I contacted Albert Nahman plumbing because of a water heater issue. I received prompt professional responses and technicians were very punctual. Not only did I have a lower price for my new water heater installation I also had aN additional shower problem addressed. My phone calls were responded to quickly and text alerts about timing of arrival and rapid invoicing were appreciated. Explanations of both problems were very much appreciated. I joined as a member and will continue to use Nahman services.

This is my 2nd time using Albert Nahman services. Efficient, informative and respectful service. Deepak and his assistant did a terrific job installing a new toilet, and re-grounding a 2nd toilet that was starting to rock (due to issue with new flooring service person that didn't ground correctly). I greatly appreciated the explanation/information which helps me learn. And they wore masks and booties throughout the job. And Lisa who interfaces is responsive and professional - great customer servicing.

was on time, very professional and pleasant. He gave me an estimate before he did the work, letting me know that if there were more repairs there would be additional costs. (I'm aware of this, but it's a good business policy to tell consumers this.) He did the work in a timely manner and offered other advice such I needed more smoke alarms, including one in my hot water heater/furnace area. I will use Albert Nahman in the future, if necessary, and will probably ask for Deepak. The job was completed in a timely manner and he explained the warranties thoroughly.

The folks from Nahman always show up, are always on time, and always do a good job. Today was no exception. *** and ***, I think his name was, snaked our drainage cleanouts and replaced the p-trap under one sink (including removing rust near the trap) for the price they quoted up front. They are very expensive, but we call them when we need someone who will show up and do a good job. They also wore masks and booties, and we wore masks, and we were all pretty careful about keeping physical distance during this pandemic, and I was able to pay over the phone with no physical contact.

Our water heater gave up the ghost on a weekend during the lockdown. Nahman sent someone out the day after we called, gave us a quote for a new water heater (ours was 20 years old), and they came the next day to install it. All the employees wore masks and kept the social distance, and they did a great and fast job of removing the old one and installing the new one with all its new bells and whistles (did I mention the one that broke was old?) We had hot water in no time, and after three days of ice showers and no way to wash dishes, we were really happy to have it. A professional, meticulous job. And the guys who came out were really nice, too.

My tenant informed me of her concern in regard to her wall heater cutting off over night. I called Albert Nahman Plumbing & Heating do to I had used them in the past. I explained my tenant's concern and they set her up with an appointment. Their technician (***), arrived at her residence on time and performed a thorough check on the wall heater. He found it to be working as designed and explained it to my tenant and myself. He was very professional/thorough. Based off of their professionalism and that of their technicians such as ***, I would recommend this company to anyone that may be having any type of heating concerns. Exceeded expectations. *** was exceptionally knowledgeable about the problem with the water heater and he offered several options without trying to lead me in a particular direction. He responded to my questions effectively and was professional throughout our meeting. I am big on who the person is, as much as I am about the technical information I received. *** was one of the nicest people I have ever met and I trusted his sincerity. He is a wonderful asset to the company and my experience is that good companies hire great employees. I also believe that great employees choose to work for wonderful companies. *** is a great reflection on the Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating Company.

I thought my hot water was leaking and probably needed replacing. Chris was scheduled to come between 8:00-8:30 this morning, he arrived at 8:00 sharp. *** informed that I DID NOT need a new water heater - it was not leaking. I had a section of flexible pipe that was cracked and allowed water to seep out. Thank you *** for not taking advantage of a me (a woman) and trying to sell me something I did not need. *** replaced the damaged part in less than an hours time. He was very quick to diagnose the problem, made the repair expeditiously, was very polite and answered all of my questions. If looking for a plumbing company, I highly recommend AN, they are an excellent operation. We have used them several times in the last 5 years - always pleased.

I just experienced two services over two days with crews from Albert Nahman. The Nahman plumbers are experts and gentlemen. Yesterday, Anthony and his partner worked tirelessly and intelligently, hoping to clear what turned out to be an impossible clog in a 75-year-old cast iron drain line. Unsuccessful, Anthony went through the laborious paces to set up an appointment for this morning to replace the section of miserable pipe, but not before giving me credit for all his time, and also applying both a senior and company discount. Today, *** arrived with ***, as planned, and replaced the old line perfectly with new PVC in half the time anticipated. *** and *** also worked with skill and intelligence. All told, the Nahman guys are the best plumbers I have ever encountered, a pleasure to have work in my house.

I had 3 exterior garden type faucet around my house that were all leaking. I called Albert Nahman Plumbing to repair faucets. Early in the repair he informed my wife that he had broken the faucet on the side house. The pipe he broke was inside a wall and to repair he told us he would either need to break our exterior stucco wall or cut the back of our cabinets in our kitchen. Since we were unwilling to have him do this type of damage to our home, we asked that he cap the broken pipe so that we could have our water turned back on. He called a second plumber to bring parts to cap the pipe and then the two of them repair (without breaking) the other two faucets. I learned on the Internet that the repair was a simple repair of removing the stem nut and replacing the gasket. On the Internet it said that it was a two person job in that one person needed to hold the faucet in place while the other removed the stem nut. So now we no longer have use of one of our exterior faucets due to the poor job done by Albert Nahman plumbing and we have since discovered that they did not just cap the broken pipe but removed much of the pipe so that a future repair will be difficult or impossible. I would not recommend this plumbing company.

We have been working to return to our home in 2021 after a difficult remodel lasting 15 months and we can't say enough good things about their people and their services. Jose, the technician, has been to our home more than once, each time to deal with a different issue after a water leak devastated our home in the middle of a remodel and required critical repairs. He is personable, knowledgeable, precise, quick to determine the issue and make the repair. He will shortly be returning to install a water-shut-off valve system to protect our new second floor washing machine and dryer and, in fact, protect our entire home from a devastating water leak in future. Underpinning all the necessary coordination is ***, a customer service powerhouse, whose calm demeanor, knowledge base and common sense, directed us to the right conclusion every time. A customer service person is the first (and most important) introduction to a company and its philosophy and can make or break its reputation and *** is one of the best. You definitely want people like *** and *** when unexpected technical or material failures occur in your home and likewise when you simply want to protect your home from future accidents. I know we will be back, because we just signed up for their yearly membership for discounts, preferred response times and an annual free check-up to keep everything in working order for our future security and peace of mind.

I asked Nahman for an estimate and they came out and gave me one. Unfortunatly, I wrote a check for $1000 to start the job but within a few hours I had more questions. They didn't tell me they would automatically deposit my check so I couldn't get my money back. I tried to stop payment on the check because I didn't realize it had been deposited right away. The rest is a nightmare - they wouldn't let me talk to a manager and they wouldn't tell me how much of my deposit would be returned. I got $500 and some change back. They said they had to pull permits and get equipment, but it was a Friday and I couldn't believe they acted so fast. The accounting/bookkeeper couldn't talk to me on Friday because she was "leaving early!" I've never experienced this kind of disrespectful behavior in all my 20+ years of being a homeowner. I asked for a mini-split estimate and didn't know it wasn't the best system for what I needed. Other companies' estimates educated me. No one required $1000 upfront! I went with another company and they don't accept payment until the job is done. I lost $500 for having questions within 24 hours and then changing my mind because I was treated so rudely and didn't get answers. They returned $500 with no written explanation and no chance to talk to a manager. Be careful when buying from them!
