I ordered a vumatel Fibre on the 4th of December 2024 and it was installed on the 8th of December 2024 and I was told that I will be able to access internet in few minutes, which to date I don't have internet. I also tried to get someone to assist me with the the problem I have but it was all In vein. There is no form of communication, there was an agent that called me from Brite link as she tried to assist but she also abandoned me. I'm truly disappointed and frustrated with their service. I would not advise anyone to order vumatel. My son is working from home there was no internet access so he had to buy data, that is regarded as an extra expense. The other thing is they will tell you about subcontractors which I feel it's unfair for me as a customer to be told about subcontractors.
Claimed loss: I had to buy airtime and data to get in contact with them, mostly the time that I wasted with trying to contact them.
Desired outcome: If they can't assist I would like to get my refund.
