was gifted a pearl necklace on December 25th

todays date is: 3/13/25

you need to change the name of your business to: HELLZ BURGLARS

you still have my necklace. We brought the necklace back because the clasp on the necklace did not work. we asked to have the clasp changed to a fish hook clasp. This clasp did not work either, as it easily bot bent, and was extremely cheap quality. Manager said she ordered another clasp for me, and stated she knew which clasp worked best. rather rude for my taste and temperment.

Desired outcome: bank charge back
