How can you perform a glute bridge at home? 7

Can someone tell me the technique to do a glute bridge exercise accurately, inside the premises of my house?

Begin a glute bridge at home in three simple steps: Lying on your back, bend your knees and keep your feet shoulder-width apart. While lifting your hips, press into the ground with your heels and tighten the glutes at the top. Maintain a firm core and tension in your abdomen, freeze for 2-3 seconds, then, do so back down gradually in a controlled manner. You can also move forward by switching to one-legged or weighted bridges.

Have sacralization and disc bugle. Does glute brigde help or will it hurt? Tia

Okay on the glute bridge my PT specifically told me to not clench the core muscles in the upper position.
