I bought two Calculus & Plaque Remover from SonoShine on Oct. 21, 2024. They arrive in individual boxes that have no brand name, no manufacture name or information. There was no invoice included in the packaging holding the two boxes. The only thing included was a paper to say if there were any questions or if I wanted to return these items I should contact "[protected]@helpwithmyorder.com" I was charged $4.95 for "extended protection" - something that I would never have agreed to. But that is not the main issue. I have since been told by my dentist that I should not use this product as it could harm my teeth. I've also searched for reviews on this product and have only seen negative reviews. I have tried to reach their website which is "helpwithmyorder.com" I am taken to a blank page with NO information - not even a "website not found" ! I have been searching for 3 hours now and the only information I can find on Help With My Order is on this website (Complaintsboard.com), on eveninsight.com (which rates it "safe"), and on the bbb.org which gives it an "F" rating. I have found three different addresses - both supposedly "verified" current as of this month (November 2024.) One address is in Post Falls, Idaho. Another is in Hayden, Idaho, and the third is in Richardson, Texas (the Texas one might be an investor or owner of the company.) The phone number is not answered. How can I reach these people to get a refund? Who are these people?
Claimed loss: $79.82 ($83.23 minus the $3.95 shipping they stated on the paper that they would NOT return.)
Desired outcome: I would like directions on how and where to return this product AND I would like a refund of the $79.82
