I purchased a washing machine almost 2years ago, this machine came with a warranty, during this time the machine has broken down every 4/5 months ,a complaint was forwarded telephonically to the Hirsch Springfield , where a technician was appointed to fix the machine, according to the electrician, the DB board was faulty, the next time there was a hole in the drum and this time it's apparently my power socket does not have enough power to run the machine, during the times that the machine needed fixing, according to the contractor, he stated that he will now t be attending another complaint from me, so hiw does tye garantee, work?
waited sometimes like 2/3weeks in frustration just waiting for some part to be couried so that the machine gets sorted out, in the meantime I am washing clothes by hand, for a family of 6, I work oder shifts and this hand washing takes valuable hours to do, I did leave a message for the manager to call me back , I'm still waiting, 3days has passed, I received a message stating hat my telephonic call was recorded, I replied to this message stating that I would like a refund on my R8700, still no reply , I plan on personally visiting the store to express my frustration, hopefully I will get some answers,
Desired outcome: I want my full refund!!
