Ruslan was very professional. About an hour before arriving, he called to make sure I was going to be here and that it was a good time for me. He explained everything he was going to do, step by step. After finishing the cleaning, he explained to me all his findings. I decided to get the air purifier and he stayed to installed it. I am very satisfied with the service.

Rainaldi replumbed our home amazingly fast with high quality work both in the repiping and in the attic as well as all fixtures. Cleanup was spotless and the guy that patched all the walls was on time the next day and his work was equally professional . Their pricing was equal to the best I could find but their services included a lot more than their competitors for the same price.

We discovered a water leak - Called a plumber and was quoted a price and a method of repair - I wanted a second opinion so I called Rainaldi They discovered the real problem, were there the next day to make the repairs They were extremely helpful and professional - on a scale of 1 - 10 I would have to give them a 12 I will always recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services

The plumbing work I needed was completed very efficiently and professionally by a very thorough and nice technician. He presented several options and cost estimates for the various items I needed and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want to do right away. After the work was done, he documented all the repairs with photos submitted with my final invoice. I'd recommend Rainaldi to anyone.

I woke this morning to water gushing from the front of my house and no water in the house. I called Rainaldi Home Service and they sent John to find the leak and make the repair. He was informative and personable as he worked. He kept me informed as to what needed to be done. I have worked with this company before and made the call because they are professionals and I know the work would be done correctly.

I recently had my house repiped, and I have to say that Rinaldi is the BEST company you could ever ask for! Their team of technicians and office staff are incredible. Not only are the skilled in what they do, but each and every one are so personable and nice. It was a big job (4 bathrooms) and they did it in one day, working around 2 school aged children, a 2 year old, 2 dogs and 2 cats! We give them 10 Stars!

Had my a/c quit working on a Sunday afternoon. Called and a technician was available and was at my home quickly. Jason was great and explained the troubleshooting process as I looked over his shoulder. He was able to get the unit running in less than an hour and gave me some recommendations as well as answering all of my many questions. I could not have been happier. I will definitely call them in the future for my a/c needs.

What a waste of time and money. I need a leak inspection done to find a leak somewhere on my property. The company confirmed that they would inspect inside and outside the property. When he arrived He spent not even 10 minutes in the house and then rest outside. He determined the leak was outside somewhere but could not figure out where. He suggested to call a company that specializes in out leak detection. And then charged me $250.

My sewer line was destroyed by tree roots. After calling two other plumbers who achieved nothing, Rainaldi came out and said that they could restore it in one day. The crew arrived and dug up my sewer line and replaced it. They finished at 10:30 pm but everything worked. Superb customer service and complete knowledge of the wastewater side of the plumbing business. The simply succeeded after two big name plumbers charged me to achieve nothing! Outstanding value and knowledge!

Over the weekend (of course) my plumbing line got clogged and the toilets weren't working and water backed up in my shower and tub. I called Rainaldi and they promptly sent a technician, Hunter, early on Monday morning. He fixed the problem quickly and gave me some advice as to how to temporarily take care of it should it happen again. I was very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge and will use them for any other plumbing issues if needed. Great company!

I had a completely clogged kitchen sink, and call Rainaldi at 1:30pm. Teresa was so helpful and asked all of the right questions to determine what I needed. She put in a request for someone to come out to St Cloud, and someone was there by 4:00. By 5:00 he had finished cleaning out the entire drain from the roof down. He wore a mask and gloves and clearly cared about my safety while he was in my home. He gave me advice on how to maintain my drain moving forward as well! I would definitely recommend them and use them again for other needs.

I made an online request for service for a non-functioning air conditioner at 10:30 am on a Thursday night. An appointment for servicing was secured early on Friday, and scheduled to occur as the second appointment on the day's schedule. We were very pleased with the appointment being available so quickly. The technician, Robert, was friendly and conscientious. He also took precautions to make us feel comfortable about allowing him into our home. He called upon arrival, checked the outside units first, asked permission to enter the home, and was wearing a mask, gloves, and protective "booties" over his shoes. He found the problem which was under warranty and fixed the AC. We appreicate the team at Rainaldi.

Rainaldi's recently repiped my home. While never a pleasant process - the team arrived at the time give, the work was done in the time frame given, and all work met inspection without question. In addition to the repiping - I scheduled a tub faucet fixture replacement. The technician Stan did an amazing job! While I had been warned that a large whole would need to be cut in the tile decking around the tub - he was able to replace the fixture through the small hole made for the repipeing. His consideration in taking the time to do the job the 'hard' way was GREATLY appreciated by this homeowner! Rainaldi's have done several smaller jobs in my home over the years - I reccommend them highly and without question.

I have used Rinaldi for a lot of my house needs today Eric came for a plumbing issue and as usual was fantastic resolved the issue and advise me what I could do to illuminate the plumbing issue I had. Eric had been to my home before. I do want to mention Nicole, she was the person who answered the phone today on a Saturday for me to schedule an after hour visit. I mentioned at the beginning of the call that I had to go to a funeral and would I be able to have somebody come out when I got home. She said she was sorry about my loss and said of course and proceeded to take all my contact information address etc. After she got all my information and before we disconnected she said again she was sorry for my loss. I really appreciated her attentiveness and was very kind! Nevertheless the service was fantastic as it always is with some recommendations for future repairs to eliminate future problems.

The best experience. First started with the first phone call made Janice was listening to my needs and with confident assure me of a job was going to be done with customer first. Her voice and ability to listen gave me the confidence to say. I fell so good I'm sure that after I get my estimate I'm going to give you my business. Second phone call and I got Jessica. Going above and beyond of what the urgency needed. She listen and follow up any other phone call made to make sure job was going to be done. Last but not least, let talk about Stan the tech who show to do estimate. Great guy full of knowledge and understanding. He did a quick estimate and was told to do the job. The job was completed in a timely manner just as he predicted. Kudos to a company to hire the right people for every angle of the company. I will highly recommend this company always because in my opinion they go the extra mile to satisfied and keep customer as difficult as I am extremely happy.

This past December (2020), I hired Rainaldi to assist with a plumbing issue in which my shower was backing up and my toilet wasn't flushing. They sent out a tech (who also drug his machinery across my bathroom floor, destroying my tile), and he began to flush out the system. He then continued the process from my roof. He told me that my service had a 1-year warranty and that if the issue persisted, they would return. A couple of days later, the issue returned. They sent out Greg to correct the issue and "run a camera." He told me I needed all new piping in my front yard, sent me a quote for upwards of $8,000, and stated that the backup was due to roots breaking through my pipes. When I asked for a copy of the video, he said he would e-mail it. It took multiple calls and days for him to finally tell me he didn't have the video. He said that he would rerun the camera, and at my request, would run the camera under my house to determine if there was any issues there as I have old pipes. He came back and ran the camera, but refused to run it under my house- which was only made apparent when he sent the video. The "roots" he mentioned were inconsequential (as later determined by a differed plumbing company who came out, ran a camera, and cleared the ACTUAL blockage that existed). When the backup persisted, the company management told me they fulfilled their obligation and warranty, even though they never corrected the issue. I had another company come out and FINALLY correct the issue at a MUCH more affordable price. They were straight forward, didn't try to price gauge me for a service I didn't need, and actually rendered the services that they said they would. All this to say, DO NOT HIRE RAINALDI.
