On 8th december,2024 I had got one message that last month electricity bills are not fully paid. Paid immediately other your main electric line cut off from today night. Immediately I contact the with the phone number provided in the message. While conversation pay the arrears by any option like through debit card, credit card or net banking. I prefer through net banking & immediately I got one screen where my name & consumer number in electric department. I choose net banking & put my bank cust id & password in net banking. Immediately I got message that rs 99,000 deducted from my saving account no-[protected] &rs 50,000 debited from current account no-[protected]. But I had not share any otp or pin with the hackers. There after I call to hdfc phone banking to block all my accounts & cards. Without sharing pin or otp how it is possible for the hackers to hacking my money from my account. I have also lodged complain in cyber police station immediately. Bank credited a sum of rs 1,49,999 two days back & again today debited the same account from my account, because you share your bank details with the hackers. But my question how the amount the hackers debited my account without otp or pin. Please take necessary step to recover the amount else I will file case against bank in court of law. All conversation are recorded in my phone, if you want I can share.
