ceramic flower pots
Ordered three Ceramic Pots for $53.97 & Shipping $18.79. Two were damaged upon arrival. Hirt requested pictures and these were sent to them within minutes. They offered a refund or replacements. I opted for replacements. Hirt's stated in writing that these would be sent out the next business day. They proved so far to be deceitful. They instead gave an insulting credit of $24.68 and have not responded to the email.
Wrong seeds
I have ordered a Spilanthes seeds from Hirt's Gardens website and received an incorrect ones. I wanted the lemon ones but received peek a boo seeds.
I was very disappointed and contacted customer service and asked for a replacement but they never replied to my messages. When I tried to call their line was always busy.
So I had no other choice and planted the ones I've received.
Bad customer service. Ordered two plants I couldn't find anywhere else, they arrived pretty much DOA. Have emailed, fax, FB messaged, called etc only to receive no response what so ever.
