hostess snowballs-taste and freshness
I bought this product yesterday (product date/code: BEST BY OCT 14 2017 E [protected] 222 19:35 9) and a friend brought me a pack of a competitors snowballs because she couldn't find Hostess at the store she visited. The competitor is Mrs. Freshley's Jack-O-Lanterns and oddly enough they happen to have the same best by date. I've always purchased Hostess brand snacks over any other because that is what I grew up on. However, over the past several months I have not been satisfied with the products freshness and taste. The Mrs. Freshley's brand definitely were more fresh, tasted better and had a better texture in its components than your brand.
Come on Hostess, you were at one time much better than you are now.
Please take measures to improve quality and perhaps you will get another chance to win back some of your loyal fans.
chocolate chip mini muffins
I previously purchased a box of chocolate chip mini muffins. I opened a package and when I expected there to be four mini muffins in the package there was only three. I was and am highly upset about it. I really enjoy hostess treats but this was just a bad experience overall. This incident happened on October the 5th, I purchased the box of muffins on October 1st.

I bought a box of chocolate cake twinkis on 9/29/17 at the cost of $3.00. I opened the box the first twinkie the package was opened and it was dried out. As I am finishing the box there was another one opened and dried out. I was disappointed. Twinkies have always been my favorite so I thought I would try something new nope disappointed. The date on the box was October 3 2017 E-[protected] 211 05:06 L23. Thank you for your time. Also the chocolate cake twinkies are a whole lot smaller than the regular ones
white fudge ding dongs
Prior to the last one left in the box were good but the very last one was so nasty I had to spit it out. It tasted like some kind of chemicals. Very disappointed I will be afraid to buy these again as it was bitter and smelled like chemicals. the number on the carton is E [protected]:38

full description of the incident; husband bought me 9.5 oz bag of crunch donettes. He brought it to me from the am/pm convenience store and the bag was not glued shut. There was no traces of glue on the top section on the bag. I pulled out a crunch donette (my favorite) and it was old and crumbly. It looked stale and I made my husband try one. He said it was dry, stale and crumbly.
It doesn't look like the bag was tampered with. I was just saddened that I was unable to eat your yummy goodness. AM/PM stated that I would need to speak or go online to see if you would exchange this bag. This was the last one AM/PM had in the store.

apple fruit pie
What a disappointment! I remembered how tasty the apple fruit pie were when sealed a wrapper. I purchased one at a leading grocery store but was surprised to find it sealed in a box. However, much to my dismay, the filling was brown (looked like apple butter). The expiration date on the package indicated that it was best for another month. Have you changed the recipe or do you need to adjust the expiration dates on the packaging?

Hi my name is Sara. [protected] I just got one of your cherry pies at the quick trip on Page ave by Lindberg and it was a mess and inedible. The pie was super dry on the inside. The filling was really dried out and the pie was in pieces. Im not really sure how I want this resolved, its not like I can go get a new one. why can't I find your strawberry cupcakes anymore?
I love your strawberry cupcakes, but Walmart doesn't stock them anymore, for some unknown reason. None of the other local stores carry them either. I even tried to order some, but they're in store purchase only. If I could order them directly from Hostess, I would. They do carry your orange flavored cupcakes though. And I buy them.

twinkies and ding dongs
Your Twinkies have reduced in size, they are dense and unfavorable. You cut back to make a profit and your product is now crap. As for the ding songs, I remember when they were wrapped in foil. They were an excellent product for a quick taste of chocolate cake. Now they are no bigger than an Oreo. They are flat and very distasteful. I hope you enjoy your profit because I will never purchase those products again. They stink.

Hi I just opened a packaged ding dong proceeded to take a bite and noticed a different taste. When I took a look at the ding dong there was mold with spores that had grown at the bottom and inside the cake of the sealed packaged! I was so grossed out! I had just purchased this package a week ago and I just bought two more yesterday and nervous to have anyone eat them.
vanilla iced zinger
I purchased a box of iced vanilla zingers and when i was about to open a cake for my 3 year old i noticed something black was in the cake on the outside. Not sure what it is it feels hard. Box states good until october 22. I just purchased the box. I can send the cake as it is still in it's completely sealed package. I do not feel safe to have anyone eat it as we don't know what this is. Please get back to me what this could be. Thank you

Since the company has been rescued out of bankruptcy, the products you market are 50% smaller and cost at least 20% more and are as disappointing
as the US Congress and government.
I love Kansas City but, I believe, the city can't brag about Hostess today.

I purchased 2 packages of Hostess Twinkies both boxes were supposed to have 10 twinkies in each. I needed 20 for a party so this was perfect. Wrong! To my surprise there were only 9 in the one box! I had to go back to the store and buy another box. What a waste of time!
zingers devil's food cake
I bought them and they were moldy i have been sick all day.. They store would give me my money back after over charging me. I have always loved hosstess products and now i am scared to eat them anymore.. I am highly allergic to mold that is why i was so sick.. Also when i went back fo the store to speek to the mananger last night he showed me the box and the date on the box and there were not even close to their experation date.. So why so moldly and yucky.. I was sick for 2days and missed work for 2 days.. I wisb hostess would pay me for tje lost wadges.. Not cool now one of my favorite childhood treats is traumatized..
blueberry mini muffins
this is the second time that I've purchased a box of muffins and had issues with the quality and quantity of them. I opened my new box today and the first package had 4 muffins (4! wow!) not only were there just 4 muffins in the package but 2 of them were smashed in halves and crumbs in the packaging.

I purchased the box from Walmart in Sallisaw, Oklahoma on 9/12/17. The outer packaging was not damaged in any way. I'm not complaining to receive a refund, I just want the quality of this product to come back as I love the muffins. Both Blueberry and Banana nut.

hostess mini chocolate muffins
I bought the hostess brand mini chocolate muffins with 8g whole grain per serving. I bought these muffins because they were one of the only things left on the shelf at Walmart in Florida before the arrival of Hurricane Irma... I opened up a bag of the muffins and they had green mold on them! So I continued to open ththe other bags and they all had the mold.. very disappointed .
