In order to save time in the evenings you can do several things such as setting your default settings again, separating your actions with your mood which doesn’t sound easy, you can over complicate your life math in leadership to aim for your goals in the fundamentals, fun or the future and smart share chores in order to spend less time on them. To change your first destination after work set off straight away rather than heading home, to get the most out of my work every exercise session en cum is reserved for utterly concentrating on the task at hand, and lastly to protect your foundation make sure you are looking after your health for energy and motivation.
1. separate your feelings from your actions
2. do chores planning on 1 day
3. disrupt your lazy routine
4. optimize your best work hours
5. practice self-care for best results
thanks for creating the content
That's exactly what I feel: Either I'm working or preparing for work. That has to change. I hope your methods will work for me.
This is such good advice. One of the other things that worked for me is really aligning my work and my passions. Now whether I'm working my new day job, writing a book, and working on my content, I rarely feel tired even though I'm working much more than before. I'm passionate about what I do and it's honestly feels more fun than it feels like work.
Some good tips, but ultimately this is promoting a hustle and grind culture, there is really nothing wrong with scrolling on the sofa or binging shows, maybe not everyday but we need to normalise that we don’t need to be perfect everyday, maximising every minute of your time, hitting gym, working on side hustles etc, that’s not healthy either
Brilliant tips and I will definitely be following them. I also completely agree about coming home and just sitting down on the couch. I noticed I became lazy and unproductive. Now I make it a habit to change my clothes straight away and get on with what I need to.
I find putting my phone apps and messages on Do Not Disturb in the evening helps! I will reply to these leisurely conversations with friends once I choose to. Less distracting during a productive evening!
But Nischa, I spend my evenings reading you!
This is soooooo good! I really needed this. such a great content, thank you Nischa!
I'm working on making better use of my evenings... When I think about how much I can get done if I just use my evenings to be productive rather than just watch tv I can see how much growth I'd experience in a short amount of time.
Well, generally makes sense apart form…
“Wasting evening” means getting healthy rest after corporate hustle for me.
No one and nothing will take that from me nooo way. If that means not getting ahead with other goals. Let it be. This is how I respect my body and mind.
This is gold Nischa, thank you
Wow! That's exactly what I needed!
