HDFC Bank savings account opened with product code 100 against my requirement for pension account

Sir, This is something which is really unacceptable to most renowned bank in India. On 15th of Oct-2013, I visited this branch to open a pension account with original EPFO certificate with PPO No WB/PRB/[protected] solely for receiving my EPF pension. But the then bank executive asked me to deposit 10000/- to open the account inspite of my repeated insistence that i wanted to open a pension account only. I was not well at that time after taking early cessession from a private comapny and did not know about net sites etc to check and followed what she instructed. Accordingly a savings bank account was opened with product code 100 on 21-10-2013. I was told by the bank executive that this account must maintain minimum 10000/- at any time to avoid penalty.
After that recently i came to know from my freinds and also from EPFO, Kolkata Park Street Office that pension account is provided by all designated bank under zero balance facility. Then i went with an application to current Bank Branch Manager to support me and address my grievance to give me zero balance facility as i wanted to open a pension account only and punish the then executive who have misguided me which resulted in some strained relation with this bank and branch .
But Branch Manager after simply saying sorry, asked me to open a separate pension account and did not even taken my complain application. After that i felt that the Branch Manager did not show any concern for such aggreived customer as it appears he is more interested to keep me as 10000/- minimum balance customer.
The solution i want now that the same account may be immediately converted to pension account with all facility of such account [i have checked on 04-11-2018 from your net site that existing account can be converted to pension account].
Expecting an early solution please.

HDFC Bank credit card one assist service for card damage [protected]

I am Tarun My HDFC Credit card Number is [protected]. Before one and half month i have month back i called to customer care and deactivate my one assistant service and they also confirmed to me. I have voice recording also. But even without informing me deducted my amount 1399 inr from credit card. This is very much cheating. Shameless job and care for customer. After also put mail to [protected]@hdfc.com. But no response. Very much cheating waste useless service

HDFC Bank staff don't know what to do exactly when a customer has nre account.

Let me start first from the month of MAY 2018. I went to HDFC bank Dhankawadi branch to ask if locker was available however staff informed me that locker isn't available; I have to fill my name in the book which I did and they will revert back which they didn't during that month. 5 months later now in OCT I went back to ask again about locker and this time to open a kids account for my newborn baby. Staff informed me as you are a BRO will confirm you in the evening regarding opening an INR account. The staff called Radhir informed me that I need to have a NRO accounts cheque book to deposit money in my babys/my account (at this point he already asked quite few colleagues). I didn't have cheque as I didn't carry from Qatar which I informed Radhir. He helped me to apply for the same which i did in front of him. I asked again about the locker they insisted me to have some LIC policy for my baby of around 50k then I will have priority to get a locker. HERE I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I NEED TO OPEN A PARTICULAR INSURANCE POLICY JUST THE TO A LOCKER. Radhir called me in the evening that account can be opened and lockers aren't available. After 2 days I went back with the cheque and 20k cash at 1310hrs that is today. Radhir told me to fill up an opening account form which I did along with the documents required and 20K cheque. This all took around half an hour. After asking his few colleagues he comes back again and informs mam you want to deposit the cash in your NRO account he said you need to fill the deposit slip not the cheque. I obliged and filled up the deposit slip. Later he comes back again after asking hai colleagues again and tell me to fill up some declaration form which states I am depositing cash in the NRO account. I filled up the form and went to deposit the money in the cash counter. After waiting in the line for 15 mins one of the colleagues shouts the cash counter staff not to accept NRO cash, I am still waiting in line when I reached the staff he sends me back to Radhur. NOW MY QUESTION HERE IS DO THEY EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING? WHY WAS I TOLD TO WAIT IN LINE WHEN THERE WAS NO NEED TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY. WHEN THE STAFF CALLED OUT OTHER STAFF SAYING NOT TO ACCEPT MY CASH WHY THEY DIDN'T COME TO ME INSTEAD? after all this mess I go back and sit opposite to Radhirs desk he tells me that as your earrings from outside india you can't deposit here it should be an online transfer. MY QUESTION IS ITS MY ACCOUNT MY MONEY WHY CAN'T I DEPOSIT MY MONEY THE WAY I WANT? To which the staff said mam it's RBI rules. Fare enough everything understood then why was I told to get a cheque first and do the deposit? Why was i not told on the first day. I have been running from past 3 days just to open an account for my baby from 5 months to open a locker. It was so simple process of opening an account a d depositing the money through online transfer why was it made so complicated of asking for the cheque and when cheque came no need for the cheque? By not accepting the cash and giving lot of trouble to a customer by not knowing your own rules set by RBI. Very disappointed with the staff as they don't know what they are doing, they were just making me run many times leaving my newborn back home.

HDFC Bank customer care - credit cards

I m receiving more calls regarding credit card limit increase and other value added services for the card.Im not interested on those
First all I dont want anybody to call and disturb me.
Even after Im saying not interest they r not cutting the call .Today ie 30th oct2018 i have received a call from +[protected] at 11.05 am, it was a lady, first in a polite manner i told her not interest and asked to cut the call she compled me to hear also spoke so rudly and she is asking me to cancel my card.i dont understand who s she to say that. I asked her name and id she refused and cut the call.
Its so irritating in the mrg .i dont have any necc to face a customer call like this u people call and insult...i pay all my dues properly not have missed any of single month then y the hell she asked me to cancel the card.
This is so worst and would close my account once completed with my emis.

HDFC Bank credit card

My hdfc Query reference no is [protected]. I am writing this to inform you that my issue regarding my credit card excess money transfer to my hdfc bank saving account or by DD is still pending. From last two months. I provided all details which was asked by bank but my issue is not yet resolve. I am not satisfied with this. In last reply from bank you said that my issue is on top priority but almost month is passed but not a single reply from bank side. Please share me you reporting officer email and time line for resolving my issue .

Please solve this issue urgently and transfer my excess money to my account or make DD .

HDFC Bank false promises and commitments made by your employees

This mail is regarding home loan, I was committed to ROI of 8.75% with first years of fixed rate by Mr. jayant yadav. So I had kept on hold my sanctioned loan with axis bank and went forward with hdfc back, when Mr vikas Singh came for documents collection the ROI was changed 8.85 % and no such thing as fixed rate interest. But when called Mr jayant, he agreed for ROI commitment but denied for fixed rate. And also the amount of commited 39 lacs, was also big lie. They offered max of 36 lacs. When cleared with Mr jayant, he just waived off and said I was not aware of such guidelines. And guys came to collect the documents at 9.45 pm in night wasting my time, apologied and went. This type of incidence should be griveace and should be dealled strictly by the hdfc bank.

HDFC Bank payment received however agent made fake promises

This mail is regarding my credit card number [protected]

I had settled my credit card and my total settlement amount was 34000 which I supposed to pay with in 4 months means till . I paid full amount in September as per one of your executive (Mridul).He said you can pay your rest amount in September there will be no problem, now the have deducted entire salary from my account .I don't underlined the reason of the cancellation of latter, Which had never been informed to me from the collection agent or bank by any communication.

If the latter was being canceled so your executive Mr Mridul should've told me that.I raised a complaint against your agent so they said that is your mistake now you have to pay full amount.How easy to say it for them.continually I am getting same reply from bank. This wasn't expected from HDFC. I think HDFC can lose their respect and value in the market by doing this because of your few agents.

I request you please consider my problem and revert all charges and remove hold that had been put up on my account.Also, please assign a call back for me so that I can talk or meet someone who can understand my problem in a better way.

I hope if you are a human being you will understand importance of the salary for a middle class family.I also raised a complain in Consumer court against HDFC because their only motive is take money from the customer does not matter whether money is legal or illegal.

HDFC Bank transfer of money from one a/c to another hdfc bank a/c.

Dear Sir,
I have a sf a/c with your T.C.ROAD Br.kolkata No. [protected] since a long time.
I issued a cheq. no.000016 dt.25.10.2018 for Rs.15300 to m/s.Thomas Cook india limited for loading of US dollar to my son"s boarderlless prepaid card and it was an urgent necessity for him in USA as a phd student. Thomas cook officials deposited the chq. to
their PRINCE ANWAR SHAH ROAD Br. immediately after receiving the chq. They sent their representative at 11 am. in front of me . As it is a transfer cheq. of same bank, it should be transfer withen one hour. It is a practice of most other banks.
But I am astonished to see that still now it is not debited from my a/c. I will complain this incident to RBI COMPLAIN CELL if not receive satisfactory reply. And this is happening several times . You are demanding better customer service than nationalised banks but we are facing a lot of trouble.
Pl. take necessary steps on the concern branch.

HDFC Bank credit card

1. I was a hdfc credit card holder and I am using this card from 2015 in the year of 2017 I decided to go with settlement as I was feed-up from unnecessary charges. my sattlement was done amount 40k in 5 months installments.
2. till feb'18 every month I paid a minimum amount of the settlement, on my last settlement month 31st mar'18 as conveyed by the hdfc agent I paid rs. 26708/-. (as the agent said that this is the last amount and I have to pay before 31st mar'18).

3. on 18th jun'18, after 3 months suddenly I got mail from hdfc rpmc codecomplianceofficer "being fully sensitized to the circumstance, we consider the aforesaid settlement as valid upon payment of rs.3, 367.00 on or before 30.06.2018".
(because the mistake happened from hdfc agent, they extend my settlement from march to june'18, that is again they are remembered after 3 months).

4. same I got a call from a hdfc agent to pay rs. 1500/- on 29th june'2018 from mr. rahul (mob :[protected]).

5. so I paid the same amount on 29th june'2018. but please help me out with one thing if I paid rs. 1500/- then rs.1867/- is not a big deal to pay just for the noc from hdfc bank.

6. now I got a call from hdfc back that due to less payment they cancelled my settlement amount and they dont know the above number that person who called me for the payment.
7. from last three months m asking the payment details from nov'17 to june'18 but they are failing to share that details.

8. unnecessary they are delaying the case and increasing my amount day by day. now they are showing 40k outstanding again,
Common why you guys are making fool to common public through playing this type of strategy.

HDFC Bank generation of ipin for logging into net banking

Sir,

I am unable to log-in to net banking nor am able to register afresh. Problem persisting for over 2 months and I wasted considerable man hours contacting the call centre personnel and also follow their instructions.

I was asked to update my senior citizen validation by visiting the hdfc bank branch which I did. I was told by them that within a week I will be able to log-in to my net banking.

I received an sms from you on 21st october 2018 stating as under;

"your customer id has been enabled for net banking. You can login with your customer id and ipin (password) and conduct wide range of transactions conveniently".

I tried several times but no use. None of your people are able to give me a remedy. I am enclosing screen shots files 1 to 6. I am an account holder and a credit card holder of your bank for over 15 years and I am thinking of closing my account and all dealings with you in case I am not remedied soon.

HDFC Bank programme mng. fee

Dear Sir,
Despite submission of my prayer on the reversal of Programme Mng. Fee of Rs.114=69p. addressed to the Branch Manager, Mr.Shantanu Verma in April 2016, no
steps have yet been taken for the reversal of the uncalled for debit of Rs.114=69p.
I have sent 5/6 e-mails to Mr.Verma and several phone calls. No action seems to have been initiated. I never requested for any Programme Mng., nor did I receive any
prior intimation.Then why arbitrarily deduct this amount from a clients'account.
I am disgusted by such inertia and negligence of your Netaji Nagar Branch
causing immense harassment and hassle to a Senior Citizen Customer.
Please do the needful and oblige immediately.Thank you so much.

My name is vipul Kumar pathak I have HDFC bank account in mp nagar zone 2 Bhopal madhya Pradesh they have deducted 2000 once bcz there was no money from my account and they have deducted again now I can't even put money if I will put they will deduct again please do needful I'm using this account since 5 years and I did use amount of transaction I want my 2000 back and account should be clear then I can deposit my money again

HDFC Bank fees refund

Sir, I submitting the fees process of uptet 2018 by internet banking ₹500 on the date 07/10/2018 for registration no.-[protected].Money debited but transaction not successful, transaction no.-[protected].I wait two days but fees process not completed, then I tried again 09/10/2018 completing the fees process for same registration no., now this time transaction successful, transaction no.-[protected], which is also shows on my print out.So, please refund my fees which I submit on the date 07/10/2018 by transaction no.-[protected].

HDFC Bank banking

This has been my most pathetic banking experience with HDFC bank.

I was unable to pay 2 of my loan account emis and credit card bill as I was jobless for almost 5-6 months. Everytime an executive called I told them currently I'm unable to make the payment but soon I will once I get a job. Finally after getting s job I got my salary in my account, but till then the bank had already put a hold on savings account balance. I was told that once I make the payments the hold will be removed. So I arranged some money and finally I was in a position to make the payment, so I paid the credit card bill as per last SMS recieved for immediate payment and I also made a payment towards my pending loan EMIs. Next day the cx exec tokd me the hold will be removed in 24 hrs. It's been 5 days still the hold is not removed from my account. Now the bank is asking me to clear the whole balance, only then the hold can be removed. Everytime I've called an executive has given me a new story. I'm feeling tortured by this bank. My credit card balance is lesser than my savings account balance. And they are holding the whole amount. Isn't this illegal?

HDFC Bank health insurance

I have purchased a health Suraksha Gold Plan Policy from HDFC Bank Agent Code is [protected] while selling the policy not a single terms & condition were explained to me regarding this policy and now when I submit a claim all claims are getting rejected by showing some sections.

This is like fruad done with us Agent have to explain each every section regarding policy to the customer while selling the policy.

Hope you understand my problem and please help me in getting some benefit to reduce my loss in spending money for policy.

I need closure of my credit card no: [protected] . Still the officer can't take any action to closure my credit card and My home branch not supporting me to issue the credit card closure form.

HDFC Bank I am complaning about the language spoken to the client

to whom ever it may be concern

This is to bring to ur notification that today i had word with the hdfc officer named shrikant Who is from the loan department as i agree my emi amount was pending and it happen little delay but the person spoke with me in a very third graded language and repetaedly saying him plz take properly but that person did not mind his language and started shouted on me as he is a employee of hdfc and not purchased me.
Such kind of useless staff if the hdfc bank special the loan department is having than it would be very hard for u people to do the business
he has interfered in my personal life which u all dont have the authority to behave in such a manner
there should be a strike action against this hope u respect the client and stop such kind of unmannered behaviour with the kind
very disappointed with this behaviour
As I deal with many bank and had such a bad experience for the first time

HDFC Bank credit card

Hi My credit card was cancelled and I can see a new card on my net banking portal, but I got a message from bank saying that they are unable to dispatch my new credit card due to signature mismatch. I contacted my relationship manager and hasn't received any response from him. I have been trying to get in touch with customer care, but there's no option to speak to a representative and its only computer operated. I am getting frustrated because i've been trying to get this sorted since 3 weeks now and HDFC bank hasn't been helpful at all.
I had submitted a query form online on 5th Oct as well but no acknowledgment of that.

HDFC Bank loss of debit card

I shanti nain is the first holder of hdfc bank savings account : [protected]. I have lost the debit card no: [protected] on a m 10 oct 2018.

I tried to block this debit card through net banking but could not do it as a notation was coming that 'this service is temporarily unavailable and do it through phone banking and advised how to get the pb number"

I got the pb number [protected] and repeatedly dialed this number. However this number is not getting connected.

Then I tried the number 022 [protected] of the hdfc corporate office. This number rings but the operator does not pick it up.

I am shocked how fast the standard of the services of the hdfc bank has dereiorated at various levels.

Apparently the deep rut has set in and if urgent and drastic corrective actions are not taken, the hdfc bank will go down the drain like so many other banks.

Can I request the hdfc bank get my above debit card blocked and confirm to me. Hdfc bank shall be responsible if any transactions are made through the above debit card.

HDFC Bank opening of wrong account and wrong debit card issuance

I am kulbir kaur, one of the customer of HDFC bank of (Ghansali Branch )Reliance Corporate Park .At the time of opening the account employee confirmed me that my account is a salary account and he also conveyed me that thier won't be any annual charges of debit card pertaining to this account.But last week my account got debited with Rs.885 as annual debit card charges fee . And when I approached the hdfc bank, Icame to know that my account is not a salary account and I have been issued platinum debit card instead of normal debit card.Iwas misinterpretted regarding my account details .I want my debit card charges to be waived off as soon as possible, and want my account to be converted into salary account.Being a new customer of your branch, every employee need to be loyal regarding the terms and conditions of the products of the bank, instead of misguiding them, only to fulfill your bank targets.It is my request to branch manager to resolve this issue to take this on priority and resolve it
