HealthyWage - A goal, a deadline, financial incentive, and competition
I am so glad I invested in myself over the last 9 months with HealthyWage! I had seen information about the company before, but I was hesitant to put money on the line, mostly because of a lack of confidence in myself to lose the weight. I have battled being overweight/obese my entire adult life but have lost the weight successfully 2 other times: my freshman year of high school and for my wedding in 2013.
I realized that to meet my weight loss goals, I needed the push of a specific goal and a deadline like I had with my wedding, and HealthyWage provided that for me! After playing with the calculator, I knew I had 9 months to lose 60 pounds. I put in $100/month and if I succeeded, I would get $2474 paid back. I also joined as many mini-challenges along the way that I could and beat all of those! In addition to providing me a goal and deadline, HealthyWage offered a financial incentive and made losing the weight a competition for me... A competition that I didn't want to lose. I pushed to win every mini-challenge, and ultimately, my HealthyWage! I am healthier, happier, and grateful for this company!
Total positive experience with HealthyWage from start to finish!
I had a great experience with HealthyWage! I was on a HealthyWager challenge for over a year and had zero issues with their website or their app. I signed up to lose 60 pounds in 12 months. My payment was $75 a month. My prize was $2905 if I won. I took advantage of their "buy extra time" option. Which meant I would pay $75 a month for 6 more months. My prize would still remain $2905 if, in the end, I lost 60 pounds. It is explained in several places that when you extend your time this money is NOT being added to your prize money so I'm sad to see some of the poor ratings given to HealthyWage because a couple of people didn't carefully read the guidelines. My 2 verified video weigh-ins went off without a hitch. The confirmation that I met my goal and was a winner went off without a hitch. My prize money arrived in less than 2 weeks after I was declared a winner. All in all, I paid HealthyWage $1350. I made a profit of $1555. And I lost 60 pounds! I have nothing but praise for HealthyWage! I highly recommend their HealthyWager program and will continue to share my personal and positive experience with them to others!
HealthyWage is a great Weight loss Motivater
I absolutely have no regrets about using this platform to help me lose over40lbs! My stating weight us 185lbs ending weight is 144lbs. I bet u would lose 40lbs in 18 months using $30 payments. So technically after the money I paid I only won around $800 but still free money, the confidence earned with the weight loss, and health benefits really make the money not the top priority. I did use a calorie deficit model and my fit bit to actually help me lose the weight but healthy wage kept me accountable. I'm so grateful for there service. It has truely changed my life. I lost my 40lbs in 1 year and my bet was for 18months so I had to maintain my 40lb weight loss for 6 months to win. Which I have done and I have been paid my winnings. I chose to be paid through PayPal which did put a hold on my funds but that was paypals doing so I don't blame healthy wage for this. There is a paper check option for people who don't want tk deal with PayPal. This service us great for people serious about weight loss. They don't hold ue hand the whole time so you need to be self motivated as well. This is a great platform for weight loss and I highly recommend it. I'm now at a healthy weight and I feel so much better!
Bet on yourself. if you have the right mindset and work hard, you won't regret it!
For anyone out there that is skeptical, I was in your shoes about 9 months ago. I spent almost 3 months playing around with the idea of betting on myself, figuring out if HealthyWage was a legitimate company or if it was a scam, and playing around with the calculator to see what worked best for me. I finally decided I'd give it a try after seeing a video of HealthyWage on Good Morning America- I mean what was the worst that could happen? In January, I took that leap of faith. I bet $330 ($55/month) that I would lose 45 lbs in 6 months. In 6 months, I hit my personal goal and lost 46 lbs and I won $911. If there is any confusion, the $911 also included the $330 I put into it myself. The way I see it is I didn't lose $330 as that was technically my money and I profited $581. I was ecstatic to receive a check from HealthyWage within 10 days after completing my final official weigh out and submitting my Official Winner Confirmation Form! HealthyWage helped me get in the right mindset and as a working mom of 2, it feels great! HealthyWage helped kick start and motivate my weight loss journey and I am so grateful. The Customer Service was incredible and the rules/policies are very clear-cut! When you start, know you are taking a gamble. I'm so glad I bet on myself and did something that was for me for the first time in a long time!
HealthyWage Complaints 11
$50 refund and no further charges.
Beware of this shady company - they are advertising heavily on TV, and I impulsively signed up. Huge mistake! They do not make their terms of service clear, nor do they explain the weigh-in verification process, prior to signing up. I sent a cancellation email within an hour or two of signing up, after finding out details that are NOT explained prior to signing up. They are refusing to refund the $50 I paid due to their terms of service (terms of disservice!). Plus they will continue to bill me. I will not sit still for this. I've opened a dispute with my credit card company and I will file a complaint with my state's consumer protection agency and the federal consumer protection agency. If none of those steps work, my attorney will step in on my behalf. After all, why not pay an attorney to get this company to clarify policies up front? Better than paying them month after month. Total scam, no matter what the company says about itself or its results - they are probably being deceptive on their stats, also.
HealthyWage Review: An Expensive Way to Stay Motivated
Initially, I was intrigued by the concept of HealthyWage. I decided to take the plunge and join the program. It turned out to be no joke, though. This program is meant for serious weight loss enthusiasts who are committed to achieving their fitness goals. If you join, brace yourself to work hard. You don't want to lose your hard-earned money.
HealthyWage offers challenges that are based on a prize pot. It means that the reward is shared equally among the winners after the company takes its share. I joined a pot that required an entry fee of $100. I must admit that I won, but the prize money was meager. I only got $12, and after I had deducted the PayPal fees, it was even less.
I participated in yet another pot challenge that paid out a paltry $8. It was disappointing to see that after all my efforts, I only ended up with a few bucks. I was aggravated by the online scammers who took advantage of my desire to get healthy. I would not recommend this program to anyone who is looking to make a quick buck.
True, being committed to such a challenge will help you lose weight. You don't want to lose your hard-earned cash, so this will motivate you to stick to your diet and exercise programs. However, it's not necessarily a healthy way to form habits. Plus, it's not very rewarding financially.
All in all, I must say that HealthyWage did not meet my expectations. Jillian Michaels, who is synonymous with fitness and wellness, supporting these scammers just adds insult to injury. It's just a shame that scam programs like HealthyWage exist to deceive the public.
HealthyWage Review: A Weight Loss Scam That Doesn't Pay Up
So I've got to share my experience with HealthyWage (healthywage.com) and it is not pretty. I put in 6 long months of trying to lose weight - which let's be real, is no easy feat. Finally, I reached my goal weight and was expecting to get a nice little monetary reward - $600 to be exact. But guess what? I got nada. Zilch. Zip.
I thought maybe I did something wrong, maybe I didn't provide enough proof or something. So I looked into it further and realized that this company is nothing but a scam! They refuse to give you what you rightfully earned. And don't even bother trying to talk about it on their community page, because they'll just delete your post and block you.
I was so angry and frustrated. I mean, who wouldn't be? I followed all the rules, did everything I was supposed to do, and yet they still didn't give me my money. It's just not right.
So here's the thing, if you're thinking of joining HealthyWage as a way to lose weight and make some extra cash, I'd advise you to think twice. Sure, it might seem like a great idea - but the reality is, you may never see a penny of that money. And with the amount of hard work and dedication it takes to lose weight, that's just unacceptable.
In the end, I learned my lesson the hard way. Don't trust companies like this with your hard earned money. Stick with something more reliable and trustworthy. And stay away from HealthyWage - unless you want to end up like me, still waiting for that cash that never came.

Mixed feelings about HealthyWage - a good motivator but with some drawbacks
Wow, let me tell you about my experience with HealthyWage. At first, I was skeptical about the whole concept- getting paid to lose weight? How is that even possible? But after doing some research and reading some success stories, I decided to give it a shot.
The sign-up process was super easy and didn't require me to sign a contract or anything like that. I just chose a challenge and made my first payment. However, what I didn't expect was that I would have to keep paying for the subscription even if I didn't weigh in or participate.
I tried to cancel my membership, but despite two emails, they continued to charge my card. It's frustrating because I feel like I'm just throwing money away every month. But, on the other hand, I do feel motivated to lose some weight now that I'm paying for it.
I have to admit, though, that there are some things that bother me about HealthyWage. For one, I think the subscription model is a little scammy. It seems like they're just trying to make money off people's insecurities and desire to lose weight. Also, I feel like there's a limit to how much you can realistically lose and get paid for- it's not like you're going to make a fortune from it.
All in all, though, I think HealthyWage can be a good motivator for people who need a little push to get healthy. It's not for everyone, but if you're willing to put in the work and can afford the subscription, it might be worth a shot. Just be aware that you'll be paying for it even if you don't use it, and don't expect to become a millionaire from it!
HealthyWage is a cruel and heartless company - A review
Wow, let me tell you about my experience with HealthyWage. First off, I gotta say they really got me with their weight loss challenge. I mean, who wouldn't want to make some extra cash while getting healthy, am I right? So, I signed up and everything seemed great at first. I was losing weight, feeling good, and had my eyes on the prize money.
But then, the worst happened. My family and I caught the Corona Virus and things took a turn for the worse. We live in New York, so you can imagine the financial burden of skyrocketing prices. I had to cancel my HealthyWage subscription, but somehow they managed to keep charging me $15.00 a month without permission since January 2021. And let me tell you, that money could have really helped my family during this tough time.
When I finally got through to someone at HealthyWage, they acted like it was no big deal and didn't even offer to refund me. They didn't even have a supervisor for me to talk to, which really rubbed me the wrong way. And to add insult to injury, they're planning on charging me five more times. I should have never agreed to this in the first place.
Listen, I lost all my weight through alternate fasting and it worked for me. So, my advice to you is to make a contract with yourself and put $15.00 in your savings account every month for 18 months. Don't give it to this heartless company who only cares about their profits, even during these unprecedented times where people are struggling. They don't care about anyone or anything except their bottom line. Trust me, HealthyWage is a cruel and heartless company that you should avoid at all costs.
HealthyWage Review: Total Scam Alert - Don't Waste Your Money Here!
Oh man, let me tell you about my experience with HealthyWage. I thought it was a good idea to join because I really wanted to lose some pounds and make some moolah at the same time. I paid $100 a month for 6 months and finally hit my goal weight. Guess what? They tried to make it almost impossible for me to get my winnings.
I did all the weigh-ins and procedures I was supposed to do but then they hit me with this email requiring even more steps and weigh-ins. All while I was on a business trip to Japan. I mean seriously? Give a girl a break, am I right? I tried so hard to come to a fair agreement but they were just not having it. They even threatened to take all my money if I didn't comply with their ridiculous demands.
At some point, I was so frustrated that I told them I just wanted my money back. But of course, they refused! I ended up losing $600 to those scammers. Can you believe it? I was so mad that I even considered taking legal action.
Don't even think about using this company unless you want to get ripped off. I learned my lesson and I hope you do too.
HealthyWage Fails Customers During Pandemic: Dissatisfied with Lack of Support
Man, let me tell you about my experience with HealthyWage. I signed up back in the day (you know, pre-pandemic) for a $100/month bet to lose some pounds. It was a great motivator and I was super pumped to work towards my goal. But then, bam! The pandemic hits and everything goes to [censored]. Gyms are closed, I'm losing wages, and I'm not even sure what life will look like in 5 months (which was my remaining bet timeframe).
So, naturally, I try to cancel my bet because, well, times are tough. But HealthyWage doesn't make it easy. No sir, they are not willing to work with their users during these trying times. I mean, seriously? Every other company out there (even Jimmy Johns, for heaven's sake) has sent out some sort of email with a clause to help out their customers during the financial hardships. But not HealthyWage.
And what really grinds my gears is that 22 MILLION Americans have lost their jobs because of this virus. That's not a small number, folks. Yet, HealthyWage seems to care more about their bottom line than their customers. It's honestly disappointing and shows a lack of humanity.
I was really excited about HealthyWage and the idea behind it. But their unwillingness to work with their users during tough times has left a bad taste in my mouth. It's a shame because I was planning on coming back when everything blows over. But now? I don't think so. HealthyWage needs to step up their game if they want to keep their current users and gain new ones.
HealthyWage: A Review of the Weight Loss Incentive Program
So, let's talk about HealthyWage. If you're looking to lose some weight AND make some money in the process, you might have stumbled upon this website. And let me tell you, my experience with them has been pretty rough.
First of all, they have these team challenges that you can join. The idea is pretty cool, you team up with other people and work together to lose weight. But if you're thinking about joining them, let me give you a little piece of advice: DON'T. Even if you meet all the criteria to be one of the top three winners, they might just pull some secret rule out of their hat and disqualify you. And if you've joined any challenges before, they'll use that against you. So, yeah, there's that.
Now, about the financial incentive they offer. Is it a good motivator? I don't know, maybe for some people it is. But personally, I don't think it's worth the stress. Losing weight should be about your own well-being, not about winning some prize on a website. And let me tell you, the amount of stress I got from losing their challenge because of some made-up reasons, it completely negated any health benefits I might have gotten from their challenges.
Oh, and let me tell you about this one time when my team and I were supposed to win a prize but didn't. Apparently, there was a mistake on their part, but of course, they wouldn't listen to me. They have this one person who does all the calculations, and that person has the final word. So, even if they mess up, you're the one who's screwed.
Honestly, I'm surprised they're still up and running. And even more surprised that they're featured on some popular channels. If you're looking for a good weight loss program, I suggest you look elsewhere. This one's not worth the trouble.
My Negative Experience with HealthyWage's Customer Service and Policies
So, let me tell you about my experience with HealthyWage. I was pretty excited to join this site and start challenging myself to lose weight. However, things didn't go quite as planned. I found out that I had a medical issue and my gym closed down, so I reached out to HealthyWage to see if they could cancel my challenge. I was hoping they would understand my situation and help me out, but that didn't seem to be the case.
At first, they didn't even bother to read my emails. When they finally did respond, they pushed my challenge back, which wasn't what I was asking for. I got really upset and frustrated with their customer service. I mean, this company claims to be all about encouraging healthy habits, but their reps know nothing about medical conditions and weight loss? That's not exactly reassuring. I had to escalate things and file a complaint with the BBB, which was a hassle and not something I wanted to do.
What really bothered me, though, was that HealthyWage never apologized or showed any empathy for my situation. They just kept insisting that they had worked with me extensively and had made an offer to me. But their offer wasn't anything that I would accept, and I feel like they didn't really listen to my concerns.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend HealthyWage to anyone based on my experience. If you want to try to lose weight and be healthy, there are other ways to motivate yourself that don't involve this company.
Disappointing Customer Support and Lack of Flexibility During Pandemic - HealthyWage Review
I gotta say, I'm super disappointed in HealthyWage right now. I mean, we're in the middle of a global pandemic and they're just like "peace out, figure it out yourself." When I reached out to them, the first thing they suggest is that I pay more money to extend my deadline? Are you kidding me?! Oh, and guess what, that extra cash doesn't even go towards my prize amount. And if I wanna pause for three months, any weight loss during that time doesn't even count towards my goal. Ugh.
To top it off, the VP of finance had the nerve to tell me the 25 pounds I lost so far "wasn't very much." Excuse me, but losing weight is hard work and I was pretty damn proud of myself. Thanks for the support, HealthWage.
And here's the real kicker. Companies are bending over backwards to help their customers during this crisis, but not HealthyWage. They just care about themselves. I thought this company was supposed to be here to support us in reaching our goals, but it's clear they only want our money.
I'm not taking this lying down. I'm gonna report them to the NYAG office and I suggest anyone else who's had a crap experience do the same. Apparently the NYAG office doesn't play around and has already made some companies cough up refunds. Let's get 'em.
Update: After a lot of complaining (and even writing this review), HealthyWage finally offered me a three month extension for free. It's ridiculous that it took so much effort to get them to do the right thing, but at least they finally did something. Just a heads up, it might take a while and some serious complaining to get them to cooperate.
Shady Business Practice: My Experience with Healthywage
So, my partner started this healthy wager thing and they sent me a link to join too. They said I could get an extra $140 if I signed up for a new challenge. Hell yeah, I thought - I'm always up for a challenge, especially when it comes with some cash money.
But then I paid my fees and noticed they didn't apply the prize boost we were promised. I mean, what the hell, man? We both reached out to Healthywage and tried to complain but they just said we weren't eligible because we'd done a challenge before. But they didn't say anything about that in the bonus link details, you know? So it felt pretty shady.
I was like, this is some kind of scam. They just wanted our money and now they're not even holding up their end of the deal. So I left a bad review on Sitejabber and guess what? Healthywage finally responded. They didn't want to listen to us before, but now that I'd told everyone how I felt they suddenly cared. They still wouldn't give us the full boost, though. I had to settle for a partial one.
And then they had the cheek to say our terms were unclear. Well, I call BS on that. They made it really hard for us to find out about the eligibility conditions. They should be clearer about these things and not send out emails to people who aren't eligible for the damn boosts. That's some shady business practice right there.
All in all, I'm not impressed with Healthywage. They need to up their game if they want to keep customers.
