I purchased the latest oven in the market after a Hirsh sale person advised it is the best.
From day one of using the oven, it was problematic. I called over 5 times and advised of the problematic oven that would automatically switch off while in use. Technicians attempted fixing it on numerous occasions, more than 5 times, each time promising that it would work, to date the oven oven remains unusable. I went to the store on two occasions. Once the Manager was out on lunch, I left a detailed message that was typed on their system. And never got a response.
I went to the store on a second to occasion and explained the situation, I was promised that Hirsh service department would be writing to the oven maker on my behalf requesting I get a refund as the oven never worked. I awaited feedback and received none. I called asking for the person who promised assistance, this person was continuously unavailable or not at work. Now I find out, the person no longer works for Hirsh.
The most recent call out was last week where the technician advised a change in the PC will resolve the issue. Two days later the oven continues to switch on and off on its own with a loud beeping sound in between. I have made x2 videos of this on my phone. I called Hirsh requesting to speak to the Manager after advising of the problem with the oven and I was told someone will call be back in 5 min, still awaiting feedback.
This back and forth is going on for years.
Desired outcome: Replaced of the oven.
