The price for a double cheese burger with bacon,lettuce tomato and pickles with French fries and coffee and water .
I was charged $15.00 dollars for a double cheese burger with bacon and lettuce, tomato, pickles with fries and coffee and water. I paid $15.00 dollars for this at huddle house. I have been a long time customer but being on disability and a veteran and former first responder i'm not able to eat at huddle house anymore due to my financial situation and I won't pay that price for a supposed to be a reasonable price.

No service
I went to the huddle house in Livingston tx today June 16, 2023. There were 5 people in the kitchen area and 2 waitresses. The lobby was not busy at all. We were told to have a seat. We waited 30 min for some one to come ask for our drink order. One waitress was standing there talking and the other went an sat down. No one even bothered to come talk to us. So we got up an left. I only get an hour for lunch and had to go grab something on the run to eat. Since none of the employees could seem to come wait on us.
Desired outcome: Get help that takes care of customer service. I work 2 jobs doing customer service an that's not it.
Product - food burnt
I placed an online order on May 26th and had my co-worker pick it up on her way to work. I live in Augusta, she lives in Waynesboro. I ordered a philly cheessteak omelet, which she had brought me a few weeks prior that was beyond delicious. However, whoever cooked the omelet that day, it was burnt in the inside, not fluff and taste horrible! I tried to call numerous times on that day and other days after, but they never answered the phone, which is why I had to order online. They still don't answer.
I pulled up my order email and did a reploy all to the email with my complaint and still never received a response from anyone. This is very poor customer service.

Treatment of employees/ work environment
I am a former employee from the huddle house in Monticello, KY. I was fired due to an argument I had with a cook that just so happened to be the one guy in the place that called both the managers mom n used to live with one of them. The cooks were caught drinking on the job the alcohol new and empty containers found and of course nothing happened to them. Then they gave me 3 or 4 different excuses why they fired me I've heard because I throw fits and cuss, I threaten the employees and customers, too many customer complaints. The assistant manager cusses throws dishes talks to the employees like they are nothing pointing her finger in their faces and calling them worthless pieces of [censored]. She has extreme anger issues and threatens to punch the waitresses teeth down her throat. Shes prejudice and just a nasty mean person. She told a little girl that came in to sell girl scout cookies that she would never buy any of their cookies because they support transgender equality and she did not believe in mixing girls and boys "God doesn't make mistakes" and therefore she won't buy anything from them n encouraged the other employees not to. We have been into arguments in front of customers because I stand up for myself and refuse to let her treat me like she does the other employees. I asked repeatedly for the general manager or owners number so I could speak to them myself and was refused by both the manager and Assistant manager. I asked to be called when he came to drop paychecks off so I could come speak to him I was never called. I have the right to talk to and state my side of what happened and also want to let him know how his employees are being treated by the assistant manager. They made up excuses that customers complained about me doing different things however not once did either manager or assistant come to me and talk to me about any complaints. Actually they were telling me what a good job I was doing and that I was a good employee I have witnesses to those statements and evidence to back up everything I've said and claim. I bought a car from the assistant managers ex fiance paid them the money was told they couldn't meet me until Friday morning to transfer the vehicle. I was fired that same week and when I asked her what time they were going to meet me to transfer that car she said deals off I'll give u your money back Friday when I get paid. Buying the vehicle had nothing to do with huddle house or anything that happened there however she refused to meet me to transfer the vehicle after I was fired just out of spite. I have text messages to back up all those statements referring to the vehicle. She is just a hateful, spiteful person that tries to act like she's so religious and a good person however it's all an act. A guy filled out an application for a cook job and she said he looks gay he's gay. Like that mattered or had anything to do with the job. She needs to be fired, made to take anger management classes, and apologize to all the waitresses and ex employees that she has degraded, judged, threatened, and out right disrespected. It's a very hostile work environment and because I stand up for myself and didn't fit into their little family I was fired, disrespected, and called "and lazy [censored]" when I probably worked harder then most of the people that work there. I was the only night shift waitress so if I did have customers complain that I couldn't get to them to take their orders quick enough it's because we were under staffed and I was trying to help the cooks and do my job at the same time. I was treated very unfairly and I should not have been the only one fired especially when the other employees were caught drunk n drinking while working. I'm filing for unemployment and asked what reason should I put for being fired and she said to many customer complaints. I refuse to put that down. I'm just going to tell the truth. If there was so many customer complaints and I was such a lazy [censored] worker like they said then how come I was never told, approached, talked to, reprimanded, or wrote u? Not once was I ever made aware there was an issue. No one has ever spoken to me about the way I was conducting myself or doing my job. This all came out after I got into an argument with their "adopted kid" and it's very obvious that they are saying anything to justify firing me. I still want and deserve to have the general managers number so I can inform him of the hostile work environment at his facility and about the attitude of his assistant manager and the horrible way the employees are being talked to and treated.
Desired outcome: I want the general managers number, the assistant manager should be let go and made to apologize to not only to me but all the employees past n present that she has threatened and mentally abused.
Payment not received
I was a lawn care service vendor for 3 locations in alabama until 6-1-23 I was called by the accountant telling me I better not do another service because I would not be paid for it that the manager had called me left voicemails that my services were no longer needed that they had someone els who was coming in behind me allegedly (note I have this manager’s direct number and he has mine that is the only contact number to my business no missed calls txts email or anything since january of this year) and who ever was coming in behind me I couldn’t see anything different done from time of service to the next but the accountant was very aggressive over the phone not letting me speak continuously saying I better not service and that she was not catching anymore crap over this, that my account with them was gonna be deleted they were done. And I was gonna be paid out my last invoice. They own me multiple payments this has been a continuous problem with them for sometime I do not appreciate being talked down to and belittled this was extremely uncalled for and very unprofessional

Bad service, food
Got first cup of coffee had to wait 25 minutes with empty cup and asking twice with only three people in store before I got that refill.
Country ham was like jerky. Gravy and biscuits could not be cut with a knife. Order was placed with blueberry bites they brought to table as we were leaving. Also so hard a fork wouldn’t go through them. Check out and credit card machine not working and giving out number for another store 3 hours away so you can’t talk to a manager at that stare. Employees keep running in and out of bathroom with whit residue on back of toilet.
Desired outcome: Be a great place to start a restaurant instead of drug deals. Work on food communication people
Making threats while cooking and serving customers
I don't do a lot of complaining. Especially when it comes to my food bc well the restaurant buisness just has its up days and bad days like the rest of us. But what I do not understand is bashing other coworkers Infront of customers. I do not let my children talk badly about anyone and especially not with an audience and definitely not when the people aren't around to take up for themselves. I walk into the huddle house bc I hear laughing and smell waffles and bacon. It seemed to be perfect. Grab a bite to go and start my morning off right with a cup of Joe and some company. Waitresses are smiling and I'm handed a menu to look at. But while I wait to order is not what I see but what I hear. One girl is extremely nervous it seems like while the other is ranting and raving about what crap her coworkers are and that she's not leaving until it's taken care of. A lot of cussing is used and slamming pots and pans. A lot of arrogance and basically a lot of none of anyone's business. Miss, you said someone had been destroying YOUR store for years but here you are doing it to yourself and taking innocent people down with you. Please learn how to criticize in the backroom and focus on us customers who want no part in your dramas. Made my appetite bad. I left. I'm sorry huddle. Maybe next time. If there is a next time...
Desired outcome: Teach workers what's supposed to talked about up front and behind closed doors. And that cussing is definitely not part of it. Nor is slamming things around to show how angry you are.
Food quality.
I ordered over the phone four meals I ordered two mvp breakfasts we didn't get one of the waffles and the bacon was burned and melted the plates completely also both and the hasbrowns were so hard that they we unedible, and we didn't even receive one of the meals the two eggs and bacon. The philly sandwich the bread was burned we couldn't even eat it. I have the receipt and the food was cold. Also the gravy was spilled out of the plates and all over everything. We received no utensils nor any syrup.

Lack of service
My daughter and I waited for over 10 minutes. Noone serviced us. Looked at us like we were aliens. I even sent my daughter so she could tell one of the waitresses that we were ready. Still nothing. I was a former employee. I suffered sexual haresment and threats from management and customers.
I was employed at the Seneca Huddle House. I was subject to sexual haresment in the forms of comments inappropriate touching and propositions all hours by messenger from the shift manager in training. It was reported to the general manager who said he reported it to HR he never did that so it was not handled. I endured haresment from male customers who thought it was a brothel customer stalked me and put violent threats on Facebook. His whole social media is deleted. Me and my husband are being harassed by shift manager on training at our new job. Police have been called. He is also filing false police reports to the police.
Desired outcome: I want to be acknowledged by their cooperate office. Issued an apology and reach a monatary settlement.
I have a confession to make. I lied about this. I made all of this up because they fired me after I got several warnings about being late. I lied about my male coworkers and supervisor whom I did not like. I am now being charged with filing false police reports myself.
I guarantee I didn't say anything like this and I would suggest whomever made these statements stop. I also am certainly not in trouble with the police or have ever been. I also know that there is nothing in my personal file. I would suggest that whomever made this comment sese and desist because I have an attorney involved and paperwork has been filled. I will be more than happy to have you speak with him.
I also would be careful what someone thinks I have or have not been through. I know I don't have a criminal record but I know someone that has multiple charges of child abuse on their criminal record and that cannot be disputed.
Wait time / food portions
We waited nearly an hour for our breakfast on March 20, 2023, got there at noon, had to ask how much longer, I ordered a $10.00 omelette, I came out smaller than the size of my hand. I have a picture I can send. It had sliced government cheese. I didn’t even eat I was so disgusted., I will not be back to that restaurant or refer it to anyone. You need to change your photos on your menu to match what you are actually serving.
Service refusal!
I contacted my local Huddle House today, March 6 at 6:45PM to place a quick order for pickup. When the lady answered the phone, I said “Hi, I’d like to place an order for pick up please.” Her response was “we are busy and there is only one server here right now so I can’t take your order.” I was in shock at her response, and hesitant with my response, so all I replied with was “ok?”
I am frustrated, confused and HUNGRY! I would have happily waited on hold for her to “find the time” to take my order… or she could have just not answered the phone at all if she wasn’t able to take orders right now. Regardless, they would rather lose my service (and the service of others after I tell my story), than to take 30 SECONDS to write down a quick to-go order? I’ve never seen anything like it!

Horrible online ordering service
The huddle house on hwy 16 in jackson ga is a nightmare.. Never any good service and u barely get the food if u do.. Any online order is never ready under 2 hours.. I would like a refund.. Online ordering is paid upfront and should be done immediately.. I was at the huddle house for lunch on the 26 of December I was wondering how in the world does the cook Tammy Strickland still have a job she was so I would use the word rude but that is an understatement down right ugly to her waitress and the other lady cooking I want to say my waitress Amanda was amazing she was so busy and had to deal with how rude the other lady Tammy was being to her and the other cook witch must be the manager because she threatened Tammy with loosing her job. She should because she’s an embarrassment to the huddle house. Amanda we realize that you were supper busy but the service you gave me and my friend was great I truly pray you don’t have to deal with that lady all the time. I’m hoping that this will help huddle house see that they really need to fire that lady named Tammy she throws pans and screams at her waitress and she’s hateful to the cooks who work with her.lady you are in the public eye and you need to act like it

3% charge
I purchased a 2 gift cards today from your establishment. Both equalling 30, for a total of 60.00$, however the total that rang up was for 61.96. I was advised of a 3% charge on all orders. First, food is not taxable. Second, I purchased a gift card and third, will my gift recipients also have to pay 3% after I have paid this. I am wondering if this is even legal. This certainly seems to be a way of you pocketing free money! Not sure if I will be returning to your establishment and will certainly tell everyone I know of this nonsense!

We was at Huddle House in Fitzgerald Georgia on December 26th. We got there about 11.15. It took awhile to get drinks. It took awhile to get food ordered after we got drinks. It was over an hour still no food there was people came in after we did was getting there food. They had two cook working. We go there alot this worse service we ever had. There was 5 of us we would have spent at least 60 dollars. We decided to pay drinks and we left. They shouldn't charge for our drinks. Don’t know if we go back there.
