Homechoice Purchased fridge no invoice and payment statements

I evelyn nombulelo zindlani identity [protected],36mwahla street, kwanobuhle, uitenhage, phone [protected]. I purchased a fridge three years back still paying r610 and owing more than r7000.00. I paid monthly installments only skip one month. They never gave me an invoice. Several times requested for invoice and payment statements, they keep on ignoring me please need assistance on this matter. The agents are becoming more rude towards me, demanding money. They harras and abuse me after payments

Desired outcome: Need invoices and payments statements. Money to be refunded I over pay.

Homechoice Bad communication and lost orders

Hi.

I am a new customer with home choice but when making an order they are fast to take the order when I'm giving them details of the order they completely ignore me. i have requested more information on my order numerous times but Home choice has been ignoring my emails and calls. How am i supposed to pay for something that i have not received. Noone is contacting me!

Homechoice Payment not received

This account was paid on 3 March 2022 and to date you have not updated your records. All you do is bounce the account around between attorneys who harass me for payment. Each time I tell my story, forward the proof of payment but you do nothing to amend your records. In this month, Titus from Saya REcoveries forwarded once again everything to you, you tod him you will get back to him but then you went and handed the matter over to MDB Attorneys. Home Choice has been doing this for over a year. This is unacceptable - i want my account settled and name cleared asap

Homechoice Scammed

My name is Nomthandazo Masetlwa

ID: 790830……..

I have been scammed. On the 3rd March I received an sms that my home choice order was being packed and will be delivered to the courier. I sent messages to alert homechoice to block the sale as I have not ordered anything.

There was also a message from homechoice thanking me for opening a homechoice credit facility which amazed me as I already had an account them why would they thank me for opening an account when I am an existing customer.

On Sat 4 March I received another message from homechoice with the same content of the order being dispatched. Later that day a lady called me and claims that she spoke to me on the phone on Tuesday I placed the order with her. In my time with homechoice I always use the app for my orders I have never used their sales people. I requested the recording of that order till date I have not received it.

On the 6th March I received a WhatsApp message from [protected] City Logistics with order no [protected] that my delivery will be delivered the next day and I must click on the link to confirm. I never clicked on the link but I replied that they should not deliver as I did not order anything and they should send the delivery back to d shop.

On the same day I received another message from City logistic same number to rate their service of the goods I never received.

Today I received a reminder to pay R1291.70 to homechoice.

I have gone to the police station to get an affidavit. Now how do I go about to open a case of fraud?

Desired outcome: Delete my name from ur database. Clear my account and make sure u remove homechoice from my credit profile. Never ever contact me again. U have hired a bunch of thieves who have probably scammed the whole country by now.

Homechoice bad quality

we bought a restonic matras was delivered in November 2022 in January 2023 we call home choice and explain to them about the matras how the springs came out send pics and then they send a replacement and we had to send it back because it was torn and rip look like an old matras and now we still have the uncomfortable matras and no one even call us or replace it and we send them pics of the replacement matras but still nothing

Desired outcome: a replacement matras because how can you sleep on a bed thats nou comfortable

Homechoice Blankets quality

It's no longer the same quality anymore.

Bought 3ply x3 mink blankets 3 years ago and the quality was excellent. Just received my second order that I bought with them and the quality this time it's very bad. The blankets are very Cold, no quality anymore 😭😭😭. What a waist of my money. Never buying from them again.

Thought I would have a very warm winter this year. But ill be having a very cold one, thanks to homechoice.

Homechoice Home choice

Bought Hisense smart TV 55inch and settled the account. TV still under warranty and stopped working. I called home choice on the 23/01/2023 @09h00 and spoke to Siphokazi who told me Query is lodged and will take 21 days. Till today the matter is still not resolved and made lot of calls to 0861466324and was told that matter was closed because I was not answering calls from Home choice,which is a lie. I sent email to HomeChoice Support and received feedback also after long period ,that I must send the pictures of the TV. I did that and sent the pictures,till today

Homechoice Very very rude service

I placed an order for a couch, they called me today saying they will never do business with me because of a prior person that lived at the address I am moving to. I have never purchased from home choice before.. I have a stable good job. My funds at tight as I went thru custody for my son and just got a home for us but I need furniture. I was very shocked that Mike at mankato mn home choice was so rude to me and wouldn't do business with me. What someone else did should have nothing to do with me. He is very very rude and disrespectful. I really needed furniture as I have a baby. But I don't even want to ever deal with him after this. Hunter johnson [protected]

Desired outcome: I would like to purchase my living room set and possibly another item but I do not want to deal with Mike ever from there and I should get a discount with my purchases. I would hope so as I didn't deserve to be treated this way.

Homechoice processed an order which I did not make and despatched the order it was a bed but they didn't send it to me I don't know where they delivered the bed too when I email and phone them that I don't know nothing about that order they asked for affidavit to investigate, I did the affidavit sent it to them they said it will take 3 months ok, now is first month they already included that bed in my Statement! How come? I haven't received report back about investigations why should I pay for something I'm not using? Am I already guilty here? Service of homechoice is not good now I'm forced to stop paying them I'll do manually for what I know I owe them

Homechoice Product

Good day

I just received a sms stating that I have taken a protection insurance of which I did not sign for any if it is because I made an order, I would like to cancel that order as I made the order, I had counted my affordability but if now there are some added fees, I would like to cancel the order. I have been a customer with home choice I did not even receive a discount I would like to know why that is.

Homechoice Order never delivered

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint against Home Choice. I bought goods online on the 8/07/ 2022 and never received the goods worth R3796.99. The order number:[protected]

I have been following up with them after they said they will do an investigation which might take up to 90 days which has surpassed already. On the 25/08/ 2022 i sent through to Ncedo Mooi,who is the agent that i have been dealing with,i sent an affidavid and a copy of my ID to him.

I again went on Twitter on the 2/12/2022 and Nosiphiwo from replied and stated that my query has been escalated to the relevent department.

Home choice doesnt give any updates,their forensic department is unreachable and you just send emails and forever say it has been escalated.

Kindly assist,i want my money back.

Hi

I recently bought 3 Jeep bags from homechoice not even 3 months and its broken the reason i bought from them because i always get quality and thought the bags is going to last me at least 2years but its not even 3 months i am really dissapointed if this matter is not getting resolved i am not bying from them again i was still planning to buy new bedding for christmas but after i experience the quality of the bags i changed my mind

Desired outcome: I want them to replace the bags or let me take something else for the value of the money i paid

Homechoice Order

Kindly assist me I made an order on the 20th of July but Unfortunately it was never received I called home choice a lot times they said they logged a service request with the fraud department but how ever I don't get feedback from them. They are harassing me with calls every day telling me I didn't pay and I pay for something I didn't get. Worse Park is damaging my credit score. It shows as if I owe them and the status of my order is still on parked. Please help because I've been struggling with homechoice. I have sent an email to them they told me to get affidavit from police station I did that now they are telling me they are going to investigate and it will take 60 to 90 days when I I've been waiting from July they told about 90 days that is already past

Desired outcome: Clear my name cancel the order remove all the interest they were add all this time because I didn't receive and compensate me for damage my credit score

Homechoice Unwelcome phone calls

This is the 2nd time I've reported my problem. Please remove [protected] from your data base, this my number it has been for the last 5yrs. People keep on trying to get hold of a ms Tina Shiona and this is not her number, and im getting annoyed about this. I have phoned Homechoice before to request that my number be removed but i still get phone calls.

Homechoice monthly installment

i purchased (on credit) the blankets and the amount of which is being deducted every month is too much,that is not the amount which agreed to pay with the consultant which called me.can you kindly re calculate and deduct the right amount please...i purchased (on credit) the wig which the agreement was to start paying on November or December but definitely not this month,but i am now surprised my amount due for October is R700 and something. kindly correct it otherwise i will not be paying

Homechoice Alva gas stove

Hi homechoice I was order a alva gas stove on 12th August and I got my item on 15th August and I was also waiting to buy a gas cylinder I bought it on 26th August so I was starting to use the stove unfortunately one burner was not working and I let them known on 29 which was Monday they come to collect the parcel on 05th September after that no communication I was tried to get them hold but nix ' then waiting no update but I'm surprised when I get statement they said I should pay end off the month for what! Because I was still waiting for feedback

Homechoice Purchase order

Good day i have recieved an sms of address change i thought nothing of it however i recieved an sms of a order placed i phoned and lady asked me verrification questions. I answered and she did then cancel order what is strange to me is when i log in im able to log in with my cell number so if anyone plays around with cell numbers easy as pie to get into account. I noticed the address i supposedly had to verify was actually not even on the system a total unfimaliar address was on system now my question is how wa s my identity verified if address does not even correspond with what was on system. I tried to see how i can increase my security settings by change of password however your site is not able to do this. How can you allow people to change addresses as they like place orders as they like without proper authentication. I refuse to pay any monies to homechoice as i am not the buyer and homechoice does not offer any securtiy to its customers not even the ability to delete my account from your data base.I see an order was also placed in april however yet again this was not me who ordered. Please delete my account and my contact details from you datat base in order to protect my profile in terms of fraud

I have been paying for curtains I have paid more money not checking, but after some time I took a book to my children to check my slips to see my balance and they found that I have paid r13000 and I was suppose to pay r4000 and when I stop paying u are calling me telling me that I still own u and u even black listed me and when u call me I tell u to give me balance u do not give me my balance...

Desired outcome: I WANT MY REFUND OF THE MONEY [R9000] CAUSE I PAYED R13000 INSTEAD OF R4000

Homechoice customer services and collections

I have been calling since thursday trying to get an account paid, the service im receiving is pathetic, because the situation is complex im having agents drop the call on me, homechoice dont call back on my requests, ive spent over R100 in airtime and still no assistance, the agents refused to get me a team leader, i escalated and at 1 point they told me to hold then they transfer me back into the queue which is call avoidance, i will seek assistance from the ombudsman now and will take this all over social media and to the press as this is so wrong and we dont deserve this as we are just trying to clear an account

Desired outcome: I want a callback from a manager, the agents i spoke to be dealt with and i want the account to be sorted out

Homechoice Invoice [protected]

Placed an order for one item on the 3rd August 2022 and now two items have been debited to my name. The above invoice I did not order the product and it was never delivered but you are invoicing me and sending wrong information to credit bureau.

I placed a complaint twice in the space of two weeks since this matter came to my attention and i am not getting any assistance.

Desired outcome: Update the credit bureau correctly and and remove the false information you have provided to credit bureau on my name.
