TapsUK Fantastic kitchen fixtures and customer service from TapsUK!

So, I was looking for a new tap and sink for my kitchen, and I came across TapsUK. At first, I was skeptical. I mean, how can you tell the quality of something just by looking at pictures online? But guys, I was pleasantly surprised!

I ended up getting the Caple Avel tap and the Caple Form sink, and let me tell you, the quality is top-notch! The tap is sleek and super easy to use, and the sink is deep enough to fit all of my pots and pans.

But that's not even the best part. The customer service at TapsUK is fantastic! They were super helpful with any questions I had and even gave me some tips on installation.

Honestly, I cannot recommend this company enough. If you're in the market for some new kitchen fixtures, give TapsUK a chance. You won't be disappointed! :)

TapsUK TapsUK review: Beware of Dishonest Returns Policy and Untrustworthy Service

So, I bought a sink from TapsUK (tapsuk.com) but it turned out to be too small. I had to return it and ended up paying an extra thirty-four quid just to get it sent back. Once they received my package, they said the sink was returned damaged and refused to refund me. I had taken extra care to pack the sink really well, so I'm pretty sure they scammed me. I don't trust this company at all and would not recommend them to anyone.

TapsUK TapsUK Review: Stellar Customer Service and Stylish Fixtures for Your Kitchen

Hey there, so I just wanted to rave about TapsUK (tapsuk.com) for a hot sec. When I was sprucing up my kitchen, I knew I wanted to switch out my boring old sink and faucet for something with a bit more pizazz. Enter TapsUK.

What I love about their website is that it's super easy to use and figure out if the taps and fittings you want are gonna match up with your sink. I was personally looking to switch out my standard sink drainer for something a bit more fancy-pants, like a copper one. And wouldn't you know it, they had exactly what I was looking for.

Now, I did have a bit of a hiccup with the tap I ordered arriving damaged. BUT, and this is a big but, they sent out a replacement before I had even returned the damaged one. Talk about stellar customer service.

Anyway, long story short, I ended up getting a gorgeous granite sink with a copper tap and matching sink drainer, and it looks like a million bucks in my kitchen. Highly recommend giving TapsUK a look-see if you're in the market for some new fixtures. You won't be disappointed!

TapsUK Terrible experience with TapsUK: Do not use this site!

I had a terrible experience with TapsUK (tapsuk.com) recently when I ordered a sink from their website. Initially, I was excited to find the perfect sink on their website and placed the order on 1st October, with a promised delivery date of 9th October. However, the delivery never arrived, and I was left frustrated and disappointed.

To make matters worse, I had to wait in all day for the delivery, which is a complete waste of time. TapsUK did not have the sink in stock, yet they accepted my order and took my money. This is unacceptable practice from any business. Moreover, when I tried to reach them through their customer service helpline, they charged a minimum of ?1.53 per minute. I was further frustrated as they seemed unresponsive and quite frankly, unbothered by my plight.

Currently, I am in the process of attempting to recover my money via credit card company. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from TapsUK to think twice before parting with their money. The lack of customer service and poor communication from this supplier left me feeling very let down and out of pocket. Hence, I do not recommend this site to anyone.

TapsUK TapsUK Review: Poor Post-Purchase Service and Misleading Guarantee

I unfortunately had an incredibly negative experience with TapsUK (tapsuk.com) and wanted to share my dissatisfaction with their services. To begin with, the expensive Astini tap that I purchased from them with a 15-year guarantee, turned out to only cover a measly 6-month period for all working parts. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a downright betrayal of their advertised warranty, which was a major selling point for me at the time of purchase.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the aerator on the tap fell off a mere 9 months after I bought it. Despite this being a clear defect in the product, TapsUK refused to provide me with a replacement or cover it in any way, shape, or form. This left me high and dry with a faulty tap that I had no choice but to try and fix myself.

To make matters worse, the tap began to discolour shortly after the 15-month mark, which was again, not covered by their guarantee. Of course, I understand that products will experience wear and tear over time, but the fact that TapsUK were unwilling to cover any of these issues left me feeling completely dissatisfied with their after-service efforts.

While I will say that TapsUK may be price competitive, their post-purchase service is shocking. I can't recommend their products, nor am I likely to purchase from them again in the future. It's a shame, as I had high hopes for the quality of their products, but it seems that their guarantee is nothing more than a hollow marketing ploy.

TapsUK Terrible Experience with TapsUK: Long Delays and Wrong Orders

I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with TapsUK (tapsuk.com) recently. I ordered a unit with the expectation of it being delivered within 7 days, but unfortunately five weeks had passed and there was still no sign of my item. After contacting TapsUK's customer service team, I was told that the item was out of stock and that they weren't sure when they would be able to fulfill my order.

Finally, after waiting another couple of weeks, my item arrived - but to my dismay, it was the wrong order. At this point, it had been seven weeks since I had placed my initial order and I still had nothing to show for it. I was feeling quite frustrated and disappointed - not to mention the fact that I had already lost money due to my customer's dissatisfaction with the delay.

I have to say that in my personal opinion, TapsUK is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their customer service was frustratingly unhelpful, and their delivery times were nowhere near accurate. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to reconsider - I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience I did.

TapsUK Frustrating Experience with TapsUK: Poor Customer Service and Subpar Products

My experience with TapsUK (tapsuk.com) has been quite frustrating and disappointing. Despite purchasing two taps from their online store, I encountered issues right from the start. The taps were not dispatched at first, and when I contacted their customer service team, they advised me to wait for a month or two which I thought was a reasonable arrangement as long as the items were in good condition upon arrival. However, to my dismay, the items arrived with sockets that were rusted, had old solder marks, and dirt.

When I informed TapsUK of the condition of the items, I requested a return and refund, but they tried to defend their position and insisted that the appearance of the sockets was normal. I felt they were not taking my complaint seriously and kept making excuses and delaying. When I persisted and contacted them about three or four times, I gave up, as they didn't respond to my emails. Eventually, I had to file a dispute via PayPal.

Although PayPal forced TapsUK to provide a return service, they still did not refund me for the faulty items. It was only when the dispute time period elapsed that PayPal finally intervened and gave me a refund. The amount of time and energy I spent dealing with TapsUK's subpar products and customer service was incredibly frustrating, and I cannot express my disappointment and anger enough.

In conclusion, I highly recommend that prospective customers avoid TapsUK at all costs to prevent a similar experience.

TapsUK Disappointing Service and Delivery: Tapsuk.com Review

My experience with tapsuk.com has been extremely disappointing. The level of service provided by this company is among the worst I have ever experienced. Their after sales service is solely email-based, and even after sending multiple emails and providing them with my contact number for a call back, I have yet to speak with a representative. What's even more frustrating is the 14-day wait for my goods to arrive, which were displayed as in stock with a delivery time of 3-5 days. To make matters worse, delivery was promised on two separate occasions, but the goods never showed up. Adding to the problem is the reliance on Panther Logistics, which is not well reviewed. It is clear to me that when a subpar supplier teams up with a subpar delivery company, it's a recipe for disaster.

On tapsuk.com's website, I was unable to locate any details that would allow me to contact them via a landline. However, after doing some digging, I found their phone number, address and various classifications. They are a supplier of bathroom and kitchen plumbing goods offering wholesale of household goods not elsewhere classified, wholesale of wood, construction materials, and sanitary equipment, and wholesale of hardware, plumbing and heating equipment, and supplies. Additionally, they offer retail sales via mail order houses or the internet.

Overall, my review would be not to do business with tapsuk.com. My experience with them was frustrating and it's clear they need to improve their customer service and delivery processes if they hope to stay in business long term.

TapsUK Disappointing Experience with TapsUK: Unreliable Stock Availability and Delivery

My experience with TapsUK has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I regret ever placing an order with them and would not recommend this company to anyone. I placed an order for products that were displayed as available on their website, only to be informed after six days that they were actually out of stock. I was promised that I would receive my order within two days, but it did not arrive. I was then told that my order would be delivered the next day, but yet again, I received nothing.

I have been given the runaround by this company and it seems to be a common occurrence for them to advertise products as available, when in reality, they are not. It is truly frustrating to place an order with a company, only to find that the process is dragged out for an unreasonable amount of time. I had kitchen cupboards put in and was hoping to have my lights in time for Christmas, but alas, that dream has been shattered.

What's worse is that I had originally ordered from another company who had done the same thing, only to find the same products advertised as available on TapsUK's website. I cancelled my original order and placed a new one with TapsUK, thinking that this would ensure a timely delivery. Unfortunately, this was not the case and I have been left with nothing but disappointment.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise you to avoid TapsUK at all costs. Don't believe anything you see on their website about items being in stock. Save yourself the frustration and order from a more reliable company.

TapsUK TapsUK Review: Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Parts

The experience this customer had with TapsUK (tapsuk.com) was unfortunately less than satisfactory. Though their sink and tap were delivered on time and in good condition, the issues arose when they went to fit it two weeks later. The wrong clips had been sent, and after a 20-minute call to their premium rate helpline, they sent a message through their ticket system. The reply they received was patronizing, stating that Taps UK couldn't be responsible for anything after the 7-day period if we had "misplaced items," and offering to sell them a set of clips, plus postage. This left the customer unsatisfied, as they had only recently discovered the issue, and it was not caused by their negligibility.
Fortunately, the customer managed to get in touch with the manufacturer of the sink, Franke, who was able to send them the correct clips free of charge. Taps UK may offer competitive pricing upfront, but any savings are quickly eroded if you encounter problems with them, and you are forced to pay to replace incorrect items sent.
Even worse, when the customer discovered the waste set was wrong, they reached out to TapsUK, but as expected, there was no reply to their complaint. This lack of customer service is disappointing, and we understand why the review reads, "I would avoid at all costs in the future." If you want to avoid such issues, we suggest choosing a different retailer to avoid any potential headaches.
