I raised a request for Retalia credit card on 19th September 2018 .
Now it has been more than 20 days I have not received even a single update on my card.
And when I am trying to call your customer care or executive (Mr Rahul and Miss [censored]al) for the update no one picks the call or hung up the phone on my face and this has happened not once but 5 times in last week.
Can you please let me know is that the way HDFC works?
You have no sense of how to talk to your customer.
Moreover I don't need any of your card now .
Please keep that card with you only .
And I will make sure that none of my known takes any stupid service of yours.

Big corporation like HDFC bank act deliberately t make it difficult for a customer to register a complaint with them.
Ideally I would like an actual mail id so that I can have a copy of complaint mail when I escalate later.
But with HDFC Bank if you want to complaint it can be done only from within their portal. Later if you want a record of your complaint you are at their mercy.
No way you can forward this complaint to another regulatory authority.
Is there a mail id to actually register a complaint to HDFC BANK. I am not interested where they provide a way to register thru their portal only.

My self Arup khamrai my mobile no - +[protected] I am using last two years great card this time have some problem phone banker not able to solve and she saying go and make a complaint. I buy a product from Amazon last month by credit card emi then 16th of last month bill generate with one emi. Then the product has been return. But I paid that bill with one emi. So one emi already I paid ...I ask her where is that amount which one I paid(1 emi) she said that Amazon didn't cut any emi.
And 16/9/2018 IGST debit Rs31.92 why this is deduct she dont have any answer. Because previous card has been block. So i need to proper explanations. Otherwise i am going to quit a relation with HDFC.

Recently our Colony general secretary resigned and elected a new General secretary though a meeting. We need to add our General secretary in the Cheque sign authority.
As per our By laws, Treasurer and General secretary are authorized for issuing a cheque.
At present President and treasure issuing a cheque and hence we have given a request to remove the existing colony president sign and adding the General Secretary signature. All the requested documents were given but till now general secretary name was not yet added.
Every time branch manger Mr. joshi & Ramakrishna will tell we are busy with audit and we will do in a week. but even after 45 days of request also nothing was done.
In fact bank people are depending on third guy Mr, Gyaneswar for this job.
If the bank people are not able to solve small request, why they have to run the bank. HDFC is Being a Global solution provider and reputed bank, we never expect this poor response from your branch. I request top level team to involve and solve this issue at the earliest.

multiple calls of personal loan on my mobile. my mobile is registered for do not disturb.
Even after complaining multiple times still iam getting calls for personal loans and other offers from bank . I have registered for Do not disturb and also asked bank to remove my number from list. If I still be getting calls I may need to take further action against bank . I have been getting calls since a year and I have already blocked multiple numbers of bank... This is against the law to call for bank offers on numbers which is registered for Do not disturb...So be careful...
I have already told and complained customer service of HDFC to remove my number from their database as I am not interested to receive any calls from HDFC. My mobile is already registered for Do not disturb but still I am getting calls since a year now...I will be planning to take actions against it if its not going to stop as its violating data privacy.

I was not aware my card was blocked due to non payment of min balance, when I tried calling customer services, one Mahesh spoke to me on 29 Sep [protected]@6:18pm
I enquired about any calls or intimation sent for card blocked, he said the process is if the card is overdue we block the card and that is the process, rather than being polite and help unblock the situation his tone was full of attitude.
I have decided to close all relationship with HDFC and have trashed the credit card and will soon close it.
I will also close all banking relationship with HDFC and thank them for wonderful customer services and preferential treatment provided

My husband is studying in Netherlands. On 11th September he has sent me Rs 4, 00, 000 (international foreign remittance) from his bank ING in Netherlands. The amount got deducted from his account but I have till date not received it in my account. It has been 9 days now. I have gone to the nearest HDFC bank branch in Mumbai and was told that I have to provide a SWIFT copy of the transaction which the ING bank will provide.
My husband has tried reaching ING bank from his end but they are continuously making delay in sending the SWIFT copy. I am extremely worried and clueless about what to do. I am an existing customer of HDFC bank and hold an account with it since 7 years.
I am desperately looking for help!

My payment date for rupees 21, 750 was 5th May 2018, proactively I had processed a complete payment through SBI Credit card on 3rd May 2018. but the amount was reflected in HDFC on 8th May 2018. I had already explained this issue with HDFC Credit card collection team (multiple representatives), Customer Service (Multiple executives) and Personal banker (Ishwariya). Following up this case through phone for past 3 months. But everyone is helpless. Now my penalty charges was 3900 rupees and still keep increasing day by day.
on 7th September nearly 4000 rupees was blocked from my savings account by HDFC Credit card department without any notification.
Past 10 days I have escalated this issue to Grievance team through email / Applied in online complaint form (HBL=[protected]), but no luck.
Kindly help me on this issue to get back my blocked money and needs to solve my issue by cancelling unwanted charges initiated by credit card team.

Pathetic, unprofessional, uneducated help desk people are recruited in Hdfc kolhapur central bus stand branch.The executive called yogesh kept me waiting for 25 min he had no idea how to print consumer durable statement.first he send me to Neha Madam then she again send me to him.at the end statement has no name, Acc number on it. I requested Neha Madam to give me email id so that I can raise a complain against Mr. yogesh at front desk she told me that she was personally present when all this happened and will look in to the matter and speak with manager. I Mr. yogesh has no professionalism and ethics of working in reputed organization like Hdfc.

credit card statement wants double payment
Sir my credit card statement payment was 36, 000rs, I paid 33, 000rs approximately on credit card. Last instalment 3, 000rs + money which was over due date. Now bank said 36, 000rs again paying to release your account. My account now on hold. I have 11, 000rs in my account which is hold by bank. And -25, 000rs more. Bank said this is solving only by one way, which is you need to pay *agian* 36, 000es to bank. Means, now I pay 69, 000rs Total for my card. Please help, no one talk about this for me. Plzzz help me. So no issues but, i want to aware you that you have fraud employ's . They are spoiling your Bank Reputation.
