Plumb Genius should get zero stars. Service Line Warranty sent this company to our house to replace some piping in the back yard. They did replace the piping, but the yard is now a hazard zone. There is a pile of old pipes and new pipe left. They dug into the water sprinkling system and left a big hole with exposed sprinkler-system wires gaping in the yard. The new pipe they put in the ground now has three capped-off pipes coming out of the ground about 2 feet tall. There is another uncapped pipe coming up out of the ground about 4 feet tall. Also, they had to take down part of our fence to get the backhoe into the yard. When asked if they put the fence back together, they said yes. It looked like it was put back together, but, since they were doing it at 9:30pm, most of the nails they hammered in missed the mark and the fence was just leaning together. I am so sad and disappointed about my yard. It looked normal before Plumb Genius arrived, and they turned into an eyesore. They won't return our efforts to contact them.

This company was sent out to replace our hot water tank. The guys from the company broke the frame around our tank storage closet, put a scratch on my car (saying they are not going to cover it), installed the tank incorrectly which failed inspection, and last but not lease... never wore a mask and I have video of one of the workers going into the back of their work van urinating in a convenient store cup, then dumped it in our yard never washed hands touching doorknobs and everything else. I mainly want my car repaired from the damage they have done to it. Thanks

Just sharing my experience with the following company so no one has to deal with them like I did. I highly recommend NOT using https://www.plumbgenius.com/. I had a bathroom major leak last week in the middle of the night and the *** to turn off the water local to my bathroom broke when I tried to turn it off. It was worn and broke off immediately when I tried to turn it. I placed a ticket with my American Home Shield extending warranty and they sent Plumb Genius out the next day. I paid AHS a deductible of $125 before Plumb Genius even showed up. As the service tech worked he stopped and spent about 30 min sitting in his truck came back in and told my American Home Shield had denied my claim which in the couple times I have only used them they had never done before. I asked him why and he shrugged his shoulders as if I don't know. He said he could fix the problem for $292.00 however. I had not slept all night and did not think American Home Shield would send crooks to my house so I paid it to get my water back on and not have my house flood if it was back on. I called AHS and they quoted the tech's direct notes saying I had broken two pieces to the toliet and therefore AHS denied the claim. Classic scam and I normally check out company review but did not cause I was tired and trused American. Now I am thinking they have signed me up to some kind of insurance also cause he mentioned something about insurance but made it sound like it was a American Home Shield thing so I signed it. So long story show AHS still charged me the 125 plus the 300 to fix it and I had to pay $7.50 and the hassle of going to my bank and getting a new debt card cause I did not trust them having my info. Called Plumb Genius direct twice now and or course no call backs from management and once lady saying it was just the answering service but sound like the lady I had been talking to. The kicker was I told the tech I had more things to fix soon so they actually could have ma
