I have been with host monster & blue host for at least 10-15 years so I know what I am speaking about.
Do yourself a favor and pass these pirates by, you'll never get the supervisory help that you need, you will not get a call back as promised and they are as lazy a group as you will find. The calls are routed over seas and these people do not care about retention or fixing your issues, all they want is a payday and to get you off the phone.
If you have an internet service provider that only provides home users with a "dynamic isp" (which is what non business users have), you will never be able to log into your blue host account.
Blue host, will not disclose this to you till after you have committed one, two or more years to them. Then when you cannot log into your blue host account they will tell oh, you need a static ip, not a dynamic one.
They could fix this issue, but they won't, it would be too much work or them.
Recommendation: YOU WILL NEED A STATIC IP TO WORK WITH THSE LOOSERS.
