I went to the Home Depot in Fayetteville NC this morning to rent a small tree grinder. I rented a smaller one about 6 months ago and I ask the customer service I wants the small grinder. He took me to the larger one and I said that this not one I got 6 months ago. I say it was green and small. He states he do not have any green grinder and he walk away. During the conversation he was acting like he was unhappy helping me with a unrespect tone in his voice. Therefore, I walk around inside the store and spot the small compact stump grinder on the side wall and I took it to the desk to rent it. The first thing he say, " It not green." He was being smart, then I say no it is not green but red and then I say," Why do you wants to be smart instand of helping the customer. Everyone wants to be disrespectful instant of taking a little time to help the customer. I do not understand it."

I rent the grinder eDeposit# 36262309100073470229754562, 09/10/23 transaction # 76431 and I return it 2 hours later . This time the same person say Thanks you and his attention were better but the early occurrence totally unprofessional. The employee name was John ,a elder person who knows better on 09/10/23 0847 am in the renting department, also I was told that I could not a military discount on my bill. Is that true?
