while my son was at school, and he didn't have any other pants available to him.
I have never purchased Gymboree pants before, but the main reason I did was because I was told that Gymboree clothing is high quality. I have never had any clothes from Target or Kohl's literally split open.
I would like to request that I either be reimbursed, or receive new pairs of these cargo pants. Pants should last longer than 3 1/2 months.
I also have both pants and can send you pictures if you would like.

I am a faithful shopper at the gettysburg outlet store. Today around roughly 730 pm I walked in. As I said I am a faithful shopper I noticed brandon right away. Though it looked as if he was the only one in the store. He greeted me as always and told me the sales. As I was looking around in the front of the store I heard someone from the back say they were going to throw a hanger at him. As soon as I heard that I looked up and saw lindsay hand the girl a hanger. She didn't throw it guess she didn't know I was in the store. As I walk to the back of the store lindsay and other employees are sitting down while brandon is doing all the work. They are all on their phones and talking about their husbands/boyfriends and other non work related issues. As I am about to walk out because this made me furious to see them treating brandon like that I hear lindsay say loudly "i am happy I don't have to do anything and can sit back here on my ### while your up front" this was very disrespectful and non professional as not very work appropriate. Also as lindsay who is the manager came out on the floor she had her phone in hand. I heard brandon say to her "thought there was no phones on the floor" she replied smartly and with a attitude that he said something "i am the manager I can do what I want" as a manager that was very inappropriate for the work place especially with a customer in the store. Something needs to be done with the management of the gettysburg outlet store. I believe she is not titled to have that position as she is very disrespectful! Corporate if you see this please do something. I would hate to stop coming into the store because brandon left as he is the only employee who is respectful.

I have been a faithful employee in this company for the past couple of months. My time at the company has been good one so far, but now a problem has crept up, which threatens to disrupt my otherwise peaceful time at the company. This letter is regarding the behavior of the District Manger, Mrs. Lonni Sanchez. Mrs. Sanchez is the DM of multiple Gymboree stores in Houston and surrounding areas.
On the 14th of February, Mrs. Sanchez, and other Store Managers were on a conference call and discussed issues then called us "Idiots, Idiots, Idiots" I have been left feeling hurt by Mrs. Sanchez attitude towards me, and it has affected the quality of my work. I even spoke openly to her on this issue regarding me, but she denied any kind of indifferent behavior towards me. She belittles my character. I am not comfortable or confident like I was before. Finally, I have taken this step to inform whom it may concern about her behavior, which has been causing me distress.
I agree with you! She's not professional at all, doesn't know to talk to people...I don't know how she still a DM ...the whole company as a whole is not a great either...

I swear Gymboree is the worst with "sales" and promotions. I used gymbucks to make a purchase and then the prices plummeted 2 days later (for instance one item went from $40 to $20!). Sucks when you think you are getting a deal and realize you would've saved a bunch more by waiting. Emailed for a price adjustment...but wait... shocker! can't adjust because I used Gymbucks (even though I could've used one less gymbuck and still saved $50 on my order... SCAM)

I placed on online order for family christmas pajamas but by the time I received them I had already found pajamas I liked better. I returned them with your return label via ups on december 10. I patiently waited and waited and waited and never heard anything. I have called your company numerous times and waited on hold more than i've ever had to before. The first few times I called I was told they didn't know where my package was (As if it got lost in the mail). When I called back again last week, a man told me there was a note put on my account on dec 27 saying the warehouse was backed up with returns and most likely they just hadn't gotten to it yet. He called me back on monday, jan 9 to tell me the status still hadn't changed. Today I checked my bank account and noticed that a credit from gymboree was placed into my account yesterday for $22.38. That's the amount of cash I paid for my order. However, I also paid $50.00 in gift cards. After waiting on hold for another 20 minutes today, the woman who answered still could not tell me what happened to my gift card money. She had to put me on hold 4 more times to look into it, and finally told me i'd receive a merchandise credit via mail but had no idea when that would be. I told her i've been extremely patient, and i'd like my credit. She had no answers and said if I didn't receive it in another 7 to 10 business days to call back and check again! Are you kidding me?!?!?! It's already been over a month since I sent this back. Gymboree, you need to get it together. Your customer service is terrible! If/when I ever do get my merchandise credit, I can assure you, it will be the last time I ever shop at your store!

Gymbucks are being issued as a little number on your online order receipt and nowhere on the orange receipt does it say when the redemption period is. Where is the blue and green "gymbuck" coupon/bucks that have the date?! This company wants to scam their customers into not redeeming the gymbucks which they used to entice you to shop more! Ridiculous! Do not shop here anymore! I earned gymbucks in early september of 2016 and then went online searching high and low for when the redemption period was, and found in tiny tiny small print that it would be in january of 2017 and now it is time— they say my gymbucks expired! What?! There goes $125.

I've ordered online on the the 20th of november 2016 and received gymboree shipping confirmation, 6 (Six) days later !, on the 26th of november, which is not really normal ! This is not acceptable.
I tried to explain that the order should arrive not later than the 30th november 2016, since we were just on holidays till this date in new york and afterward we go back to switzerland, your customer service just informed I need to talk with ups but ups informed they can’t do anything since gymboree has chosen a mixed service with the national post and gymboree should solve this issue.
Gymbore customer service, did not offer any solution, the order was delivered too late and not in time!
The only possibility i’ve got from gymboree ! Is that I have to claim "did not received package" with my credit card to get the money back.
Later on the 15. Dec. Gymboree wrote to me: "due to refusal of the package, your order# [protected] was returned to our facility.In order for us to ship this package we will need a confirmation from you and a new or correct address. The shipping address we have for this order is: peereboom, isabelle 60 centre dr central valley new york [protected] we will gladly hold your package until 12/22/16. If we do not hear a response by this date, we will issue a credit back to your credit card for this order less shipping. Due to a high volume of emails received during the holidays preferred method of responding would be by phone. We thank you for taking the time to read this email and we look forward to your reply. I've reply to this email on the 19. Dec. 2016 and explained it was not my problem and I need my money back, do not what to pay any shipping fees but just received the gymboree feedback on the 29. Dec.2016: "hello,

The package was returned back to our warehouse and it will be process as a return less the shipping fee and the process will take 7 to 10 business days and it will reflect to your account in 1 to 2 billing cycles. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

As you see, it’s not my problem and I am not willing to pay any costs to gymboree after all this issues and the money I already spent talking to the customer service on the telephone, my personal time, etc.
I’m waiting for the credit back and of course gymboree should also cover any fees coming from the credit card.
It’s really a shame and i’m very disappointed about gymboree service and I refuse to pay any cost. !
