I have been living in a Hudson Homes rental house since September 2019. When we first moved in there were sulfur smells from the water, which still has not been resolved to this day. There are sewer charges on my rent tacked on in the last 1.5years. Why all of a sudden?! Also we have well water, so what’s the sewage charges?! The driveway issue with collapsed water pipe that drains water from either side of my driveway was and continues to be a never ending battle with them. It took them nearly 7 months to finally lay black top down on the bottom half of driveway where there was a huge dip causing damage to vehicles, and left packages at the bottom of driveway, some refrigerated items that got ruined. The driveway continues to flood and flood either neighbor on both sides. Most recently we fell behind on one months rent in September and there was no email that is usually sent to me to remind us if rent is due and have til 5th of month to pay. 2 weeks after when I went on to portal to pay rent, I’m unable to pay! So now what. I sent 2 personal checks to them for 2 months rent, September and October. Both not cashed. Why?! Oh they don’t take personal checks. You need to pay through their weird Snap thing that is like a walk in place to pay with cash. Or cashiers check via certified mail. Oh great, more fees. On top of late fees and now eviction status?! After being 1 month behind they sent papers to my house stating I would be evicted for missing September rent. Paid up til November per their requests of cashiers checks and certified mail. But still no access to portal. December now has late fee AND $300 additional eviction fee. Including still sewer charges. Also forgot to mention the battle I had with them almost 2 years ago with their own electric company who requested 1700! Dollars to pay for electric in 1 month! What?! No explanation, they just used my rent for that month to put towards it. Switched to my own electric company months before, so why do I have to pay for 2 electric companies! And who said to use my rent money for electricity?! Now my rent was late! Bam, another 50 dollars on top of rent. Ugh! I’m at a loss for words with this company. At least during Covid they said if you’re sending us something each week or month as I was able to do on the portal, it’s something! Now, it’s oh you’re two weeks late?! EVICTED! With 2 kids, bring a single mom with how times are right now, how can they just do this to someone?!

Desired outcome: Access to portal to pay rent, fees waived and sewer charges removed. Driveway fixed the right way this time.
