I had a wonderful experience with Moe's Plumbing and Heating. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained everything to me and gave me options. Their service was prompt and they let me know when to expect them and if there was a delay they gave me ample warning. I would Highly recommend this company!

Moe and Soroosh are both friendly, professional and efficient. They explained everything we asked them to look at, provided suggestions and estimates. I would definitely recommend Moe's services. We ultimately replaced our hot water tank after struggling for years to get consistent hot water and everything is working great!

I just installed a new toilet from Moe's Plumbing Drainage and Heating on Nov. 23, 2020. The total charges from them is $624.75 (include GST). I found that it is a bit pricey. I cannot imagine how expensive it is for a toilet (toilet is C$295 and installation is C$300). If we ask them to work on another project, I think it will burn a hole in your pocket.

Excellent quality work at reasonable rates - father and son team will go the extra mile to get the job done right. I had a sump pump failure late Thursday evening and Moes Plumbing began to fix it early Friday morning. The situation required problem solving, varied equipment, schedule juggling and a return visit later to complete work. Highly recommended.

Aman and his crew did a great job at our place. They successfully unplugged our main drain to the street. I called at a very busy time but Moe's was able to perform an inspection the next day and give me a firm quote for the work required. My problem was fixed within a few days and I was very impressed by the courtesy and thoroughness of the crew. I will call Moe's again.

These gentleman are polite and professional as well as have all the state of the art tools to assess their jobs. Our situation required an initial consultation and we will have to call Moe's Plumbing back for a quote, then move forward to have the work completed. I will be sure to follow up here to give a final update. So far, we are highly impressed with their due care and professionalism.

The worst customer service..save yourself time and money. Charge us for a job that wasn't properly done. We had to look for another plumber to finish their job. Did not return our money stated they can't return the money because we looked for another plumber. Absolutely we did when you didn't do your job properly came twice and failed to fix the issue. Extremely disappointed with Moe's Plumbing Drainage and Heating.

Father and son are very courteous and professional. Moe explained everything that has been done and answered my many questions politely. They left our washroom clean and even offered to help to move something which is not supposed to be there. They are really efficient and knowledgeable in their field and I will not hesitate to recommend them to whoever may need help with regards to plumbing issues.

We accidentally sent the plumber across the city with a typo in our address, but he was still super friendly and understanding about the mistake. Rerouted and still made it to our place that day. He quoted us for a repair, and ordered the parts. When he came back a few days later for the repair, he discovered it wouldn't be as hard as he thought and reduced the price for us! To me this is a sign of an honest business. Will be using them again.

I am more than happy with the service provided by Moe's Plumbing Drainage and Heating. They were fast, professional and great to deal with. After a maintenance inspection a potential problem was pointed out. I was given options and quickly decided to replace the problem and avoid any future stress. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I feel secure in the knowledge that they would make me proud to speak on their behalf. Thank you for your great service. You made my day. Excellent customer service and top quality repair with fair-competitive pricing. I had the father/son team cut and remove shower diverter, install all piping components inside the wall and replace shower head, faucet and valve. They also redid the plumbing for kitchen sink. Extremely knowledgable with older home plumbing. Great communication (and I ask a lot of questions), honest (won't do a request if it can't be done professionally and within a budget), polite and respectful.

Had an Issue with a broken flange under our toilet, called Moe's Plumbing based on reviews, no regrets...Soroosh (Moe's Son) was able to swing by on Friday to assess the repair, but was not able to do it until Monday. He gave me a quote & time he would be here, very punctual and courteous. Father & Son arrived within the scheduled time slot, and did the repair quickly & efficiently. We had a pipe break and needed someone here as soon as we could. We put a few calls into a few places and ended up with Moe's, and boy are we glad we did. They, father & son, were fantastic! They were kind, caring, professional and very knowledgeable. They fixed the problem but also went above and explained so much more to us. We are new to our older home and they taught us important info that we had no idea about and could have been a costly mistake. We really appreciated them, their service and will not use any other plumbing/heating company again.

Moe and Saroosh went above and beyond our expectations! We have had a couple of issues related to plumbing to be taken care of. Saroosh was patient enough to listen to all the issues, recommend us with options. Both Moe and Saroosh were very knowledgeable of the job and answered all our naive questions around plumbing. They are also reachable on email and one could expect a response by end of the day. Given their busy schedule, they could accommodate us and finished all the work as promised. I had a water main leak, the leak was below the shut off at 10pm the other night, I called Moe's Plumbing and Heating spoke with Soroosh (phone number removed) when I called I told him the situation, he was at my doorstep within 10 minutes. Immediately within a few minutes he found where the shut off valve is in my front yard and shut the water off, which was my main concern. He then assessed the situation in my basement and he had the leak fixed and patched up on the spot. True professionals and true honest gentlemen I would recommend Moe and Soroosh for any plumbing and heating work. Will definitely be going to them for all my plumbing work.

Unfortunately had a poor experience with Moe's plumbing. A lot of communication issues and uncertainty with the scope of the work. They found it difficult to communicate and describe the job to me because I wasn't a contractor. Found that Moe was talking AT me instead of TO me. A lot of talking was done about what should be done but no action was taken except the removal of plumbing. They might be good plumbers however never got to see their work due to bad communication and poor client services. It seemed like the job was bigger then they were prepared for and they were unwilling to tell me right from the first meeting. The end result was an incomplete project and a search for new plumbing services.
