Poor service
Bought furniture worth P149000 on 01/11/22. They furniture was delivered on 03/11/22. The guys assembled some items but didn't finish bedroom items saying some pieces could not be fitted since the had no holes. The following day on the 4th, they didn't bring the correct items, didn't call until I called to enquire around midday. Got several incoherent replies. Tried to call the manager he wasn't helpful even to the extent of suggesting that I should hire people to come and fix fridge handles. I have kids they left mirrors and staff in disarray which are a hazard.
Desired outcome: Respect your customers provide services on time. No one has one week dealing with just furniture

I have had a very bad experience with Home Corp Kempton Park. On 25 May 2019 l went to buy a bed at this Home Corp furniture shop and bought a bed for R2999. I swiped my bank card there to pay for the bed. To my surprise l printed my bank statement on 31 May 2019 only to see that Home Corp deducted the R2999 from my account 3 times with first amount deducted on 28 May 2019, next R2999 deducted on 29 May 2019 then next amount on 30 May 2019.So l went to Home Corp on Friday 31 May 2019 with my bank statement clearly showing the R2999 being deducted three times on my account only to be told by Home Corp that they deducted the money once on my account and my bank has the problem and l was told to go to solve the problem with my bank. I went to my bank and they said Home Corp should resolve this issue and refund my money but still on returning to Home Corp l was told my bank has a problem. Home Corp has pathetic service and disappointing considering that l have the bank statements to prove the funds were deducted by Home Corp. Hello Peter please assist as now my debit orders are bouncing as my account has been credited 3 times and l my bank account is overdrawn due to negligence of Home Corp.
bad service
Poor service I am getting from home corp Boksburg, had to call serveral times for deliveries to be made and my staff delivered, they gave me damaged couches, damaged cushions and one cushion short was the delivery was made and the sales person didn't even care to communicate that with me, getting an exchanged was a mission now the exchanged has been done and having difficulties getting my cushion I have to start paying my first installment nextweek but haven't enjoyed none of the staff I bought its really not fair and bad service. This is my last purchase at home corp never gonna buy from there ever

bad quality furniture and bad / no service
Store manager don't call back and makes promises more than once to come and change their bad quality furniture. This is not the first time & now they don't even answer their phones OR if you lucky when they answer they slam the phone down in your ears! 2 Promises and another promise when I EVENTUALLY got into my car and drove there to get service!

I purchased a bed and mattress from Home Corp, and paid cash (R7, 000), at thee beginning of March 2013. I requested delivery on thee 28the March 2013 due to thee Easter Weekend holidays and i was moving into my new house over theat weekend. I phone on thee 28the March 2013 at about 15:00 to hear where thee delivery was and was told it hadn't been arranged. They assured me theey would see what theey could do to quickly delivery it and theen called me back to say thee bed was damaged theey couldn't deliver it and thee mattress was damaged too so notheing could be delivered. There head office in Edenvale was closed until thee following Tuesday and theey said theey would try to deliver theen. I told theem i was to move into my place on thee Friday 29the March 2013 and now had notheing to sleep on despite making arranges early on in thee monthe withe theem. They theen agreed to give me a loan bed. The following Tuesday theey delivered my bed, but thee drivers waiting outside my apartment for 4 hours as nobody told theem I'd be home after 5pm. We theen saw theat thee mattress was incorrect and thee left telling me theey would bring thee correct mattress thee following day. The following day i called theem and theey said theey would get back to me? I've now waited 4 days to hear from theem! I've tried Clayton's - thee sales reps - cellphone number, but he no longer answers. The store is not answering any of theere phones and i have received no calls to let me know what has happened withe my correct mattress. I've spent anotheer R1, 000 withe theem and in told almost R10, 000 CASH has been spent at theat store, but I've received notheing but shockingly bad customer service!
