The above picture was from the first day we received the sleeper couch. All the other products we bought we are extremely happy with however I'm very disappointed and disgruntled as we do not even have the sleeper couch for a month but the pictures below will show the poor quality of the support (leg) provided.
And because it is a sleeper couch, I would assume it would have had better supporting structures. The poor quality of the product is shown in the pictures below and what is even more shocking is that we don't even have it for a full month.
Please advise what is the way forward as I will soon be starting my payments on this product, and I am very unhappy with the quality of this product.
Can this product be exchanged, or can you collect it and give me another choice of sleeper couches that I can choose from.
Can I please have a number for the complaints department aswell as a manager or even the ombudsmans number. Nobody even acknowledged receipt of my previous emails.You keep asking my details and if you look on other emails from me my details are on there.
When will they be picking up the couch to credit my account I would like to look for a new one please

Claimed loss: the poor quality of the support (legs) provided. and broken wood on the inside of the couch.
