My family and I moved into one of hudson homes properties a week ago and it has been a nightmare. We’ve called and put in multiple work orders every day since we’ve arrived. We relocated from out of state and I’m terrified of my own home! Upon arriving we’ve seen several roaches dead and alive, you can tell the house was infested and has a pest problem. There’s a fowl odor come from the carpet and the plumbing is a nightmare. We were told this house was move in ready and it was everything but that! The first set of maintenance people that came out put small pieces of tape on areas that they planned to come back to fix and they have yet to return. Today a new set of maintenance people came by and basically put a band aid on the issues. One of them told me they put combat down where roaches were seen most and I’d have to sweep them up as they die! UNBELIEVABLE, never in my life have I ever had pest and I don’t want to live with them now because of someone else’s filth and negligence. My anxiety is through the roof! The exhaust, shower and sinks in one bathroom were completely out of order. The master bath has a toilet that runs non stop and I’m sure my bill will reflect smh. Along with the master sink being out of order. We just gave this company over $6k and I want our money back and to be able to move asap! We’ve spoken to management who keep promising to give us answers by the end of the day but the end of the day comes and we get nothing!

Desired outcome: I want to be released from our lease with a full refund!
