Having paid Love Holidays for a flight and hotel.. at the confirmed hotel who are refusing to give my room because they have not received payment.
It appears Love Holidays use HotelBeds for their 3rd party bookings.
Therefore Hotelbeds have not met their contractual obligations.
I'm travelling alone in New York, I'm in my 60s. The management at the Ramada has treated me abysmally and I will also be making a complaint to the chairman of these companies.
I think there's a scam going on here. Ramada are expecting me to pay. It's ridiculous I've already paid.
Also I doubled checked with Ramada they have my booking. They confirmed but they did not alert me to the fact they have not received payment from Hotelbeds. Ramada are insisting I make the calls to find out what's gone wrong.
How disrespectful, why should I be doing all the work when I have already paid. The issue is between Love Holidays Hotel beds and Ramada, yet I'm being treated as if I'm the criminal. It's shocking and unprofessional.
Having flown for 8 hours, exhausted this is a shock to say the least.
