I have used them for over 13 years and the most recent service was the one that did me in. I have had several issued mis diagnosed over the years, this time charging me for a $700 part I didn't need. The call staff has no empathy, I have not found anyone will to take responsibility for me having no heat, and they it will take 2 weeks to get a get the part and get service. the technicians don't know what they are going, just guessing what the issue is instead of taking the furnace apart to properly diagnose the issue. Beware, there are several companies out there that care about you and follow up in a timely manner to resolve your heating issues.

Another HVAC company was unable to resolve the problems with my boiler. Trombly Plumbing and Heating was able to fix it and I now have my heat and hot water back. Yea! The techs (Alex, Kyle and Scott) were great; knowledgeable, professional and personable. The office staff too was friendly and helpful and worked to schedule the service visits as soon as possible. I am very happy with the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use Trombly Plumbing and Heating again.

New to southern New Hampshire and needed major electrical repairs and upgrades to our backyard pool. Hands down, Trombly, among several firms we considered, was the most thorough, knowledgeable and helpful at all stages - estimating, scheduling, permitting and installation. Zach and Lee got the job done during three of the hottest days of the summer and despite hitting a slew of sizable rocks when excavating the conduit trench. We'll use Trombly again for a standby generator and a basement wall heater. So glad we found them.

Only three stars not because of the tech's. Kyle & Jonathan did a fine job, I've had Kyle for several years and he comes back by request. I've never had better. However, it's too bad I can't say the same for the office staff. I had a 4 hour window, 8 to noon, after 5 hours and not hearing from anyone, I called and was told he'd be here soon. After telling the woman answering the phone that a courtesy call would have been appreciated, she told me that she was going to call me “as soon as she got through talking to the person standing next to her “. I told her that I'd been waiting 5 hours, she said they were only one hour beyond the 4 hour window. The conversation then became a little heavy, not the first time with she and I, an apology would have been acceptable but she's not capable of doing that. I dread calling the office for anything, I shouldn't, I'm the customer, but I don't need to be. Dick L.

Prompt, efficient service. Explained all I need to know! Answered questions about generator, told me about self test.

Lee and Zach did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and capable in getting the job done.. very nice and pleasant to talk with.

Had an emergency, John and Brandon showed up the same day. Very professional, the job done to my satisfaction, I highly recommend Bill Trombly. Will be using them again.

Jonathan serviced our AC unit and furnace today (4/22) He did a thorough job and was excellent at explaining everything he needed to do and what should be done in the future. I really appreciate the excellent customer service! Thank you Jonathan!

We had a new central A/C unit installed by John H and his crew from Bill Trombly's. They all were very professional, friendly and got the job completed to our satisfaction. Also I must add Cheryl from customer service was very polite and kept us informed along the way. Will be using Trombly's for all our service needs in the future.

Allied Septic, part of Trombly Plumbing pumped our septic insufficiently after 8 months it shows evidence of needing an additional pumping. Sharon a manager at Trombly Plumbing refused to offer a manager to come out to confirm what we have noticed. Awful customer service, the technician that did the pumping the septic were didn't seem to know what they were doing and were inconsistent with past experiences. Do not use them for septic needs

I had Bill Trombly at my residence to replace an exterior gas line that needed to be upgraded due to its age and the addition of a stand alone generator. From the engineering visit to the actual instillation the process was professionallly well done by Carl, Scott, Paul, Chris and Jake. Replacing an exterior gas line is no small project when a portion is now buried underground. In the office, Cheryl was great with scheduling and discussing some of the last minute questions that come up with every project. It was a job well done! Thank you.

Dave from Allied Septic came to our home on 11/2 to solve and fix a septic situation that had rendered us unable to use water comfortably in our home. Dave diagnosed the problem quickly and solved the situation to our great satisfaction. Dave was exceptional in explaining everything he was doing and answering our questions thoroughly. He was precise and accurate in everything he did and said. It was great, of course, to have the problem solved. But it was outstanding to have such a professional individual sent to our home. Thank you Dave, Bill Trombly Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, and Allied Septic!

Dave and his assistant arrived as expected 12/8 to our site. They were mostly prepared and and responsive to our questions regarding the commercial grease trap service. Dave was both helpful knowledgeable and they performed the cleanout without issue. This was my first experience with this type of cleanout and Dave was professional and efficient. Bill Trombley Plumbing was recommended previously by our staff for having done an excellent job in 2019 on the grease trap, although who performed that service is not known. Overall we are happy with the services provided today and recommend their grease trap cleanout service.
