I recently changed my phone number and got locked out of the email account that they sent my reservation confirmation to. Luckily I had jotted down the information but I wanted them to resend the email to a different account. I emailed customer service, providing my reservation number and PIN and requested they resend the email. After 3 days and no response I emailed again. Two days later I got a bizarre response about how they are still "working on my case." I signed both emails with my real name and yet they addressed the correspondence to my email handle.
