I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with my experience shopping at plumbtile.com. The order got to me pretty quick, and everything was in good shape and just like they said it would be.

So, I bought this shelving thing from plumbtile.com and it was all good until I got an email from one of their reps asking if I wanted brackets to hang the thing. I mean, come on, the brackets were shown in all the photos so I thought they were included in the order. But no, they were almost as expensive as the whole thing I bought for $2000. I tried to get the rep to call me back so we could talk about it but no luck. Finally, we agreed on a lower price for the brackets but she kept telling me it was my problem and not theirs. I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that? I tried to be nice in my emails but it was ridiculous. I've built over 175 homes in the last 10 years and I won't be doing business with them again.

Now, I do have a couple of suggestions for how Plumbtile could improve. First off, you should offer faster delivery options. I already have one towel rack and I need another to complete my masterpiece, but it takes forever to get your product. If you offered priority mailing for an extra fee, I'd be willing to pay it just to get my hands on that towel rack sooner.
Secondly, it would be great if you could offer a 1-800 number for customers to call. I don't want to have to navigate through a bunch of automated options just to talk to a live person. It would be so much easier if I could just call a number and speak to someone directly.
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from Plumbtile. The quality of the product is great, and I'm really pleased with how my towel rack turned out. This Siro product is top-notch quality. It's heavy, sleek, and feels great to the touch. My home looks stunning with these cabinet handles, and I got so many compliments on them. Besides the delivery, the other thing that wasn't excellent for me was that the website didn't have the picture displayed for the item I wanted. I hesitated to buy them for weeks because of this. I finally did order only some just to make sure they were the correct item. After receiving the few that I ordered and ensuring that I like them, I put in an order for the rest of the handles that I need for my home. I can't wait for them to arrive.
Although I didn't give 5 stars for every category, I will definitely 100% buy again from Plumbtile. Overall, I give 4.5 stars.
