Great service! Diagnosed the problem immediately and did a great repair job. Clean up was very good and I was very impressed with the shoe coverings to keep my carpets and floors clean.

Kyle was very knowledgeable and pointed out a number of things that will be needed in the near future. He corrected one issue right on the spot after the inspection. I highly recommend Joe the Plumber.

The technicians went right to the problem with my water heater that had gone into lockout mode. They explained what could have shut it down and fixed the problem immediately. The rates are reasonable; the technicians are efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Joe the Plumber.

This company is taking advantage of people. They force you to pay an $89 service charge to look at the issue and refused to quote for a clogged drain. Then for a simple snaking job they are charging $489. So to recap, $578 to do a job that takes 5 minutes and the average cost for this job is $100- $250. This is unethical. Only giving 1 star because I am forced to.

Both Kyle and Jack were great, hard working, efficient, customer service oriented and trustworthy. I would hire them again in an instant. The customer that complained about the $89 charge does not realize what other companies are charging just to come out. Joe the Plumber is actually quite reasonable. I am so glad I hired them. I will hire them again in the future!

They are a total rip-off. They charge $89.00 just to come to your house. I had told them that my toilet was running, and the flapper was most likely the issue, and they knew it. Upon arrival, the technician said that besides the $89.00, there will be an additional cost of $215.00 which includes parts and labor. This is totally ridiculous. They never told us the excessive additional cost beforehand although they knew it was likely a flapper issue. The flapper costs between $6.00 to $12.00 in Home Depot and from the time he started working on the replacement to the time he left was 8 minutes. A ridiculous charge of $304.00 for an 8-minute job and a $6.00 to $12.00 flapper. These are definitely not dependable small-time prices. I went with them thinking they would reasonable. I had got a quote way below the ridiculous quoted price from another licensed and insured plumber, but they were only able to make it next week. The slogan on their truck states, "Dependable small-time plumber with dependable small-time prices". This is a totally deceptive ad. I would never recommend Joe the Plumber to anyone.

Very expensive, charged $400.00 to change two $10.00 cartridges on a leaky faucet. It took 10 minutes for the work. We had already paid $269.00 for an initial visit where they didn't fix the problem. Called the office and was just told that's what they changed for labor.

I'm extremely impressed by these guys! Shaquille, Gary,Dan Willie and Dwayne were all terrific to work with! They all went the extra mile to be neat, on time, Professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. They did terrific work putting in my tub after taking out the old one and when I had a couple of minor issues, the company got back to me ASAP and scheduled me very quickly and resolved the issues very well! Couldn't ask for more!
