debited some amount in my account
my name is lucky vishwakarma I have debited some amount in my account and it is salary account and some amount 106 and mains 601 total 707 has been deducted from my account without any valid reason and I did not get any msg or E-mail from the HDFC bank.This is not fair and amount deducted from twice 106 from my account. My accessing net banking I get shocking and looking to the statement the amount detuted for maintaines purpose.. What is this...? I want my Money back and should be refundable as soon as possible... My Name is Sunil Nambiar and I have been a happy customer of HDFC Bank since last two and half years.. located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Got a Loan Against Securities (LAS) account as an OD account attached to my savings account customerID for managing my Working Capital Requirements six months back.
I also have a current account with HDFC (Soft CORNER - CustID:[protected]).
Yesterday, for my urgent personal needs when i tried to transfer Rs.40, 000 to my current account from LAS account.. I was given a message "WE ARE UNABLE TO CARRY OUT YOUR INSTRUCTION.. PLEASE CONTACT THE BANK".. Upon contacting the bank today, I realised that they have frozen my OD account with an existing limit of 1.5 Lakhs without ever intimating me.
After inquiring further, It was found that somebody had fozen my account without because they could not verify my address... after six months. after scores of transactions and without ever giving me a phone call / message / email.
I demand immediate restoration of my account first and foremost.. without delay.

unauthorised transaction
I made a online transaction on 31st Aug 2018 for RS. 300. However the transaction was declined. When I checked in my bank account the amount was deducted. I thought it will reflect after few hrs but than there was no reverse transaction. Regarding this I spoke to the customer service executive, the rep said will transfer the call to concerned department but he disconnected the call after waiting for 20mns on the line. Also raised a compilan via email and there is not response. Today (4 SEP 2018) I spoke to a rep by name Kumari Nayak she said will transfer the call and made me wait for 30mns and disconnected the call. Hope my RS. 300 will be back to my account

I am having a saving a/c with hdfc bank silchar branch vide no [protected] against which I have been given a loan of 75k for which everymonth emi was 1783 was debited in auto mode but suddenly my a/c was loaded with non maintence charge and the amount which was deposited for emi has been debited as non maintainece and hence loan got overdue, but my a/c was zero balance and it has been autometically converted to normal sb a/c without any intimation which was fully unethical. I raised a complain for this also but they hv not taken any meatures. Hence i was bound to shift my si to different a/c and given request for that paying 500rs extra charge. Also i have paied 2emis on their corporate a/c on 4th aug but even after that hdfc bank has presented my cheques 2times within the very same month and as a result bounced. My complain is that after depositing the amount why they hv presented cheque to my a/c twice within same month? As a result 1180rs has been charged as cheque bounce charge also my civil score has been detoriated at a huge... As swap rqst already given so they should have wait to activate the same itherwise why i paid 500 to process the same. Requesting the appropriate authority to take the necessary action and i need my 1180rs compensated by hdfc and my civil score also has to be upgraded.. As due to their act i have to suffer.
I was a regular customer of hdfc but after being so harused by them i am regrating myself to choose hdfc as my banker. Please take the call to the appropriate authority and reimburse my charges

I am Sanjana K, customer of HDFC bank, a lawyer practising in the High Court of Karnataka.
This is with regard to my credit card application which has been delayed by HDFC inexplicably and caused me distress!
I am in urgent requirement of a name embossed credit card as I am travelling to the USA on the early morning of 24.08.2018 to interact with Former USA Vice President Mr. Al Gore and attend a conference. To be able to attend the conference, I need to possess a name embossed credit card.
After having consulted SBI, Union Bank of India, ICICI bank, AXIS bank, I approached HDFC bank Chandra Layout Branch for obtaining a name embossed Credit Card on Fixed Deposit on 30.07.2018. On discussion with the credit card team of HDFC, I was assured by the Relationship Manager, Chandra Layout branch that I will receive the credit card within 7 working days. Going by this assurance and having faith in the quality delivery and performance of HDFC, I opened a new Smart Account with HDFC for the same purpose on 30.07.2018.
Further, my account was activated on 31.07.2018. On 31.07.2018 itself, I filled in application form for credit card and submitted all the documents required for the same. On 06.08.2018, I booked a Fixed Deposit for INR Rs.50, 000, the lien of which would be taken for issuing credit card.
I have received confirmation messages for booking of FD. I have also received a message acknowledging my credit card application with reference no. 18H06262480250S2 on 06.08.2018. Furthermore, I have sent passcode as required to process my CC application through SMS. I have attached screenshots of all the above which reflects the date and time as mentioned.
On 09.08.2018, I was assured by Relationship Manager that my credit card has been dispatched and I would receive the same within 7 working days.
As on date, I have not received my credit card. It has been more than 15 days since the receipt of application and I have not received any communication from HDFC regarding the same.
I have been visiting the Chandra Layout branch since 3 working days and waiting there patiently on a daily basis for more than 4 hours and yet the bank as not been able to resolve this issue.
I have been going through immense emotional agony and distress and the financial implications of this will be severe. This has destroyed my faith as a customer and I will spare no chance of taking up this with the highest level of management, if not addressed immediately. It is wilful and gross neglect on the part of HDFC for such poor turnaround time and inconvenience caused to me.
I need the bank to issue me credit card before my date of travel to the USA i.e., 23.08.2018 at any cost, failing which I will have to knock the doors of Consumer Forum.
I have attached screenshots of all the communication I have received which reflects the date and time for your reference.

I am using HDFC bank for 8 years.

I started my account in Coimbatore and received very good support from that branch and due to personnel reason shifted my account to Thirumangalam Branch in madurai, Tamilnadu, India.
I working in saudi arabia for 2 years and so converted my account to NRO with proper document process on jun 2018 till dated I have not received my ATM debit card for this Current NRO account and also poor response from the branch manager not taking responsible for me and I personally feel there is no use for using HDFC bank for 8 years with good transaction.
He also not supporting foe NRE account opening.
I don't know what is the problem.

unauthorised card blockage
myself amit kumar, card holder hdfc bank, wants to escalate an issue of anautorised card block. hdfc had given me 16k limit and i always do timely payments but due to switching my job and not getting salary for three months, unable to pay few payments. when I got my PF, They just block 21580 in my account, not an issue they block my 21580 for 16k limit card, but what is dis bloody hell, these rascals permanently block my card, they put lien on my account, and destroy my cibil. resolve other wise get ready for court. my number [protected].
this is amit, after 20 days, today i got a call from hdfc that you have to pay 2000 something for final settlement of your card means already they deduct 21580 for 16000 now they want 2000 more, I just want to clarify that if within 48 hrs my card will not get activated I will not pay a single penny nither for credit card nor for PL of 3.5 lac taken, i will not pay a single emi. they already destroyed my cibil. 48 HRS FOR CARD ACTIVATION. pathetic service.

hdfc credit card team has hold my saving bank account with my concern
Hi,
I have not paid credit card payment since 2 months. I lost my job and searching for new job. I borrowed 50000 money from my friend with 2 rupee interest and I deposited in my saving account. Because I have to pay emi 38000 on every 2nd and 4th.
This credit card department has hold my saving money due to which my emi was bounced.
My concern is without approaching me. How can they hold my money?
If this is the case where is the security for our money hdfc bank.

I called customer service several times, no proper response from anyone.
I am very much disspointed with hdfc bank services.
with regard to money stolen from the account
This is to inform you that, I am having a salary account with HDFC Bank (Customer ID [protected]) since 2013. This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transaction from my salary account, In the morning when I was sleeping at my home, I got the two messages that an amount of 10000 and 2500 has been debited from my account at 08:11:25 A:M & 08:11:55 A:M.
I logged a complaint in this regards through mobile in customer care, they give me a complaint number MUMP0718266046 now three days has already passed and still neither i didn't get any call from the customer care nor from the branch. I just want to know the process how they are investigating against my complaint and what kind of action they have taken and whenever I will to call to customer care everytime I will get the same reply from them "You have to wait it will take some time" I just want to know when I will get return money back.

credit card not received till now
I opened account with hdfc on 31st may 2018 and applied for credit card with agent as soon as I can. Received message on 6th july that I will get the credit card in 4 business days. It reached my office and due to night working hours I wasn't able to get it. I updated him about my residential address and he said it will reach you soon. Now it has been 20 days and still not received my credit card. I have been trying to contact hdfc and blue dart as well. But customer care service is pathetic. Don't let reach us to the executive to talk to. I have been trying to contact again and again but I am not getting it. Please look into the matter and do whatever is necessary.

had open salary account on 10 july. i had already submit my all doucument to hdfc representive . But still now my Profile detail like my name, address, mobile number not updated. Your team deactivated my current credit card without my concern. I called them to cancelled my updated card which i was not able to receive due to my traveling plans. and now I do not have any card, I requested them if they can raise the new card but they are saying, now I can not apply and I got WOW feeling. it is your mistake but they are not taking that .

I, Anaz Muhammed tried to withdraw RS 6000 from hdfc bank ATM, Jigani (ATM No. P1EWBA70 at 7 am today morning. Initially it was shown 'your transaction under process' and finally shown transaction declined and unable to process message also. I got the printed slip also along with same statement.
But after that I got message like RS 6000 deducted from my account and I verified the deduction by checking my account balance. But in actual I didn't get a single money from ATM. So please do the needful to get my money refund by the earliest.

On 10/07/2018 I got a call from the number [protected] a lady was on the other end. She told me she is calling from Hdfc bank to confirm what job I was doing. I told Her I am working for thermal enterprises which is a address verification company for various banks. But for some strange reason she kept on asking me what is verification and all sorts of stupid question.
