We have used this local business for decades. Always dependable quality work.

I have used their services in the past 20 years and have found them satisfactory. This time however I think the charge of $285.00 for clearing a kitchen sink stoppage was a bit too much.

In the beginning it seemed like a straight forward repair job, but as the project evolved, we found hidden in the walls plumbing that needed to be upgraded. The B&C Company was asked to assist with installing a water heater in my home. The technician assigned to the work order came on time, had professional attire, and spoke English appropriately. He was skillful, pleasant, and interacted positively. He also stayed focused on the task at hand. I am very satisfied with his handling of this work order. The professional staff in the back office were also very supportive and answered my sometimes redundant questions patiently. They scheduled the work order quickly and informed me of every step all the way until the water heater was fully installed and functional. I am certainly motivated to work with B&C for future projects. THANK YOU

Install of new tankless water heater was determined by City inspector to be faulty. Plumber only plugged in water heater to existing 110 outlet-not permitted by Biard & Crockett Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. When queried, plumber stated "we are not electricians and someone else has to do that work". I paid over $8,000.00 to have the old, leaky water heater removed, and the new one installed outside, to prevent future leaks. At no time was I informed I would have to provide a sub contractor to hard-wire the electrical source, which the city is requiring. Plumber stated to my representative that it's not included, and he told us about the temporary fix when the water heater was installed. I WAS NEVER INFORMED THERE WOULD BE ADDITIONAL COSTS REQUIRED FROM ANOTHER SUBCONTRACTOR for this work.
