DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM HELZBERG DIAMONDS. I placed an online order on 12/11/2024 and paid extra for two-day shipping for an arrival before 12/17/2024. On 12/13/2024 I received an email confirming the order was on its way however, when I clicked on the tracking, the product was arriving past the paid expedited shipping date of 12/17/2024. I cancelled the order and was informed that I would receive my refund once Helzberg receives the product back. On 12/31/2024 Helzberg received the item back, but I have yet to receive my refund. Multiple emails back and forth to Helzberg customer support but keep getting the run around. First, they tell me that it takes 10 business days. I am now past the 10 business days, and they now say the delay is because they must process the refund differently. This is a scam, so you do not dispute the charge with your credit card company. If you need to cancel an order, make sure you contact your credit card company ASAP to dispute the charge. Helzberg keeps postponing the refund because once it’s past 30 days it is harder to dispute the charge with your credit card company and scam companies like Helzberg know this. I ended up ordering the same product from Ross-Simons and am extremely happy with their customer service and product!
Recommendation: Do not purchase anything from their online store
