Hello... I am Deepak from sonipat 131001 (Haryana). We had goes to HDFC Bank (Branch -: HDFC BANK LTD., PROPERTY NO. 727/24, 73 MAY-24 735A/24 KATH MANDI, SONIPAT) for opening new Current Account. We had submit all documents (11000 rs. Signed check, Stamp, Letter head, Rent agreement etc.) To Mr. Vikas Malik (HDFC BANK, Personal Banker RBB) as per requirement on 18th September 2017 . He was give me 2 days time for opening new Current Account. But 20 days has been passed but still my account not opened. We talk to branch Manager but he not provide any solution.
We want HDFC Bank team take strict & necessary action against Mr. Vikas Malik. Otherwise we self take next step.
Due to this issue my all work is hamper and its direct impact on my Business. Who is the responsible for this tell me HDFC Bank Team.

In 2013 I opened my salary account with HDFC bank. Now I found that my account balance is negative.
It means my salary account has been converted into saving account after i left my job without any information.
I just want know that why i was not informed before converting my salary account to saving acct?

Complaint is reg HDFC bank, Noida Sector-1 branch, S/B preferred a/c no.[protected] for debiting Average Minimum Balance charges 9 times from 17.08.13 to 14.05.2014 despite having my Fixed Deposit funds of Rs.3.5 lacs with the Bank. All this continued without even being given a single message or call that my AMB has gone down from Rs.10000/-. All this depute the quarterly charges taken by bank for sms-alert charges. I have a HDFC Regalia credit card and to start with they levied a 75 Rs redemption charge for generation our own points; which was then increased to 99. Processing fee deducted Rs11600. In last week of march17.
I request for cancellation home loan in apr2017. I have many times called and emailed to hdfc bank for processing fee amount.

My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company(in Hyderabad), so once I left the company and joined somewhere else I had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). After that I never logged in to my account through net banking.2 days back I logged into my account for some reason and I saw that I have rs -1435 in my account. Bank has given me good opportunity in very short time but due to following reasons I have to left the job before notice period and could not resume the job. As I mentioned in my resignation (SAP), I have been appointed as a Supervisor Instructor in I.T.I.(Government of Gujarat) that I have to join on or before 28th February, 2017 other wise my candidature should be canceled. Academic job is my first preference also they give me 45% hike in salary. I have some family problem and place of work they provided is near by my resident. this things I had informed to Branch Manager and Cluster Head also before putting resignation. Same thing I have discussed with HR manager(Gujarat).
My Mom and Dad are alone at home And my mummy(Mrs Kuvarben Nareshbhai Chaudhari) has a problem of thayroid. She can not walk without any support. There are no other members in my family who can serve her except me. I have a younger brother But he's Canada since last one year for his further study. Many government jobs in the past In my selection was made but I keep holding the bank because Which seemed to my subject and interest. I have left the bank and I chose a new job which may not give growth as much as bank but only due to only my family reasons.There is no need of experience certificate. Still I am ready to pay notice period for experience certificate because It considered continuous work and I have worked in bank with excellent performance for two and half years.

I had worked with bank approximately two and half year. My joining date was 29th September 2014, I had putted resignation on 10th of February, 2017 and last day I had worked was 23/02/2017. I have approximately more than 30 leaves were pending. and my full and final settlement not done till date. So tell me sir why Mr. Chirag had been relieved properly why I am not relieved? let me give another example of Mr. Ashok Modi(Deputy Manager, WBO) Who got visa for America on 25th of December 2016 and He had been relived with in five days on 31st of December, 2016...This all thing I have descussed with BM CH and Gujarat HR, they said that these cases are special case. failed atm transaction for power failure at the atm
Hi,
I'm Vathsala from bangalore.I had been to HDFC bank ATM at mudalpalya on 6th July 2017 @ 9.10PM to withdraw money by using my ICICI bank debit card. I entered my pin and entered the amount. At the time of collecting cash, power has gone at the ATM. At the same time my account got debited with the same amount.
As there was no security to check it out and i waited for an hour. Security came after an hour and I asked him about the money which I was yet to collect..he said it will automatically gets credited into my account if there is a power failure at the ATM at the time of collecting cash.
Then I left but till now my uncollected money has not been credited into my account back.
As ATM is a 24 hours service, it's mandatory to have an continuous power supply at the all the ATM centre.
Request you to reverse my uncollected money which got debited from my account.

job loss claim under home suraksha plus policy
मैने ने 25th april 2014 को HOME Suraksha plus की insurace policy ले रखी है, जिसमें नौकरी छूट जाने या स्वेच्छा से छोड़ देने पर HDFC ergo, 3 months की home loan की emi देगा।और भी बहुत सारी सुविधाएं हैं, जैसे मेडिकल claim, किसी प्रकार आपदा आने पर सुरक्षा etc.
मैंने आजतक claim file नहीं किया था, वैसे चाहता तो मेडिकल claim ले सकता था।
अब जाकर मैंने job loss claim file किया है। claim number: C291816000931है।जब insurance करा कर पैसे लेने थे तो कंपनी ने कोई document नहीं मांगी, ना ही शर्त बतायी, और अब जब हमने claim file किया तो उसे बहुत सारे documents चाहिए।
उसमें से भी अधिकतर हमने दे दिए जैसे salary slip, Aadhar card, release letter, electricity bill, cheque etc. अब HDFC ergo हमसे last working institute का joining letter मांग रहा है।सच्चाई यही है कि Bokaro Pace के Director Mr. DS Rajpoot ने joining के प्रथम दिन ही agreement paper हमसे sign करवा कर रख लिया था, और बोले कि ये मुम्बई से Kuldeep Tyagi sir का sign होकर आयेगा तब आपको, आपकी प्रति मिल जायेगी।जब 3 months के बाद भी मुझे मेरी प्रति नही मिली, तब मैंने अपना विरोध भी व्यक्त किया था, फिर जिसके बाद DS Rajpoot ने कुछ दिनों में मेरी प्रति मिल जाने का आश्वासन दिया था। उस meeting में Vijay Srivastava sir भी उपस्थित थे।पर फिर कभी भी मेरी प्रति मुझे नही दी गई।
यह बात बताने पर HDFC ergo ने मुझे दूसरा विकल्प दिया। उसने कहा कि हम mail करते हैं आपके HR departmentको । अगर उन्होंने जबाब दिया तो claim, accept हो जायेगा। अब पिछले फरवरी माह के मेल का जबाब अब तक नहीं दिया जा रहा है Bokaro pace द्वारा। HDFC ergo की नियत भी स्पष्ट है, वह चाहता है किसी भी तरह claim ना देना पड़े। वह कोई भी कोशिश नहीं कर रहा है mail का जबाब प्राप्त करने का। बस एक mail डाल कर बैठ गया चुपचाप।
इधर Bokaro pace से लेकर Paceiitian, mumbai तक के कर्मचारी झूठ बोलकर मामले को रफादफा करने मे लगे हुए है। Kuldeep Tyagi sir भी मामले को टाल रहे हैं, DS Rajpoot, reply ही नहीं कर रहें हैं।
सवाल यह है, जो insurance, मैंने लिया, क्या वह मेरे institute के मर्जी से reimburse होगा? दूसरी बात: अगर insurance समय पर काम ही नहीं आया, तो फिर उसका क्या फायदा, पैसे किस बात के लिए? अगर HDFC ergo को joining letter चाहिए था तो उसी वक्त क्यों नहीं मांग लिया, जब insurance, issue कर रहा था। ये insurance के नाम पर ठगी के अलावा कुछ नहीं है।
