issues created by unitech and hdfc. noida sector 117 unihomes
It has been almost three months that I have been following with Unitech on the disbursement which has been put on hold by HDFC bank as I refused to sign a letter in which bank wanted me to take guarantee for Unitech for their payments incase the same is not paid by unitech which I refused due to which the bank has put the disbursement of my loan on hold. I have been speaking to Unitech asking them to speak to Bank. But till date this has not been closed by Unitech with HDFC.
As it is, my project is delayed by Unitech. I have been a regular payer to all the amount asked since 2009. It is 2017 now and still I am not sure when would I get my Unihome Project in sector 117 Noida.
To add to it, HDFC has added a clause where they are asking the customers who are already enrolled for the loan amount to sign a letter on behalf of Unitech asking to assure all the payments incase not paid by Unitech.
How does a customer become responsible for any payment which is not paid by Unitech.

I am a nri working in uae from seven years, I applied for hdfc loan and submitted 11, 500 rupees as loan application fee at dubai hdfc. Representative of hdfc said application fee is refundable. Unfortunately, hdfc home loan staff in hyderabad branch is not very supportive so I could not find any property to buy. I cancelled my application and request for refund but hdfc said they have deducted my 5, 500 rupees as fee which is too much and they issued a cheque in hyderabad branch that I cannot collect because I am working and living here with my family. I last money and time and very disappoint by hdfc home loan. I wrote many email to hdfc staff to transfer money to my account in india or uae but they kept denying.

very bad behavior of staff name-saurabh. very bad experience
I went for the replacement of my debit card in the noon at 1.00pm (Branch-hdfc indrapuram ghaziabad up). When I met to (Sourabh) who is sitting at the help desk and keep me standing 20 min without any reason finally told me to bring your pan card first then I will give u the new debit card. I went back to home in burning hot noon and visited again with the pan card. Then they told me to bring your govt id proof and update your adhar number first which I already updated 2 months before. Then I feel very embarrassed. Then I took my docs back and going back he said sir account band kara do agar jada prob hai. And he pointed me towards the account closing form. So this is the attitude of hdfc bank towards there customer who was using services from last 7 yrs. So the end I am going to boycott the hdfc and going to close the account finally. The staff is bunch of [censor].

Hi I failed to make my Credit card payment for two months resulting my account on hold. I have been trying to contact the collections department but no body is able to assist me. I am the account holder in hdfc bank hitech city branch hyderabad. my account number is [protected] . i gave cheque to the person on 3-4-17 for the amount 23000 . he has account in icici bank miyapur branch hyderabad. his account number is [protected] . he submited the cheque on 12-4-17 . i have sufficient funding in my account . money was debited from my account on that day itself. but cheque was returend to whom i gave on 12-4-17. my amount was not credited back till now . he returend cheque to me . i enquired in icici bank and they said that amount was not credited in benficiary account. i enquired in hdfc bank and they said that amount was deducted from your account and the status of the cheque is "cheque paid".

I am an existing HDFC customer bearing Sal A/C. On 16th of Apr, I withdrawal Rs 2000 from Chhattarpur, New Delhi ATM successfully but when I cross checked my transaction message, it showing as 2 transactions within a minute gap..I.e. Rs 2000 & Rs 20000. At the same time, I called the Customer support team of HDFC & they asked to lodge FIR first. I lodged the FIR as well as the complaint with HDFC. On 17th april at 10:00am when i went to a HDFC Bank to withdraw money my SBI(state bank of india) card was taken by the atm and it didn't come out after that. My third party transaction is not possible when I am trying to transfer money. all the dealings with my account are correct and enquired the nearest branch (hdfc, mg road, trivandrum), but they don't have any idea. kindly activate my internet third party fund transfer.

I drvenkatesh BG had applied for HDFC long term advantage fund on 27th of February and the amount was deducted from my account on March 6th .I also received a mail stating the purchase confirmation and units will be processed subject to verification. Later I received later that units where not processed and the amount will be refunded . unfortunately amount not refunded. I mailed the costumer care where in they didn't bother to reply, I had called the toll free number and the executive is clueless on what to do.

I opened the salary account 2 years back and left the company after that. For the past two years Ami not using that account and I visited the branch recently and found that there is penalty.
