Holiday Inn review: refund not received

Booked reservation thru igh I thought — had to cancel because date was wrong — 5 minutes after making reservation. Money was already taken out of my account. Reservation # r4571095611 cancellation # c4571105154

Called holiday inn east orlando 1724n. Alafaya trail and was told that they were not responsible for returning my money as I booked thru a third party — she told me I did thru some company called agoada. A company I never heard of — I thought I was using ihg and don't know how they got involved.

We use holiday inn express when we travel and have always been very happy — I cannot believe that holiday inn does business with a scam company. They said it was not them, but a company called getaroom.com-all lie and refuse to handle. The transaction shows that holiday inn orlando fl tx [protected] got the money. Since was cancelled within five minutes due to wrong adress I want a refund of my 180.00 dollars either thru holiday inn or whoever your scam company is.
