We recently had to have a tankless hot water tank installed. Was told that work would be completed by 6:30 pm. Tank was installed and installment agreement was completed for a ridiculous among of money, but we needed hot water. About 1 am I woke up to use the bathroom and smelled a strong odor of gas. The gas odor was throughout the whole house. I had to call the fire department for assistance. Firemen had to shut off gas at tank. Then they had to open all windows and doors and use large fans to get the odor out of the house. I was able to go back in the house at 3 am, but was still shaky. I was lucky to have awakened or I could have died from gas fumes. The job was not completed correctly. The next day different installers came out to correct the problem and to have an electrician check the work. When we asked for a discount for what I had experienced, they would not grant it because they installed to two plug in carbon monoxide devices. I would not recommend this company because of their work and their cost.

Rey and his co-worker did an excellent job clearing a drainage issues in a home that's 75 years old with primarily galvanized piping. They were professional, friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Master Plummers again. Excellent work.

I was very pleased with Brandon from Master Plumbers who replaced my water heater, along with Paul & Almond who helped. He was very courteous and helpful in explanation of new water heater. Work was entirely completed same day. I also didn't feel pressured into buying more expensive Water Heater or warranties. He was very professional in every way. I thank all of the men for their work!

I was very pleased with my service experience with Master Plumbers. I was grateful and surprised that they called 30 minutes prior to arriving at my property, and identified in advance by name (and picture identification through an email) the person who would service my property. When they arrived, they discussed my problem, and gave me a time estimate on what was required to complete the task. When I had questions, they addressed each one when asked, and they were attentive to my schedule when accomplishing their work. Remarkably, they had brought all the equipment that was required to complete the repair and replacement of two "hot water heaters" without delay, They told me it would take approximately 4 hours, and they completed the job in approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes. They were professional and respectful throughout, and completed their work by completely cleaning the area where they had installed the replacement equipment. I have had no service interruptions since installation, and I intend to use this company again for any future plumbing or heating needs.

Brandon was knowledgeable, courteous and showed up to do the estimate when promised. A crew from the company installed a New pump and tank were installed same day as well as clean up of old materials.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Master Plumbers. Brandon came within the time frame that was promised and did our yearly inspection. After we decided to have the needed work done he gave us a quote with several different options on how much it would cost. I was really surprised to hear him say they would be able do the work the same day. I was thinking in my head what would be a good day to have this done out of my busy schedule. So doing it the same day of the inspection worked out Perfect. He left to get the parts and came back in good timing with Justin to help get the different jobs done. They both were very polite and knowledgeable and completed all the different jobs within a few hours. I would truly recommend Master Plumbers to anyone that need plumbing work done. I was told they come prepared to complete a job. I called about a partial clog and requested to have the pipe snaked out before there was a total blockage. It didn't take long for me to realize the technician had no intention of cleaning out a sewer line. Instead he wanted to try to upsell labor intensive repairs to the tune of almost a thousand dollars and the second quote almost two thousand. I paid $93 (service call plus tax) to have a tech evaluate my plumbing and try to sell me on replacing a sewer line and installing a clean out access. This was a waste of my time that I had to take off of work and my money. I paid $150 for another company to come out and do what I asked this company to dom initially. After my personal experience and evaluating the efforts (not made) to assist my plumbing need, it's my opinion that their inspection of a home's plumbing system is an ideal opportunity to upsell services.

Brandon with masters plumbers always does a great job at our facility. He is very knowledgeable and always gets the job done. They have always arrived promptly for every service call and they deserve 5 stars all the way.
