We purchased a mini air conditioner/heater unit from Hearn. We waited 3 months for replacement parts. When the installer came, it was 3:30, he had to work in the dark, in 10 degree weather till 8:00. When we talked to the owner about the poor scheduling, he got very defensive and stated he wanted nothing to do with us in the future. He removed us from all their records. We discovered their prices were very excessive. (They wanted $475.00 to replace a bathroom faucet. They tried to sell us a surge protector for $786.00 that other contractor would charge $400.00 for., that we did not need.) Rating is less than 1 star.

Quarterly service visit: Tyler and Jonathan did a great job, and cleaned up the site very well. Very efficient.

Thank You Tyler for a job well done. He answered all my questions. Also took the time to talk with my grandson about maintenance for his home

Professional and excellent is my description of the work done by Hearn Plumbing, Heating & Air. Caleb and Austin tore out tub insert, walls, plumbing and reinstalled new tub/shower and plumbing. Very thorough and excellent work. I highly recommend Hearn.

Pete and Brandon showed up as scheduled to unclog our drain that had not only caused us issues with our toilets but was also stopping us from using our shower and sinks. They unclogged the drains and used their camera to ensure our pipes were in good shape all the way to the road! They were professional and left our basement clean and tidy!

Digging out a large hole to replace an existing sub pump in our literal crawl space was definitely a challenge. Austin and his co worker not only finished much sooner than anticipated but saved me a great deal of money. I also like the before and after pictures that are taken each time a service is completed. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done!

Pete and Sam the technicians that performed the work on our house were excellent. They courteous and very through in they're explanation of the work to be done. They performed the work in a excellent and professional manner and cleaned up completely when they were done. I would highly recommend Hearn Plumbing and Heating as well as Pete and Sam to do the work.

Hearn has been a positive first time experience with them. The local "Next Door' recommended them. Pete showed up o time and was very interested in finding the source sewer gas odor our issue. After much trouble shooting it same down to a broken toilet flange. Problem solved. Pete was quite respectful of us and our home. Wore his booties, protected all surfaces and cleaned up after the work was done.

We have used Hearn's services since 2008. Their work is second to none! They did major plumbing work for a complete bath and kitchen remodel in our previous home. Our "new" home has been a fixer-upper. They have performed bathroom and boiler repairs and have assisted us when we had a contractor cut into a heating pipe to our boiler, coming out that same afternoon to make the repair. They recently replaced our 16 year old air conditioning package unit, requiring them to do extensive research in finding a proper new unit, and fix for a system that originally was for commercial use and no longer available. They replaced the outside unit with an air conditioner, and installed an air handler below it, in our basement, requiring extensive duct work replacement and new installations.
