I ordered and called and returned items and they refused my return. I had original tags and had packaging but was opened and they returned and hassled me about this all a while I was going through breast cancer. What kind of company does this? I had enough going on and am thinking about other women. I have never forgotten and will always remember this company as so unprofessional! Remember me as order #[protected], Please take care of your future customers knowing how fragile they are. I have a feeling you don't care unfortunately. I will be posting to other sites to let them know.

This company is a fraud. They say they return items then refuse it stating it has a stain when I never put it on.

They are thieves and are taking advantage of women who are ill.

The US should ban them. Beware of buying anything from them. We need to have companies like this not allowed to sell in the US.

They are deceiving on how a product looks then you get it send it back and they send it back to you stating they can't accept it. What thieves.

I recently had an experience with HeadCoversUnlimited, or headcovers.com, that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had ordered a blond hair extension, but when it arrived, it was a dark brown color. To make matters worse, it was also the wrong style of extension. Needless to say, I was not pleased with this mix-up.

When I contacted the company to try and resolve the issue, I was met with resistance. They only offered to refund me the cost of the extension minus a 20% stocking fee. I was not happy with this solution, as it was not my fault that they had sent me the wrong product. I tried calling them multiple times to see if we could come to a better agreement, but each time I was met with the same unhelpful response.

To make matters worse, the person who answered the phone each time was a young girl who seemed to have no idea what was going on. She just kept repeating the same information over and over again, which was frustrating to say the least. Eventually, I gave up and decided to take the refund and go elsewhere.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with HeadCoversUnlimited. I would not recommend buying from this company, as they seem to be quite incompetent and unhelpful. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy hair extension provider, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I got my order from HeadCoversUnlimited today and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out with the topper I got. The color was all brassy and it looked super fake. Plus, it was way too bulky for my liking. I mean, I know it's not real hair, but come on! I'm definitely returning it, but I gotta give props to their customer service for being super helpful with the return process. Five stars for that, at least.

Honestly, this whole experience has taught me a valuable lesson about buying wigs and toppers online. It's just not worth it, especially when you factor in all the shipping costs and restocking fees. I mean, I get it, they gotta make money somehow, but it's still a bummer.

I recently made a purchase from Headcovers Unlimited, and I have to say, I was not impressed with the experience. I ordered a total of 7 caps, and while 2 of them arrived in good condition with proper packaging, the other 5 were simply thrown into a bag without any care. To make matters worse, these 5 caps were actually returned items, which I found out after inspecting them.

Naturally, I was quite upset about this and decided to contact the company to see if I could return the items that had clearly been worn. However, to my dismay, they refused to pay for the return shipping, which I found to be quite unfair. It's not my fault that they sent me used items, and yet I was expected to foot the bill for their mistake.

Overall, I would not recommend buying anything from Headcovers Unlimited. Their customer service is practically non-existent, and they clearly don't care about the quality of the products they send out. If you're looking for a better alternative, I would suggest checking out TLC Direct instead. They always send out new items, and their customer service is much more reliable.

The clear part of the product looked like something out of a bad Halloween costume. I tried to talk to Michelle about it, but she wouldn't give me my money back or even exchange the product. So, I recently got my order from HeadCoversUnlimited and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. When I opened the box, the wig I ordered looked like a total mess - like something you'd wear for Halloween. I didn't even bother trying it on and just put it back in the box. I recently purchased the SW-400-BLW Blue/white and SW-400-3770 Ocean Splash retro petal flower swim caps from HeadCoversUnlimited (headcovers.com) and I must say, I was disappointed with the quality of the products. When compared to other swim caps I have ordered from this website in the past, these two caps looked like old stock. The white petals on the caps were dirty yellow with stains, which was not a good look at all. In addition, the caps felt stiff and were not comfortable to wear at all.

I have photos to prove the poor quality of the swim caps and I am hoping to get a refund of USD19.99x2=USD39.98 back into my credit card. I live in Australia and it would be too much of a hassle to send the caps back and forth. I am hoping that the customer service team at HeadCoversUnlimited can confirm that I will receive a refund for these two faulty swim caps.

Overall, I am unhappy with my experience with HeadCoversUnlimited this time around. The quality and service I received in 2012 was much better than what I experienced this time. I hope that the company can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

I recently stumbled upon HeadCoversUnlimited (headcovers.com) while searching for a wig to help me cope with my breast cancer. I was thrilled to find a site that specifically catered to my needs and quickly placed an order for a wig. However, upon double-checking my order, I realized that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size.

Panicked, I immediately called their customer service and explained my situation. To my relief, they were more than happy to help me out and upgraded my order to the correct size. They even sent me the first wig that I had ordered in the wrong size and deducted the cost from my account.

However, when I received my second wig, I noticed that they had charged me more than what was initially deducted from my account. Confused, I called their customer service again this morning to inquire about the discrepancy. They informed me that the extra charge was for the upgraded size and that the initial deduction was refunded back to my account.

Although they assured me that the refund was processed, I have yet to receive it in my account. I understand that it may take a couple of days, but the fact that they took it back out of my account after initially refunding it is concerning.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with HeadCoversUnlimited. While I appreciate their efforts to help me with my order, the confusion and lack of transparency regarding the charges and refund process have left a bad taste in my mouth. I would caution others to be wary when ordering from this site and to double-check all charges and refunds.

This company, HeadCoversUnlimited, is not a good experience. I ordered a topper from them and when it arrived, it was not the same color as the one in the picture. I was really disappointed and decided to return it for a refund. However, when I contacted them about the issue, they refused to give me my money back. They claimed that there was ink on the inside of the topper, which was impossible because I never even took it out of the packaging.

I was really frustrated with their response because I had spent $344.00 on this item and it was completely useless to me. I have light blonde hair and the topper they sent me was a medium brown. It didn't match my hair at all and I had no use for it. Despite my protests, they insisted on sending it back to me and keeping my money.

Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not honest and do not stand behind their products. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to buy from, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The return policy isn't shown anywhere on the website. They charge 30% restocking fee which for me was $67. Other companies charge $15.

There's no difference between ordering from Head Covers Unlimited and a random Chinese website. The quality will be the same. The only difference is a price. It's much higher here. I wonder why.
I ordered a wig and it was really poorly made. You can't imagine how disappointed I was. Pictures on the website look really nice. I didn't expect to receive a terrible quality piece of crap. They said if I don't like it I can send it back at my expense. No way! It will cost more expensive than this terrible wig.

I am here to prevent you from purchasing from them!
