Not receiving 3 bras I paid for and no return contact when sending emails
I bought 3 bras on June 27 2020 and My order number is 8623349, see below that was sent via herroom on June 26, it still has not updated. I put in an inquiry via the chat 2 weeks ago to find my items but of course no one has contacted me on where my items are and when they will be shipped to me. This is my 8 inquiry via, email and chat to find my items. I either want an update on where my items are or my money back. If this email get ignored like all the other emails I will get the better business bureau involved so I can get my money back or my items. Ive sent 6 emails and no return information on my 3 bras or getting my bras or returning my money since I never got the bras [protected]@yahoo.com

Return of a bra refused refund for bogus reasons
In june I placed an order for a bra from her room I had to send it back because just looking at it I could tell it was way too big I never had it on my body and they are saying that it was soiled and will not refund the price of the bra. Many other people have said they have pulled this on them. If I would have read all the complaints I would never have ordered from them. I want it refunded from my charge account. And a second order canceled. It was a leading lady bra #5042 size 52dd ordered june 2020 sent back and was told it was soiled I never had it on my body
Returned item
I returned a bra on February 27th. They processed an RMA 560481. The RMA was marked completed and the RMA claims the refund was issued to my credit card on [protected], but I have not yet received credit on my account. I have written emails to HerRoom Customer Service with no reply. The phone numbers are out of service. I know they had a problem with the Covid19 closure, but they are now back online advertising and selling again. I would like to get back the $56.00 still owe to me. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Incident: HerRoom.com (aka, Andra Group L.P.) does not clearly advertise that some of their bras are in "UK" sizes. Did you know that you are supposed to 1) Supposed to notice when perusing many many bras that you need to pat attention to exactly *2 Letters* on the entire page to warn you that these are not US Sizes? And 2) You are supposed to click on "Size Chart" for a pop-up window to warn you that these are not US Sizes? 3) For some of these bras with almost no information on them, you have to work your cup size backwards to know which cup size to order? All of this, just from 2 letters on the entire page. AND - they want to charge you $6 shipping costs for "exchanging for the US size". Horrible customer service - I chatted with them, called them, and then they stated that "the manager will call you back later..." I am still waiting for the call back. I just want to develop a relationship with a new company, and their lack of admitting that they haven't identified the size difference clearly on their website and their process of requiring this dragged on conversation For SIX Dollars is ruining it.
Desired Resolution: Exchange current bras without a shipping fee; And, update website to *clearly* identify bra sizes in US Standard, or make a "must click here to acknowledge these are in UK sizes and see related size chart" box. Something to assist future customers as well as myself.
Wrong product delivered
This website comes up for HerRoom bras and lingerie. I ordered and paid for 2 bras and got confirmation email from [protected]@discontseason.com. After about 2 months I received 2 tacky bras. I made contact through email and eventually received email from discontseason blaming express company for mistake. That was one month ago. They refuse to send me an address to return the products to and insist that I keep or sell the wrong products I received. The last email I received said it was fault of express company and they want to solve this in friendly manner, but they still want me to keep the wrong products and refuse to give me the return address.
Two bathing suit tops and one bottom
Ordered one bathing suit and an extra top from them using their sizing guidelines and they did not fit! Not even close actually. Received them and sent them a message 5 days later asking how I could return them. I never received a response. Sent another message which included a copy of my original because it was now past their 30 day return timeframe and explained the situation. The responded informing me they had sent it and it was in my SPAM folder. They never responded, it was never in my SPAM folder and now they are refusing to give me my money back! Not to mention they are rude and blamed ME!
Bathing suit
I ordered a bathing suit from HerRoom. I tried it on and it did not fit so I sent it back with everything in
tact including the liner in the suit and the tags. Two weeks later HerRoom sends it back to me saying the item was damaged. They did not send it back in the same condition that I had carefully sent to them. They turned the bathing suit inside out and took the liner out of the suit. Really? How do you people run a company like this? I will fight this all the way! Your company is what leaves a bad taste in customer's mouth.
HerRoom lies! I returned a bra that did not fit, was not worn, never clasped, my body barely touched it for 10 seconds. Yet they claim it had excessive marks and stains. They will not refund my purchase! They will only return it back to me if I pay more money. What am I going to do with something that doesn’t fit anyway? They are lying crooks! Stay away from this despicable company.
Problem with one of the bras I recently purchased
I purchased some Vanity Fair bras in May and then more in June.
The style # is 76382, 36DD. The ones in Toasted Coconut Cashmere are fabulous,
but the one in black is not. The left cup fabric on the inside is rolling out. When I try to wear it, it causes a wrinkle in my shirt. The right side stays in place.
Please tell me you can replace this item.
I would rather have another one in Toasted Coconut Cashmere if at all possible, but I would accept another black bra to try, if that is the only solution. I do not want a refund; I want another bra please.
A photo will not help. It is only a problem when worn.

Carmella bra
The band on the Chantelle Hedona bra that I bought was 1/2 -1 inch shorter than two other bras I have bought in the same style/brand. It was too small so I sent it back and provided pictures to customer service. I believe I should receive a credit for shipping in both directions as the bra was not true to size. Customer service has not been helpful.
Return
I returned never used swimming suit, with liner and tags, and smelling fresh. I tried it on immediately upon receipt and followed trying instructions. My return wad kept by Her Room for 2vweeks. After I started calling customer service to inquire why my return has not been processed yet, I was told several different excuses. Then. Several days later, with no explanation, I received a package from Her Room with the item and a generic note stating that my return did not satisfy their policy. I couldn't believe it. I had a positive shopping experience with Her Room for over a year. Spent a lot of money there. This was my first return ever. Such a negative experience. WHY? PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS ONLINE. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. Their real return policy is NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
It does make sense that clearance items are non-returnable. Knowing that, I'm kind of surprised that they paid to return it back. I guess what your saying is that it would have been better if they just clarified it better. I wouldn't really disagree.
It was not a clearance item. It was a regular item at the time of purchase. It was discontinued two weeks after the purchase, about the same time they received my return.
Crud. That's bad timing. Did it drop in price?
So now that you have it back, do you like it? Does it fit okay? You never did mention you were returning it; not that it matters.
Did you wear undergarments while trying on the swim suit?
Of course I did. I finally know why HerRoom keeps refusing some of customer returns. It took a lot of digging, but I found out. If the item a customer had bought becomes discontinued after the purchase, their return staff are unable to accept it back into their system. So, what do they do instead? Nothing in their system. The return authorization shows as initiated but never completed by staff. After 60 days, it is removed from their system. They send the return back to customer with a note saying that the return violated their return policy. Brilliant fix, don't you think?
Refuses returns
I ordered two bras from herroom.com and had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I've purchased this bra before, but the straps were WAY too short. I even compared it to a previous purchased bra, and the older bra had longer straps. Since I am tall, the straps were digging into my shoulders and causing pain and left bright red marks and indentations. I returned both bras to Herroom. I received a refund for the one bra and not the other bra. I chatted with customer service and called customer service 3 times. I was told the same thing: It was going through inspection. I called a fourth time and demanded to know why the return wasn't processed. I was finally told that the bra wasn't going to be refunded due to a "strong odor." I wore the bra for a couple of hours. Not only does Herroom have poor customer service, but they are insulting to their customers. After doing a quick Google search, I found several other customers had a similar experience and Herroom also told them that their product had a "strong odor." I wish I Googled the company before purchasing two $65 dollar bras. This appears to be a scam by the company.
After several more frustrating phone calls to the company, I finally got my bra back. I can't help but wonder if they would have kept it if I didn't continuously call them. I received the bra today, and it had a STRONG disgusting chemical smell that it did NOT have when I shipped the bra back. Also, the price tag has been torn off, but the bra I shipped back had the tags in-tack. The straps are also in a different spot. I do not believe that Herroom shipped the same bra back to me. I do not know what Herroom did to the bra, but now I have to try to get this disgusting smell out of the bra that I am forced to keep. Awful customer service. Do not purchase an item unless you are 110% certain that you are going to keep it. I am going to give Amazon my future business since they sell the same items and have superb customer service. I'm never shopping at Herroom again, and I have told my family and friends about my awful and frustrating experience.

That is frustrating. What was the size? To remove sweaty odor, direct Lysol followed by a high temperature wash will usually do the trick.
No refund, just store credit
I can tell you one thing: if you're not sure an item will fit, you better stay away and don't order from them. Because the return process is a whole mess and you will regret it. I guarantee it.
Speaking of my case, I ordered a dress (Cosabella CSBLA Dakota Tank Dress DAK7521 in red if you're interested) that turned out to be too big. It was supposed to be worn along with other details for a party, so I had to look for a different dress...
I wanted to return it but was only offered their stupid store credit that no one needs, to be honest. No money. Are these actions legal? I don't think so.
Deceptive sizing and no cooperation in exchange shipping charges
I ordered size 10 which in the normal world of sizing is about a medium. I have the same item on which 10 plainly printed. I received a size10/3XL. This is the way they size on the sizing chart. When ordering the sizing chart is to the side and you must go to that to see their SPECIAL sizing. So when a size 10 is ordered you automatically the size 10/3XL.
When I requested a return/exchange and a credit on the shipping it was FLATLY refused. There was no discussion just a canned speak about this is the acceptable sizing chart... basically Tough Luck Lady. We filled your order.. You pay shipping!
It's not unusual for customers to be responsible for the cost of shipping for returns/exchanges when online shopping. Typically it's only credited if there is an error or mistake on the retailer's end.
Will not try this again
They haven't shipped my order yet and I placed it in the middle of august. In the middle of August, people!
I sent them numerous amount of emails, they can't explain how it happened. There is no reason for not shipping them out. Nothing that would prevent it. My items were in stock and they are still in stock.
Many times I asked them to cancel my order, but they refused saying that my items would be shipped soon. That was a huge lie. Nothing has been sent. Go to hell, HERROOM!
Bra returned with no refund
I ordered a bra from Her Room that claimed to have 5 stars and be amazing. The bra arrived and I opened the package and immediately notice that bra looked faded like it had been washed 5 times and thrown in a dryer. It was made extremely cheap and could have found something made with better quality from Walmart. It also looked already dirty there were hairs on it (Not Mine). I did not try the item on. I immediately packaged the item back up and requested a return label.
They received the bra with all the required papers and full intact due to the fact I did not even put it on I was so disappointed especially for spending over 50 dollars.
They received the item on the 16th which stated I would receive the refund within 3-5 business days.
Now its the 25th. of July and refuse to refund the money stating the bra doesn't pass inspection. I would figure not considering it looked so horrible when it arrived to me. I never order bra's online and took a chance and will never order from this company again.

Inaccurate sizing and return policy
I agree with many of the comments here - I think they are running a scam to avoid dealing with their screwed up sizing. My return was refused as "stained" despite the fact that I attempted to try it on immediately after a shower, before applying lotion or deodorant. The slip was so small (sold as true to fit large, right...), I couldn't even get it past my shoulders. They tell me it's stained and refused the return. I plan to take it up with my credit card once I get back and can take pictures.
Wrong size sent - terrible customer service
Ordered a bathing suit for my daughter. The bottoms that were sent were 5x's too big. I called and they said I had to take a picture of it, then after review they would issue me a postage paid return, once tracking was received they would send out correct size in time for when she needed it.
I did what they asked, after 3 days of nothing I emailed and asked where it was as I needed it by today and was assured it would happen.
I got an email that said "Unfortunately we do not have any more of the size requested in-stock. Would you like for us to process a refund for the item?"
Really, really! Now you decided to check stock on the day I was told I would receive to find out you don't have any!
Do yourself a favor and use barenecessities.com the only reason I didn't was because the top was out of stock so I went to her room - NEVER AGAIN!

I should have read the reviews on this website before I made a purchase from HerRoom.com. I made a purchase and paid for priority shipping to make sure I got the item on time. I never received it and HerRoom said because I did not buy insurance they will not do anything about it and that I have to take it up with USPS. Of course USPS says I have to take it up with HerRoom so basically, I lose.
Buyer should not have to pay for priority shipping AND additional insurance. Moral of the story is to make purchases from a reputable company and NEVER from HerRoom!
I have never even seen an option to buy insurance coverage! They are the worst!
Spanz leggings
I purchased the leggings from Amazon. They arrived in my house and I sent them back right away as I found them $20 cheaper on another website. They were never taken out of the package. They rejected the refund, saying that there was hair and white particles on them. THEY NEVER LEFT THE BAG THEY SENT THEM IN! I contacted them through Amazon and they still refused. WORST COMPANY EVER!
Primadonna jet set padded tankini swim top
Dear customer service! My name is sophia. On april 13th, 2017 I did my order with 2 items: prima donna bra style 014-1120 caffe latte-36-c and prima donna jet set padded tankini swim top style 4001770 black-36-c. My order number was 6165862. From this order I did not like any items because they where little small on me, but reimbursement on my card I received only for bra. Yesterday I received a box from her room. I was surprised. I received back your 2nd item, tankini swim top with explanation that top was worn and not in new condition. I even did not try it on. I was very upset and today I called your representative and spoke with magen and she said that top has some kind of spot and can't be returned to your company back and it is final decision. I never wear this top. It is with labels and no spot I see nowhere. This top is small on me and I do not like a quality. If you do not want to take this item back I will call my credit card and dispute my money to my account. It is not fear. I did some purchases with her room and never had any problem. Please respond and help me with this matter. You item in a good condition but again it is small and not so great quality.
