I wish I read these reviews earlier!
Bought a bra from them which arrived in a different size. I thought there would be no problem with replacing it, but these people gave me nothing but headache. I spoke with their rep which said that I'll be given a replacement, but later they said that there was nothing they could do.
Then I contacted them again and they said that they were ready to help and asked me to be patient. Then I received another "sorry". They gave me a run around and never did anything. Different reps said different things!
This site is ridiculous, and of course I will not be buying anything from them again.
Bras and customer service/return policy

I purchased several items, one was a bra for my mother. I have purchased from this site previously for my mother and did not have any issue or need for return.
This time a bra I purchased for my Mom was too small in the band width. She tried it on in my living room and I examined it, photographed it, and repackaged it for exchange for a larger band size.
I received the bra back in return mail with a note that it did not meet there return standards. I examined the bra and it was completely clean and free of any kind of scent.
I called customer service and they told me that on inspection white "skin flecks" were notice inside the bra cups. Whatever that means. There was NOTHING inside the bra upon return to me, so unless they cleaned it prior to return this seemed odd. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that I had to email to request to speak to a manager. I emailed and received a response that the bra was received with white flecks inside and would not be accepted for exchange. I was never allowed to speak with a manager.
I don't know how they expect bras to be tried on for size. They said "we suggest showering and trying it on prior to applying deodorant or lotions"
This I found insulting. I am a physician and understand the need for cleanliness. If you offer products that must be tried, I think you have to have a more reasonable return policy, especially if the item is returned for exchange to a different size.
The email also said that the decision was final. My decision to NEVER shop with them again and inform other site users is also final.
Problems with sizing and exchange
I bought two sets of lingerie and both were supposed to be one size, but when I received my order I was very disappointed because one set was too small. I contacted Herroom and they asked me to send pictures. The thing was that on tags sizes were the same, but when I tried them on there was a huge difference. On set was very tiny.
Customer service rep wasn't helpful, he said that according to tags there was nothing wrong with my order so there was nothing they could do. But there was a problem and I'm very disappointed that no one actually cared. I will not buy from them again.
They refused to send me a replacement
I have purchased two bras from this website www.herroom.com and when they arrived and I tried them on I was very disappointed because size was incorrect and they did not fit. I contacted their support service and they said that I can send the bras back and they'll ship me a replacement. I paid for the return shipping because they refused to give me a return label. Two weeks passed and they contacted me and said that they couldn't accept bras back because they were damaged. I told them that I'm reporting them to BBB and will open a dispute, but they did not care and said that I can do everything I want. I'm still waiting for my bras! I even paid extra money to get those back. Horrible website!
Online retailer with unfair and deceptive return/exchange business practice
I made a large purchase of sports bras in two sizes for each because they were a new style to me. I tried one which happened to be the right size and did not try any of the other items. I took out the bras in the size I wanted and returned the rest, again without trying them on. I shipped the items in the same box two days after receiving the shipment. I just go back the two items saying they did not meet their hygiene standards with no specific explanation of what they found an issue with and no other documentation of how they measure or examine the items. The items are BRAND NEW! I would of messed them up more it I would of tried them on at a store, again these were not touched and the other 4 items were okay? Bottomline, the consumer is powerless with this online retailer and there is no way you can hold them accountable for unfair business practices. It is unfortunate but this retailer will take total advantage of your business.
Bad customer service
My exchanged item (lingerie) was not accepted because there "appeared" to be make up stains under both arms. I tried it on after a shower! I am extremely disappointed with Her Room. I ordered an item, I think it was June 25th and then exchanged it for a smaller size and color as soon as I received it. I received my returned item back saying it was "unable to be returned"! I tried on the new item after I got out of the shower (with an underwear). I immediately new the size was wrong and I preferred a different color. I packaged it to be returned and sent it. It had no marks, no scents and it was in "new" condition. I work hard for my money and I just don't order off the internet to waste my money! I am very careful with lingerie because I wouldn't want to purchase anyone's used undergarments. I can return it because it doesn't fit properly nor do I like the color for my purposes and it was NOT worn. I expect my $73 to be refunded. I sent an email on July16, 2016 and spoke to a representative today July 18, 2016. Her name was Jasmine and she said that my item was returned because there "appeared" make up stains under both arm. How? if I just came out of the shower to try it on clean so there wouldn't be an issue!
Very disappointed with this company and I urge anyone thinking of using them to read ALL comments! Not one is positive. Shame on Her Room!
Not the best experience
I have ordered several bras from HerRoom and everything I received was too small so I called and asked for a refund. They said that they need to discuss that with their manager and promised to contact me back as soon as they decide what to do.
Later they said that I can send everything back and will get a full refund. I wanted to return everything but shipping back was extremely expensive and HerRoom refused to pay for it.
So there was no point in doing that and I decided to keep everything (later sold these on my FB page).
Items which I received were great and high quality and maybe someday I'll try to order something again, but I'm not sure.
Ridiculous!
Ordered an item from www.herroom.com and returned it back because of the wrong size. Later they contacted me and said that they can't give me a refund because the item was damaged. These people are liars! I never even took it out of the package. I just saw that it was super tiny and obviously not my size. Then they said that they sent it back to me but I did not get anything yet. Ridiculous!
Disgusted with HerRoom!!
I wish I'd have read all the reviews before ordering from HerRoom! I have ordered lingerie from this site and the size was way too big so I contacted their customer service and asked for an exchange. They refused and said that they don't do exchanges and offered me a refund. Later they contacted me and said that they can't give me a refund since there was a stain and told that they sent it back to me! Liars! When I sent it back it was in a perfect condition and there were no stains! When I received the same lingerie again I found no stains! Contacted them again and told that I cant provide pictures and prove that there were no stains there, but they refused and said that they don't want pictures! What a terrible company! Stay away from this scam!
Possible discrimination / fraudulent shipping / verbal abuse
When I ordered a bra from Herroom.com, I paid for Priority Shipping. They shipped residential economy via UPS. Per UPS residential economy IS NOT a UPS Priority Shipping method. According to customer service, they don't actually ship via Priority Mail service. They have thier own definition of Priority Mail. I said I must've misunderstood ( I thought if you pay for Priority Shipping, they use the Priority Shipping Method of the carrier they select, silly me). She said there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that I could've misunderstood that they had a different version of Priority Mail than everyone else. She basically called me stupid, I had also explained that I'm not stupid, I placed the order after vomiting all day from chemo. She couldn't get me off the phone fast enough, and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Maybe they just discriminate against Cancer Patients, or maybe they are just rude to everyone. Either way, it's interesting to know that they treat customers this way, when simply asking for a 2.00 shipping credit. I wouldn't treat a dog the way I was treated.

Please do not order anything from this scam website! I ordered four different bras from Herroom. When my order finally arrived one bra was ok, but the other three were too small. I only tried them on and never wore them. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. I sent three bras back and they refunded only one! When I called again I was told there was something on the front of the bras so they would not refund. Liars! They were in a perfect condition when I returned them. These thieves just decided to keep my money! I will never order anything from this place again. Avoid at all costs.

HerRoom is the worst place ever to deal with! Had I made a little research before I made an order I could have saved my money and time. Customer service representatives are extremely rude and nasty. I ordered two bras, but they did not fit, so I returned them. Both bras had tags on them and both were in the same packaging. I received a message from them stating that one bra had some stains on it! Absolute lie! I would never return a stained item. Each time I tried to contact them I was told that they would call me back! That never happened. I have spammed their emails and will post negative reviews about them everywhere I can! Do not waste your money here!
Horrible return policy
I ordered a some items from HerRoom website. When I finally received my order there were some nice items and some were horrible. So I decided which ones I would keep and which ones I would return the store. Things that I returned were never opened. One item I kept basically fell apart when I tried it on. So I contacted customer support, explained the situation and sent that item back. Eventually I received a letter stating they were going to do nothing for me because it was worn. Well of course it was worn! That's why it fell apart. I sent them a message again and asked for a refund, but of course they refused to give me my money back. I will never again buy anything here!
Will not honor their return policy
I ordered three different items from HerRoom. I was pleased with two of the items but the other item seem to run smaller then size of the other items I bought. I couldn't even get this item past my tights. So as the return policy states, I returned the item with tags still intact and everything. Well I received it back from HerRoom stating that after inspecting the item, they were not going to take it back. There was no reason what so ever other than wanting to keep my $70 something dollars out of a $160 dollar order. They are a rip off and I really thought I found a place that I could get some nice products from. I love the other two items I bought and wanted to order more from them but after what they just done to me, there is no way. And, when I called after receiving the item back, the lady I spoke with was really nasty and rude. It was pretty much like, we have your money and you are stuck with what you ordered. Now deal with it! You do not do business like that. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I work in an office full of a lot of women I have already told about the products, but now I have to let them know not to trust ordering anything from them because they don't honor their return policy. They have lost a good customer that would have brought them a lot of business.

I ordered several items - underwear, swimsuits. I kept several items that worked for me, and tried to teturn three items. The company returned the three items to me with a card that stated the items didn't meet their return policy. They were clean, unused, unworn, had original tags intact. I'm out $350 and can't use the items. The customer service people were rude - recited a policy without any factual reason for not accepting the return.
There are plenty of legit companies with the same products that are ethical and accept clean returns.
Don't order anything from this company.
Horrible customer service
I had a bad experience with this company once long ago, so it's my fault I bought something from them again. They basically don't do returns. I did not wear the items, however, I DID try them on. Yet they wouldn't take them back. Luckily for me, the Three Dots shirts that I bought from them do actually fit quite well. I was going to exchange the Mediums for Larges because I'm getting older and my stomach isn't as flat as it used to be. I wore another Three Dots medium that I got from another company and decided that it really fit ok. So it's fine that they won't take my returns.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I buy everything (I mean everything) online. I have a lot of experience with internet companies and buying clothing online. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. I can't imagine how they stay in business. They must not get much repeat business.

Would not allow return and refund
I sent a bra back for a refund. I received the bra back in a few weeks with no note inside. When I did an online chat, turns out they are refusing to refund my money. They claimed the bra did not pass their 'blacklight' test. I am stuck with this bra that does not fit. I tried it on after a shower, and immediately took it off and packaged it for return. I am positive that it is not soiled from my brief wearing. I have looked it over again and again and can find no signs of wear. It is pristine, and the tag is still attached with the tags and the herroom ribbon and grommet. If I were trying to return this to a store, there is no way that the clerk could refuse to take it back. But since it was returned through the mail, I have no recourse to get my money back. I would advise anyone considering ordering from here to think again, and use a physical store with face-to-face sales and returns.

Did not exchange by bras that I paid almost $200
I purchased two bras (approximately $170 for the two). Neither of them fit so I was wanting to EXCHANGE them for smaller sizes. I paid $13.95 to send them back., too! It took a long time to hear back from them so I called them. They said they were returning my bras because they didn't pass the quality control. They said one had glitter on it and one has a deodorant on it. I told them this could not be because I never removed the tags and therefore NEVeR wore them. So now I am stuck with two expensive bras that don't fit! I can see maybe trying on a bra and accidentally getting a little deodorant on it but doesn't mean I wore it because the tags are still attached. I will stick with shopping for my bras at Nordstrom where their customer service is excellent!

I'm not shopping with HerRoom again because of their return policy
I'm not shopping with HerRoom again because of their return policy. I ordered several pairs of bras. I tried to exchange (not even return) one pair that was too small, but they refused. Worse yet, another bra from the batch fell apart in the first wash. I asked for a replacement because, clearly, it had not been well made. They refused because that bra had been worn. I did a little more research and found the bras I liked available elsewhere for less money. Now I know better.
I shall not use them again
Ordered a bra that turned out to be too small, sent it back and received an email that it was not in return condition, when I called the woman said the note said it had a pin mark in front. I did not damage it in any way, never wore it. The thing is I missed seeing the email as I was traveling, when I called a couple of weeks later I learned they had donated the bra. Now I could not even get it back to examine the alleged damage. I could have sold it on Craig's list or something, now I am out the money. Even though I have purchased many items from Her Room in the past, I shall not use them again. This was very unacceptable.
