I have tracked my package through FedEx and it is showing it as being delivered o 41 North Patton Street, Newburg, Missouri, 65550, United States. However, in regards to this matter, I have not received any packages. I would certainly like to request a timely refund in this case the total amount of the original order being $18.00. Hollar password change

I have an account and forgot my password. I've requested a new password but cannot seem to get the link to my email. Please help.

Would it be possible to have one of your technicians check my account. There are several products that I'm really interested in purchasing and if the glitch isn't corrected, I will be able to purchase my long list of products.

Hollar Terrible service!

I'll start with one obvious fact: my order never arrived and moreover, it never left their warehouse. What's the reason? I don't know, but I assume it's just their careless attitude they give us.
If the order never left the warehouse it still means it's in stock. And no matter how hard I tried to contact them and figure everything out, my actions were absolutely useless. They never understood what I wanted and told me they can't influence what's happening in the warehouse.
Oh god, just call them and say my order number, tell them it was forgotten to be sent and make sure they shipped it. Is it so difficult to do?

I am having the same problem! Order made Nov 25th and I got notice that the order was shipped on Nov 28th, but I got a package containing only 1 item out of the 51 items I ordered! I have sent several emails and have not received any responses to date! This is the very first order I have made from Hollar, and I will NEVER do it again!

Hollar Shame on you

So frustrated with my experience. Simply bad. Nothing else to say, but I will.
It was my first purchase from this website, I have no idea why I chose it. Probably I wanted to feel the difference.
What I received was absolutely horrendous. Terrible quality, cheap material, in general, money spent on nothing. You should be embarrassed by the products you sell. Plus it didn't match to the picture on the website.
Shame on you.

I noticed if my order was over $25.00 I would get free shipping. The order went through before I could add two more products. Would you kindly contact me by phone so I can finish my order correctly.
