Payment was made to the wrong office and my homeowners insurance was not renewed and I was left uncovered during a major hurricane. This office has failed to communicate or cover me. I have sent three times a new policy that was quoted me and they have continued to not pay it. Rocket must pay the additional costs from the original quote as it is there mistake that caused it. Now my insurance quote has gone up due to lack of coverage. There is never anyone available to talk to regarding the binding of new coverage. Or why it has not been paid. I have a heloc from my credit union and requested a copy of the policy that covers me until other coverage is bound and was told no, I dont actually have coverage! So now my credit union is going to charge me for homeowners insurance to cover the amount of the loan I took out to put a new roof on my house. Rocket will have to pay that as well.
