I was leaving an urgent care visit at wabasha healthpartners I open the door and caught someone listening at the door during my visit speaking with doctor. I’ve filed complaint with the mn board of nursing only to find out ths person wasn’t even a nurse healthpartners has refused to say what position this person holds at their clinic and won’t provide me or anyone her name so I can file necessary complaint against this person tht invaded my privacy. So I filed complaint with the DOJ received correspondence back from the DOJ saying healthpartners is in violation of the HIPAA Act and they need to comply and they were given formal and if they didn’t comply they would next do an informal review I believe is the word. HEALTHPARTNERS urgent care supervisor and member services supervisor spoke with the person and she admitted to listening at the door and they gave the reason as if tht would make her actions ok. They are breaking the law and they know they are and NOTHING IS HAPPENING. These people condom unknown people to roam the clinic and listen at people discussing their private and personal issues with their doctor. They know it she admitted doing it.

Desired outcome: They need to pay. They broke HIPAA laws and thts a federal crime and they continue to do so as if it’s ok
